In print preview of PO shows Different VAT percentage

Dear Experts
In PO print preview VAT amount one time shows 14%, other time it shows 19%, some other time it shows 28%. But actual percentage is 14%. How it shows different time different values.

Hi,
Might be you have selected Plant/Vendor/Material combination in key combination of FV11.If this is the case then you get the percentage which you maintained for that combination in FV11.check it out for all your combination is FV12.

Pusrchase order having 3 line item But print preview in PDF shows blank.

Hi All,
Purchase order has 3 line items. While taking print preview in PDF format 1st page shows 1 line item and 2nd page is blank.
I am not understanding the issue why other two line items are not getting displayed.?
Please provide me with the solution.

Yes,there is a issue in print preview itself , if there is a issue in Print Prview that means page is gets skipped on next page ,therefore 2nd page automatically gets blank ,debug the same with abapor ,if this problem gets resolved then automatically system will convert the document in PDF as per print preview.

Print Preview: SAP GUI showing updated text, CRM UI not showing updated text

can anyone please help me with "Print Preview" button in CRM UI:
In the CRM UI when a certain data is changed on the document, a note on the document is updated with changes in data. When pressing the "Print Preview" button the generated PDF is not showing an updated text. If i run the SmartForm directly in SAP GUI after the data change, the generated PDF shows an updated text. If i reload the CRM UI (close the browser and run the CRM_UI transaction) the "Print Preview" shows an updated text.
What should i do, that the Print Preview in the CRM UI would also show an updated text (without reloading the CRM UI) ?
Im thinking it could be a problem with the parameters SFPDOCPARAMS and SFPOUTPUTPARAMS, that are used when calling the SmartForm FM. The parameters are set as this:

I figured the solution:
In the Code Initialization of my interface (SFP transaction) i had to initialize the buffer:
   CALL FUNCTION 'INIT_LOAD_TEXT_BUFFER'

       EXCL_LANGUAGE = ls_stxh-tdspras
       EXCL_NAME     = ls_stxh-tdname

       OTHERS        = 2.
This way the text is loaded from the updated note every time a "Print Preview" button is pressed.

Time off in print preview doesn't show

Hi,
I'm working in Project 2010 on a Windows 7 machine.
In the Gantt-diagram the time off (saterday and sunday) is shown.
However, it doesn't in the print preview neather on the print itself. Te free time is just as blank as the rest of the week.
I use project a lot but never had this problem.
Even when I copiet the rows to another project where I didn't have the problem, the problem also moved to that project..
Hope anybody can help me with this problem.

Have you compressed the print so you are not showing every day? Check File > Print and click the Page setup hyperlink. On the Page tab does it show 100% ?

Print preview window not showing page to be printed

My wife and I just downloaded Firefox to our new Macbook Airs with Lion. The small preview box in the print layout widow does not show the page being previewed. In addition, the selected print windows are not holding from print session to print session.
I love Firefox on my old Mac, so please help us resolve this problem.

Sean, I was importing directly from the camera to Lightroom. I might add that I have been using this same procedure for a couple of years now and only within the past few weeks have the problems come up and if I made some change somewhere along the line I certainly have no idea what the change was. As I have mentioned before in some of this forums communications, when I imported directly from a card reader outside of the camera, everything was just as it should be and yet up to a couple of weeks ago, I could import directly either from the camera or a reader card with the same perfect results. (This is from my Canon XTi as I do not have a card reader yet for the G10) I would assume a card reader will work as well for the G10 and so I have ordered one and hopefully this will be a rather simple solution to the problem. As John had indicated in one of his messages he occasionally liked to import directly from the camera and I echo that as I do also.

Fire fox displays web fonts correctly but when i try to print it the webfonts are not identified by the firefox so in print preview it doesnot show web fonts

i am using web fonts in my web page, this web fonts are for displaying bar-code, they seem to work properly when seen while browsing but when i try to print that displayed bar-code it is unable to recognize the web fonts.

Issue in viewing 'Print Preview' of SAPScript output in different languages

Hi All,
I have developed a SAP Script.
It is working correctly in English in all aspects.
I have created few standard texts for headers in SO10 and maintained in different languages.
In Print program also while retrieving these text i have used Order's language.
In debug mode also it is showing texts in different language (Chinese, Japanese, Thai etc...).
But in print preview it is showing as # every where we suppose to print headers from standard texts.
How can i view these texts in their original language (Order)!
Can anybody provide the solution for the same!

I have selected 'Supplemental language support' boxes.
But still it is not working.
Can anybody solve above posted issue!
In PO it is showing in Japanese/Chinese etc.. characters.
In SO10 it is showing texts in respective languiages.
In debug mode of Print program & Layout set text is shown in respective language of text based on country of PO.
But in print preview it is showing as # everywhere there must text in different language.
Only in English i am able to view print preview correctly.
Can anybody provide inputs for resolving this issue!

Button "Print Preview" is different - ME5A

Hi guys.
Hello I'm from the area of Basis, and I do a silly question.
The MM functional consultant wants to know why the Print Preview button previously showed a sheet with a magnifying glass, now shown with two boxes with an arrow.
They were used whenever the button was Print Preview to the previous button.
This I can customize??
We have ECC 6.0 with EHP4. I´m check other system with an ECC 6.0 version and has the correct button.
This happens in the report ME5A when used with ALV list

Are you saying that the two buttons with the arrows both functions as Print Preview?
I have only one button for Print Preview with the arrows. The functional MM says that this is not the correct button. The right button is available in other reports of SAP
Did the MM guy test what these arroes do?
The button with two arrows is working properly to see the print preview report, but users were used in different versions of SAP was the other button to see the print preview
Do not know if this change is standard for SAP ECC 6 version EHP4.
In ECC 6.0 is correct the button.

Printout is different then print preview in smartforms

Try to create the style and assign that style in the output options of that particular text and also select the text mentioned in the general attributes and assign the character type fo thtat text.In order to create the stly so to smarform tcode select style radio button mention your style name zxyz (etc) now press create you will fine paragraph and character format folders.Now right click on character format folder and select create node now give your format name description for the character format now slect font tab and mention the font name and size(this is what you have use in general attributes text selection) this created character format will be found once you mention your style name in the output options(ZXYZ).Hope i am clear.

User gets odd behavior when print previewing calendar

User calls with an odd problem.
She is using 32 bit IE 9 with our SP 2010 farm.
She goes to her department calendar. She sees events.
She presses Print Preview. No events are shown on the page.
She tries to export the data to Outlook - it tells her there is too much data.
She calls me.
I look - her default view is running into the resource throttling of the farm. So I try to create a unique view that only shows this week's events.
It works fine for me. Print preview and printing work as well.
When she looks at it in her browser, it works fine.
When she tries to print preview - no events show up on the preview page.
She tries to export from the new view - Outlook gets no events.
She is using IE9, so the IE7 comments in old threads are not relevant.
I set the web part configuration to 12 inches as one conversation suggestions. That doesn't help.
Does anyone else have any ideas of things to try?

When I look at the custom calendar within SharePoint Designer, the page has a ListView Web Part but not an XsltListViewWebPart.
I have tried several times to step through blog entries that describe editing the page, setting the view of the web part, etc. At one point whatever I tried turned the calendar view into a list view ... sigh. I created a new calendar view and made it
the default.
I have asked the user to try the print preview out today to see if it works for her after I created the new view.
The really odd thing about all of this is that at least 2 people don't have the problem with not seeing event data in the print preview.
It _almost_ sounds like some sort of machine specific issue she is having.
I wonder if I should ask the admins to repair Office 2010 on her machine to make certain the DLLs are all working properly.

Smartform to PDF, how to suppres Print/Preview dialog

PO print preview By (Split Valuation)

Dear Gurus,
A material(Spark Plug) which is valuated by Manufacturer say TATA and SIEMENS
PO will be created 100 PCS with Valuation Category TATA
When i click Print Preview its description shows only Material like "Spark Plug"
but not like "Spark Plug TATA"
Is it possible to view print view like that??

Print Preview / output

Hi Gurus
I need to see the print preview or print output of an document like Sales invoice or Outbound delivery in Languages- Sweden , Italy , Spain,France. I have tried by setting in the respective language in VL02N but still reflecting the print preview or output in english.
If it is maintained in english when the ouput is chooses as other language why not reflecting ?
Is it because the Material maintained in english or any other settings/config to be done?
kindly advise your inputs on this.

Hi,
I had faced the same problem.
If you have maintained transalations for text in other languages also, in print preview it will show it in English. I was using chienese and german languages to test.
When you move the changes to Quality, you can see those changes getting reflected.
This is what happened with my case.
