In report data cannot see properly

I have ticket regarding reporting
issue is in the cube delta is correct, but in the report i am seeing one data, if check with user id it showing some other data? what is the proble exactly and wht is the procedure to solve it?

Crystal Reports 2011 cannot see Excel 2007 as an export type
I just installed/updated to cr2011. Installation went fine, and i did not get any problems. I am able to run all my previous reports, and if i makes chamges to a report and save, i do get asked "do you want to save it with the latest report format"
My version is 14.0.2.364RTM
When i click export, i do not see EXCEL 2007 or any other new types, i know are included for cr2011.
Is there anything else i need to download ? cr2011 runtimes ? or remove or configure ?

I have another quick question, and if i need to open a new post i can.
I have CRD by ChristianStevenSoftware, which we use to automate and schedule/deliver our reports.
When i upgraded to cr2011, i was told by CristianSteven software, that i had to select the correct CRYSTAL RUNTIMES.
They have a gui to use for the user to "Chang Crystal Version". when i used it, i was presented with a dialog box, which
had Crystal Reports 2011(13.xx) as the latest. I slected this option as i assumed they though 13.xx was correct for 2011( i know 14.xx is what i have installed.
Anyway i did not get an error when upgrading to 13.xx, but when i started CRD, i got an error.
The CRD developer says :-
The install that is in the picture looks like the installation of the crystal reports 2011 applicaton,
not the runtimes. The runtimes should be a seperate installation, please let me know if you
see any installations under add/remove programs that is labeled:
--SAP Crystal Reports runtime engine for .NET Framework 4
That should be the name showing for the 2011 runtimes. If you cannot find it in the add/remove programs, you should be able to download the runtimes from the SAP.Com website.

Please help: User cannot see webi report data
Hi,
I've got a wired problem here in my webi report. Basically I am located in Singapore and produced a webi report for our user in UK. The report looks totally fine with all the data shown correctly. But when our report user logged into the dashboard from UK, she could only see partial data and some of the information are missing(blank cells in the report).
To verify the cause I've done the following test:
1. I remote control her computer and log into dashboard using my account, the result is I get same problem and I cannot see some of the data.
2. I let her remote control my pc and log into dashboard using her account, she no longer has this problem and can see complete data.
We use same version of IE, same JAVA version. And the report data is not time sensitive, so different time zone might not the possible cause.
This problem is killing me. Can anyone please help and let me know any possible solution? Thanks so much.

I don't know if it is the same problem or not, but I have seen that before when a user cannot view the data, change the font and/or background color and the data becomes visible. Reinstalling the client fixed that problem. If you couldn't figure out the root cause, you might want to consider this option.

Dashboard with Webi Report link - Cannot access external data
Dear Gurus,
I've a dashboard with access to WEBI report for Language setting.
All works fine for the group: Administrators.
If I take the Users out of the Adminstrators group and assign them normal power user group, I get the message that the external data cannot be accessed. No Error # or so is displayed.
Even if I grant the usergroup Full Control / Power User on the
Universe,
the Connection
Dashboard itself,
WEBI Application
Webservices
Still it does not work.
As far as I can see is, that it can't be a Network (Firewall)-Problem, because it works for the memebers of the Adminstration groups - What else can it be?

Excel - Cannot see any new data in Excel Workbook
Hi There,
Wonder if anyone can help, we have a .xlsx file, we have it setup so that only one person at a time can edit the workbook.
When a colleague edits some data and saves the change, I go into it but cannot see the new data. I then do the same but she cannot see the changes and neither can a 3rd colleague. In effect, whenever any one
makes a change in the workbook, no one else can see the new saved data that has been added.
The work book is not protected. It is stored on a server, all users are running Office 2013 apart from
1 who is using 2003, but it doesnt matter as even if a change is made using office2013, another office 2013 client still can't see the change.
It doesn't seem to happen with any other workbooks.
Tried open and repair which didn't work. Also tried saving a new version of the workbook, this works for a while but then the issue comes back on the new version.
Any ideas, as currently we keep having to save new versions of the workbook.Hi,
What's the extension of this particular file ?Try another file format to test this issue.
Did you get any message when try to save the document? Also does this problem happens when use the 'save as' option within Excel to save the file?
Also try to download the excel file to local driver, update the Excel file,then upload it to the server.

User cannot see the "-" signs on amounts in ALV report
Hi all,
We have a problem with a user, who cannot see the signs on the amounts in an ALV report:

The user has tested this report with his user, and another test user, on his computer and on another computer. It does not change anything, he cannot see the signs "-" on the amounts.
But when I launch the same report on the same client, I cann see the signs:

So, I think it does not come from his user (he has tested with two different users), or from his computer (he has tested on two different computers).
Do you have any ideas?

I currently own a satellite Pro with which I am very happy ( apart from the inclusion of Windows Vista which I
don't particularily like ) and found this machine easy to "drive" BUT due to the keyboard size and lettering
I won't be buying one ( unless they do a redesign - an acer aspire one keyboard and touchpad or NC10 style
design ) and I think that the price of these machines has recently dropped from approx £300 to approx £270
due to poor take up by the public mainly for the above reasons.
Sorry Toshiba looks like i'll be buying an NC10 - unless I hear of a possible redesign.#

Cannot see System DSN ODBC Data source (however user DSN is Ok)
We have installed BO 6.5.1 on Windows 2008 R2 64 bit and set up ODBC Data source to the existing SQL server.
When we try to set the BO up (Administration>Safe recovery etc.), in the "Database middleware selection" - "Define new connection" - "Data source name" we cannot see the System DSN name that we've created in the Window's "ODBC data source administration" control panel applet. If we create a User DSN, we can see it ok but it works for one user only (as it should).
So, in a nutshell, if we setup a User DSN it works fine but if we setup a system-wide System DSN BO cannot see it. I've got no idea why...
Can anyone point me to the right direction, please?Are you using the ODBC Administrator from control panel? If so, try launching this instead: odbcad32.exe from start/run.
This is the 32-bit ODBC administrator and since we are a 32-bit application, a 32-bit DSN will need to be configured.

I have photos on a cd which I'm trying to open . If I click on them I can see the picture in the preview, but when I double click it doesn't recognise the picture. They are all in .jpg format. Tried copying them but it said some data cannot be read. The files exist but I just can't seem to view them
Select one and hit the Space bar to view it in QuickLook. Use the forward arrow keys to move from file to file. If the file can't be viewed in the QuickLook mode then the file is damaged and probably can't be copied or moved.
You could try a photo file recovery application like MediaRECOVER which can scan the memory card and tell you what files, if any, can be recovered before you have to purchase it.

I used time machine to restore on a formatted MAC. Now the HDD space has reduced by 100GB but I cannot see any of the files. How do I find and delete those 100GB data from the HDD?

Not necessarily. I'd suggest downloading and installing the "combo" update. That's a combination (thus the clever name) of all the updates to Leopard since it was first released, so installing it should fix anything that's gone wrong since then, such as with one of the normal "point" updates. I cannot see all the data in target disk mode
I have an issue where my MacBook pro is not booting into the Yosemite. I see the progress bar hangs at about 45% on the startup screen. I called Apple support and they asked to use the target disk mode to connect to my mac and then copy data like that. I am using the same technique but I am not seeing all the data under users. My data under the folder users had another users data that I cannot see.
How can I see my data for all the other users? Help please!!!Could be that the the data or directors on the HD are corrupted.
- Copy all data you can
- Try cloning the whole disk to another disk before you attempt recovery methods.
- Try repairing the HD via Disk Utility
- Try a data recovery program

Cannot see data in SAP.Web.UI.Controls.Table
Hi,I have created a portal project and dragged a sap table into the design area. then i call a webservice and bind the resulting dataset to the table. the dataset seems to bind, since i can see there are the right number of pages in the table, but i cannot see any of the data. all the rows are blank. am i treating the ascx file correctly? i deploy and browse to test it.

The problem is that the SAP table doesn't support this kind of "dynamic binding" at the moment. The SAP table can contain any one of several controls in each cell, and these controls have several possible properties to bind to. So currently you have to "tell" the table what you want to bind to.
You have several options:
1. The easiest option, if you can create a typed dataset in design-time, according to what your webservice returns, then do that... and then put an instance of it on your portal component, and bind your table to that typed dataset (using the designer property grid). This should create a default ItemTemplate with all textViews in the cells, and the texts will be bound to the columns.
2. Write code in ItemCreated Event handler of the table. This event will be raised for each row in the DS. There you can tell the cells to get the data from the content. Remember that you'd have to create the cells according to the number of columns and set the content of each cell to be what control you want (like TextView) and then fill the properties of that control.
3. If you know the Data structure, but don't want to or can't create a typed DataSet - First define the columns using the designer (right click the table, select "edit columns"). Then in the event handler (from "2") just set the property "text" of each TextView which is in the content of each cell (use the Cell's property "TableCellContent" to get to the TextView control)
4. Don't use databinding and create the table contents completely manually (See here -

I have installed SQL Server Express 2013 on my home PC, which runs Windows 7. I used the advanced installation, which includes Reporting Services. The install seemed to go okay but when I open SSRS, I cannot see the Report Builder button on the
screen. I have spent a lot of time trying to figure this out, including installing and reinstalling the program. I am not sure what I am doing wrong. Also, I cannot connect to the report server through SQL Server Management Studio.
If anyone has any straightforward assistance, it would be greatly appreciated. I have spent a lot of time looking for answers. In the meanwhile I'll continue seeing if I can get this to work.Hello,
