In planning and in review status disable in the template

Hello experts,
I have created category in the objective setting and appraisal.. In the category i have selected in planning and in review status and created the template. In template the in planning and in review status are disabled. Can you please tell me the reason?

In your description you say the first document opens as the Title you gave it.
Templates always open as Untitled so it sounds like you have saved a regular document, perhaps into your templates folder which is possible.
Since you have already worked on it and it has been previously saved, Lion will now Save for you and Save a Version is available
The other document does open as Untitled so sounds like a real template and as Peggy has pointed out will not have either Revert nor Save a Version until you Save it and have changed something in it.
This is a classic example of just how Apple's supposedly "simplification" of the process, is leading to confusion of what has happened. That the conditions and resulting actions from those conditions is so convoluted says it all.
It all reminds me of the Monty Python Life of Brian sketch with the "simplified" John Cleese instructions to the class, as to if you have a brother in an older dorm whether to hang your hat and bag on the hooks provided. The trouble is Apple does not get the joke, that it is transforming itself into a frequently self contradictory bumbling bureacracy. The price of unchallenged self appointed geniushood.

Need info on whether iCloud and Siri can be disabled on the phone.

Hello all, supposed to receive my phone this week and have read the online manual from cover to cover at least 3 times so I know what questions to ask when I take it into the store to have it activated. I am still confused about iCloud and Siri. I know what Siri is but am not sure about the Cloud.
It seems (the Cloud that is) like something that I don't want to mess with at this stage in my learning of the phone. The manual never really says anything about shutting it off. Is there a way to disable it so it is not running all the time or at all preferably? I won't have a ton of contacts and reminders and such that will use up memory so it really doesn't seem something that I need. If anyone knows how to keep it disabled, I'd appreciate knowing how.
Basically, it is the same with Siri, it is a lot more likely that I will use that service evenutally but I need to learn other things about the phone first (this is my first smartphone by the way). Is there a way to disable this or is it something that is always availalble if you want to use it? Seems like these two apps would use battery life and the Cloud would use data as well as it is checking for alerts to all your other apps. I have no other apple products that I need to sync too.
Any information you can offer would be a great help to me and thanks in advance,\

In settings there is an option to turn iCloud backup on or off...if you turn it on it will automatically back up certain things only when the iPhone is plugged in, locked, and connected to wifi. So as far as iCloud (backup) goes, you don't have to worry about it using your data plan. If I'm not mistaken, the only time you would have to worry about that is if you choose to stream from your iCloud account while on the 3G network versus waiting until you are on wifi.

Called to Cancel, was talked into a discount plan and now I'm being told the discount isn't applicable to the plan I just signed up for??

On August 22nd I called to cancel my service being that my contract was over. My logic was simple. I really didn't use the phone enough to justify a $87/month payment. The young lady on the phone was very nice and presented to me the $60 plan that is unlimited talk and text with standard data package. After I told her where I work now since my old employee discount had expired she pulled up the data and said "good news, your new company also has a 22% discount with Verizon". After we did the math together she said that with the discount I'd be saving over $30 a month doing this plan with the employee discount.
Everything has been great so far. I went out and upgraded my phone to a new Iphone 5C, paid the upgrade fee of $30 and the tax on the free phone. Now this month I go to pay my bill at its at $63. I call and the rep tells me I was misinformed and that the $60 plan is a promotional plan and the employee discounts do not apply.
I'm stuck now since its been over 30 days since I signed up for the plan. The rep on the phone I spoke to today is very pleasant (his name was Kelley) and has tried all options to help but no option helps me pay an extra 22% out of pocket for the next 2 years!
I'm demanding that the 22% be honored in monthly or lump sum discounts. OR let me walk away like I wanted to do before without a any cancelation fees! I've been with Verizon 9 years now and have always been loyal. Not sure this event will keep me around a minute longer than I have to be!
Please help! Review the phone call from August 22nd and stand behind what your employee told the customer.....

Have you talked to your carrier to confirm the unlock?
What was the procedure you did to unlock the phone?
Standard unlocking procedure once processed by the carrier:
Backup in iTunes
Erase the phone (ignore restore terminology here)
Plug the phone to the computer and then launch iTunes
Wait for unlock notification.
Restore the backup.

IE showing Flash Player status disabled, despite the fact that it's enabled in Manage Add Ons.

I uninstalled Flash Player version 13 on Windows 8 and then re-installed Flash Player version 11.7.700.275. After the successful installation message, I restarted the computer, but when I access the URL 'http://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player.html' it says, Your Flash version: Disabled. Despite the fact that IE is showing it enabled in Manage Add-Ons. Please help.

How to Re-Enable a Track... And How It got Disabled in the First Place

My younger siblings were playing around on Premiere Elements 3 and they somehow disabled the Narration track. No matter what I do or search for in the help section, I can't figure out peas about enabling/disabling entire tracks, and I know that's the problem because when I move the clips to another audio track, they work. Anyone know what I'm talking about?

The volume on all the clips is turned all the way up, but when they're on the Narration track they just don't play. I've temporarily moved them to another audio track, but I don't want to have to do this permanently as it will be a huge pain for my future narrations. I'm sure the track is simply disabled or muted, but I can't figure out how to enable or unmute it. I tried the 'Window' dropdown menu like you suggested, but nothing there helped. In fact, when I selected 'Meters' or 'Properties' nothing happened at all, and 'Audio Meters' opened a window that I couldn't interact with and gave me no information.

Plugins are enabled and still showing as disabled in the "troubleshooting information" page

as explained in the question itself...all my plugins are enabled however in the "troubleshooting page" its showing as "false" under the "enabled" section of the "Extensions" topic.

I have purchased and installed Numbers. Where are the templates

I have installed the numbers app. When I open it up, I can not find any pre-designed templates or spread sheets. All I find is the getting started. At one time I did see the templates, but now they are not visible. I don't know if I deleted them or what. Any ideas>

I purchased a Maxx at FULL retail price (out of contract) to keep my unlimited data. An unauthorized/illegal change was made to the plan and all VZW could do was offer me $20 in credit.

As the title says:
I purchased a Droid Maxx at full retail price (approximately $540) to keep my grandfathered unlimited data. An unauthorized/illegal change was made by my younger sister (who is not an account manager and stole the information from my mom) to the plan and I was not notified within the 14-day closing period to revert the changes. For the record, both my mom and I are account managers, my younger sister is not.
I went in to my account (and changed all the information) and found out that when changes are made to the account online, you have to send an authorization text to one of the phones--however, you can send this authorization to ANY of the phones on the plan, so my sister sent it to hers (instead of an account managers).
So, the only reason I found out about this change to my plan was via a text message telling me I was "approaching max data," which of course should not happen with unlimited data. My younger sister did not tell anyone she made the changes.
When I found out about two (nearly three) weeks ago, I called Verizon to open a ticket about it. They did, said they would call/text me back a few days later--they didn't. One week later I made another phone call to see what the status on that ticket was--the rep said that the other rep was supposed to call me, but didn't, and so he pushed the ticket again. Lo and behold, another week later, still no response from VZW about the ticket. So I called again only to find out that the request to revert the data plan back to unlimited had been denied.
I spoke with that representative for nearly 40 minutes and all she could offer was some unwanted advice about what to do about my sister's behavior or that "I'm so sorry that someone would do that." I told her I wasn't looking for consolation, but for a compromise on either getting my unlimited data back, or refunding the difference between contract and full-retail price of the phone. I threatened to leave VZW because of this and all she could offer was a measly $20 credit.
I have filed a BBB complaint against Verizon Wireless for this issue as an illegal change that goes unnoticed past the 14-day closing period should be addressed in a more urgent manner.
I have also reached out on Reddit and Twitter, because obviously calling the VZW support does nothing to alleviate my situation. I am very dissatisfied with how VZW is handling an illegal and fraudulent change on my account that has shafted me out of 500 dollars.

You seam to be focusing your anger at Verizon and not your sister. Verizon followed the rules and required IDs and passwords to access the wireless account. You and/or your mother are supposed to safeguard that information. Your sister has committed the felony by stealing your mothers identity for personal gain.

My question to you is who made the illegal and fraudulent change to your account? Verizon or your sister? Keeping in mind your sister had all the correct IDs and passwords,
I'm sure if you went to Verizon and wanted to make some changes to your account, and you had the correct IDs and passwords, you would be upset and angry if they put you through the 3rd degree because they thought you were committing fraud.

How to differentiate b/w Plan and actual data

How to differentiate b/w plan nad actual data.
Is that value type or Version InfoObject??
What should be the value for that and how it gets populated ??

Hello Tapan,
The plan and actual data is differentiated on the basis of value of infoobject 0VTYPE. Value 10 is for actual. Different plan versions can be differentiated by different values of infoobject 0VERSION.
These values are populated when actual data is loaded or plan data is entered.

Follow up quesiton on data plan and face time quesiton

First I have to apologize for asking a non-apple question, especially after some comments I made, but I just want to make sure of something as I do not trust what I hear from ATT. If I downgrade from the unlimited plan, and when Netflix has streaming to the iphone I realize I'm using more than 2gb/month, I will be able to go back to the unlimited plan AS A CURRENT SUBSCRIBER, even after several months.
Second, regarding face time, does anyone know if the 3gs has the capability to view a video sent from an iphone 4 user? (I realize there is no software for it, but maybe this is in Apple's future??)

FaceTime is only iPhone4 to iPhone4, but im sure you can still send a video from an iPhone 4 to any other device including an iPhone 3GS. I am just speculating, so dont quote me on that. and once you give up your unlimited data plan you will NOT be able to go back.... EVER
