In RSA3, Attribute value is right. but, in BW The value is zero.

In RSA3, 0MATERIAL_ATTR's enhanced attribute value is all right(ex.18.000, 1,200.000).
But, After loading to BW, the value is Zero.
What shall I do?

When ever you find any Data inconsistency, please check in this way. Some times it would be helpful to find out the error.
1. Check the Values in RSA3 and R/3 report.(if it is same, go to 2 step)
2. check in PSA(If PSA, RSA3 and R/3 reports showing same values go to step 3).
3. check in Data Target(if you find any inconsistencies, check the Update and Transfer Rules).

Take the master data table name...go to se14...give the table name..click Edit...choose option Activate and adjust database..

When We are creating the PO for 100 Material( Materail is having the Alternate Unit measure)
EA and KG
Material Base UOM is EA and Order Unit is KG.
PO is created for Material PO Price Unit is KG.
When material received in EA and Vendor sends the material in KG. so We are returning the 50 Qty back to Vendor by Some reason.
While Creating J1IS(Out going excise Invoice for return delivery document). then the material Unit here in J1IS sshowing is KG which is correct, But The Net Assessable value is taking from the J1ID. This value is related to EA.....
While sending the material back to Vendor the unit of measure is KG then the *** vale also be in shown as per KG.

when u create subcontracting challan means ur sending some material to vendor that material have some value so this value picks the value u have to maintain the moving value of the chld material in j1id assessable value .

Setting default value for a jcombobox based on the value not the index

I am trying to set the default value for my combobox to the current year. One way I thought of doing it was to get the index of the value representing the current year and then use setSelectedInex to make it the default. Any ideas?

fval4 = fval3+0(250).
    fval3 = fval3+250(5).
in the above case fval3 have 255 char at that time iam transporting 250 char to fval4 with this statment
fval4 = fval3+0(250).
and iam keeping the remaining 5 char in fval3 with this statment
fval3 = fval3+250(5)
so that i can push some more values in fval3 and at i am
CONCATENATE fval4 fval3 INTO fval5.
so that fval5 may get all values this is the way i try but fval5 is not holding all the values
i asked solution for that
fval 3 = fval3+250(250)
dosen't have any meaning i know that friend

BTS 2013 - How to Enable BizTalk to Use the Supplied ISA11 Value on a File Instead of the Value Set in the Agreement ("^", "U")

I have a case where a trading partner sends two separate file types: a 999 acknowledgement (uses the carat separator) and a 277U (uses the "U"). The trading partner uses the same ISA6/ISA8 identifiers. The 999 acknowledgement
cannot be defined in the Transaction Set List so I need to support all transaction sets in the agreement. For the 277U, I can set the 277 in the set list, but then having multiple agreements with the same ISA6/ISA8 is not allowed. The type
of file we accept is directed to an orchestration via the receive port/receive folder (999 files go to one folder and 277U files go to another).
I would like to be able to accept the file and let BizTalk determine the repetition separator by reading it from the supplied ISA11 value rather than the set value in the agreement. Is this possible?

Here's the thing, all other HIPAA transactions define ISA11 as Repetition Separator so having an ISA11 value of 'U' on a 277U is an outlier.
Let me alter my advice...the first thing you should do is check their Companion Guide for the 277U to see if they have specified the interpretation of ISA11.
But, looking at the 277CA Implementation Guide, ISA11 is defined as Repetition Separator. I don't have have the official 277U IG but if you can get a copy, that will decide this definitively.
So, I would raise it as a bug on their side.
However, if they insist on remaining non-compliant, you then have to get them to document to you the exact meaning of ISA11 since they're causing some ambiguity. If they are sending 'U' as Standards Identifier, they I would use a custom Pipeline Component
to change 'U' to '^' in EDI.

Settin' default value of a lov depending on the value of another lov

the first one is customer_id,
the second one is seller_id,
what i wanna do is:
when selecting one customer_id, i want to set the value of the seller_id to the one associated with this customer, and give the enduser to change this value;
i'm tryin' to do so with bind variables but it doesn't work!

What I've done is that I have made an entry in the scott.emp table with deptno 40 so that
for deptno 40 I have just 1 entry ,to simulate your case.
Note:
Customer_id type is combobox the lov is LOV_CUSTUMER (this will be equivalent to my DEPT_NO LOV)
seller_id type is combobox too, the lov is LOV_SELLER (this will be equivalent to my EMPNO_NO LOV)
1)My driving LOV is in deptno field.
2)I have the driven LOV in empno field.
3)Now when I select Operation dept (dept no 40),I get the selected value in the LOV (empno)
and also rest of the empnos.
This is how you can achieve the functionality as said by you.
1)In your second LOV write some thing similar.

How can I make an Equation apply to an entire column, but only use the values in the specific rows?

I am working on a research project using Numbers 09 and have columns for values that require me to use formulas using values in other columns. Becuase I am lazy and have 180 rows of data, I would like to find a way to have a formula apply to an entire column so that I don't have to go row by row inputting the formula.
Essentially, I want to be able to have N(X)=F(X)+G(X). Where X is the row number. Is this possible?
The real formula I want to have is (4*(F(X))^2)/G(X)

Place this formula in your chosen column in the first row containing data in columns F and G.
=(4*F^2)/G
Press enter to confirm the entry. The result will appear in the cell.
Click (once) on the cell containing the formula.
Shift Click on the cell in the same column on the last row containing data in F and G to select all cells between. .
Go Insert > Fill > Fill down.
Done.

Getting mandatory attribute validation error when the value is defaulted through customization

I am getting Mandatory attribute validation error when we default the value through customization.
In the UI we have attribute called Last Name which is mandatory at EO level. Customer wanted to default Last name to some value, through page composer it is defaulted to some text and saved.
When ever we open the page the the same value is defaulted as Last Name and appearing in the UI. But when we submit the page, EO level validation is failing. hence we are getting last name is missing.
When i debug the code last name attribute value for EO is blank.
In the UI the attribute last name is associated with bindings --> #{bindings.lastname.inputvalue}
The validation is failing if we remove the default binding associated with inputtext box.
Can some body help what can be reason and is there any solution?

I am struggling with same situation, I can't set the default value at business component because, the default value comes from a REST service at run time. In page A, I have a field F1 that contains value from REST service. Page B has a database bound field F2, whose default value should come from F1 in Page A when a user navigates from Page A to Page B. If I set the value of F2 to be the value of F1, then it displays the value in the UI, but nothing gets submitted to EO and fails at commit.
To make things difficult, here is my situation: Page A lives in bounded taskflow TF1, and Page B lives in bounded taskflow TF2. So I have created an input parameter P1 in TF 2, which carries over the value of F1 in Page A to Page B. When I am in Page B, I can successfully see the value of the taskflow input parameter P1. So, how do I programmatically set the value of field F2 with the value of input parameter P1?
I tried setting the F2.inputValue in a method call M1 in taskflow TF2 prior to Page B, but I get null pointer exception as it can't see field F2 yet.
It seems like a simple thing to do, but I have spent a lot of time trying to make it work without any success.
I would greatly appreciate any guidance.

BOL: How to read the value of an attribut

I'm new in ABAP programming.
My intention is to read the value of a context attribut.
This attribut ist not in form of a struct attribut. To read an struct attribut, I know to get the value, for example:
value ?= me->typed_context->BP_ADDR->collection_wrapper->get_current( ).
CHECK value IS BOUND.
value->get_property_as_value(
    EXPORTING
      iv_attr_name = 'CITY'
    IMPORTING
      ev_result    = value_city).
But my problem is, that I have an attribut, which you can not find in the BOL browser, because it is not in form of a struct.
Can anybody help me, how to read the value of this kind of attributs.

I expect to read the value of an attribut. I know how to read the value of an attribut, which can be found with the same description in the bol browser, as you know you can read it with:

Now, I have an attribut of an context node which has a different name as in bol browser. If I want to read the value with the code above I get an error message. Thatswhy I referenced a collection of the context node to read this attribut.
Can anybody say me how the value of the attribut, can I use the methode get_property ?

Stock value showing Negative but Qty is Null

Hi Gurus,
I am using the Transaction MCBA, where i am getting the details regarding the Received Stock qty, issued stock qty ,Total stock on hand and the Total stock Value.
Here i am getting the values Zero for Received stock qty, Issued stock qty and the Total stock. But i am getting the Stock value in Negative.
When i checked the Tables it is showing as Zero only.
Please advice what needs to be done or what went wrong where.

Pass values from report1 to report2 but without displaying the web element

Need to pass a string value from report1 to report2.This can be done by using web elements. But in that case the web element is showing up when we run report1.So what is the way to avoid display of web element but still pass the value to report 2.

if you have no need for webelements controls on a report and just need a simple hyperlink, use opendocument syntax in conjunction with an object's hyperlink properties in the formatting editor.
