  • Create delivery automatically when sales order is created but not invoice??

    Hi,
I have a requirement where in, it should create delivery (also issue) automatically when i create sales order, but it should not create the invoice automatically. I am going to do the invoice manually from the delivery document. Can you suggest me how to do this??
    Thanks
    Ghanesh

    Hi,
If the sales document type is not relavant for Cash sale and the document type is used globally in the business then if for some specific conditions like distribution channel or plant or for division if u want to carry out the immediate delivery creation and PGI, use the below user exits and Bapi's
The below user exit is used to export the sales order details to capture the required checking cond such as sal org, dist ch,div, plant, etc
    Include MV45AFZZ
    FORM USEREXIT_SAVE_DOCUMENT.
    Include MV45AFZA
    FORM -USEREXIT_REFRESH_DOCUMENT.
    BAPI_ISAORDER_GETDETAILEDLIST
    BAPI_OUTB_DELIVERY_CREATE_SLS
    SD_DELIVERY_UPDATE_PICKING
    BAPI_OUB_DELIVERY_CONFIRM_DEC

  • Over delivery of a sales order-status still shows "not delivered"

    Hi Friends
I have a problem with sales order . Total quantity in order is 10, even then system allows me to make 2 or more deliveries of total with more than 10 quantity .
Following option I have tested but all in vain.
    1. In copy control at item level ( item category is TAN) document flow box is checked and Pos./neg. quantity column has value "0". If I take here "" then system don't allow me to make partial deliveries i.e 2 deliveries of 5 quantity each. It says " there is no quantity available for delivery or the item is not relevant for delivery.  I can make only one delivery with 10 or less quantity with "" sign
If I take "O" in Pos./neg. quantity field then it allows me make as many partial delvery with more than 10 quantity, which is wrong
Order status always shows " No delivery" even if deliveries made and PGI done
    2. In item category checked complition rule field with "A", "B" and "c" option still no effect and document flow shows "being processed "
Pls let me know whts the problem
    Thanks

Maintain value + (plus) in the field Pos/Neg quantity at item level in the copy control settings (t.code VTLA). After making the settings, create a new sales order and test.

    Hi,
Subcontracting for Sales Order Stock: -
Purpose: - Subcontracting is also possible in conjunction with sales order stocks. The subcontracting orders are account-assigned to a sales order. Thus, the components are not transferred (using a transfer posting) to the "stock of material provided to vendor" but are directly withdrawn from the sales order stock the time of the goods receipt. The material manufactured is also posted to the sales order stock.
The cost of subcontracting is then debited to the sales order.
Since the components are not transferred to the "stock of material provided to vendor", it is recommend that you use a transfer posting to transfer the provided components to a new storage location (for example, 9999). This enables you to obtain an overview of those stocks that are physically located at the subcontractor. This information is particularly important when you carry out a physical inventory of the sales order stocks.
    Features: -
Withdrawal from Stock of Mat. Provided or Sales Order: -
For components that are managed in sales order stock, you can define whether the components are to be withdrawn directly from each sales order or from the stock of material provided to vendor. You manage this via the dependent requirements indicator for individual customer requirements and collective requirements (MARC-SBDKZ).
You can maintain this indicator in the following places:
In the MRP view of the material master record (MRP 4)
In the explosion types for the BOM item (in Customizing for Production in the step Basic Data -> Bill of Material -> Item Data -> Define explosion types )
Configuring the explosion types has priority over the configuration in Inventory Management.
If the indicator is set at Collective requirements only (2), the materials are withdrawn from the stock of material provided to vendor. If this indicator is set any other way, the system withdraws materials from sales order stock.

  • Profitability Segments are not created for Invoices

    Hi Guru's
Can any one help on this ?
"Invoice Documents Profitability Segments are not created" can you please suggest me?
    Thanks,
    Aakash

    Hi Aakash,
I think you are trying to integrate FICA with CO-PA and then getting the error.
The posting of a contract accounts A/R & A/P document in CO-PA is dependent on-
    (a) Activation of the operating concern in the SPRO node Controlling → Profitability Analysis →
Structures → Define Operating Concern → Maintain Characteristics
    and
    (b) CO short account assignment of the contract in the SPRO Node Financial Accounting → Contract
Accounts Receivable and Payable → Basic Functions → Posting and Documents → Documents
→ Define Account Assignments for Automatic Postings → Store CO Short Account Assignments
    for IS-U Contracts.
In here, the system only carries out the posting if the Profitability Segment Assigned selected in CO
    account assignment.
    Hope it helps...
    Thanks,
    Amlan

  • How to find whether the sales order is intercompany or not?

    Hi guys,
I created a sales order. In that i changed the plant which is there in other company code. so it bcomes like a intercompany sales order. but the problem is if i go to change mode how can I findout it as intercompany sales order.
    thanks & regards.
    venkat

    Hi Venkat,
As every one have already explained other points,in standard SAP there is no provision to determine as if the sales order is intercompany or not.
But if you  want you can create a user status as normal sales order and intercompany sales order. So by checking the status at table level or in order you can determine if it is Intercompany or normal sales order.
Best way is to create a different document type itself which will be exclusively used for intercompany orders. So it will be easy for reporting and tracking purpose.

  • Sale Order Excise Value should not be zero

    Dear Friends
With the User Exit MV45AFZZ     Form:: Userexit_Save_Document_Prepare,
we have written a condition that while saving the sale order, if the excise condition value JEX2 is zero, order could not be saved and this is working fine for normal process.
But in some cases, we need to explode the BOM in sale order.  In this case, the above user exit is checking for components excise value which should not be the case. In fact, we tried to distinguish with item category for the above exit but the item category structures are not flowing in a particular area of user exit.
My requirement is that for BOM exploded items, the above condition should not trigger for excise value in sale order.  It should trigger ONLY for Header Material.  How this should be achieved??
    thanks
    G. Lakshmipathi

    The problem is solved.
Actually in the above user exit, we had looped thru' xvbap for the item category type NOT equal to 'Order Type'.
Then, we read the xkomv table with two keys  JEX2 and POSNV ( referring to vbap-posnr) and checked if condition value is null, if so trigger the error message.
In this way, though the xvbap is not dynamic in that form of userexit, the reading of xkomv helped to achieve
our purpose of triggering the error for header materials.
    thanks

  • Sales orders from CRM are not getting blocked with credit check

    Hi All
I have configured ECC in such a way that , if cutomer does not have enough creditlimt, then those sales order will get blocked. Our orders will come from CRM, and some times some orders are not getting blocked with credit check even though the customer does not have credit limit. And at the same time some orders are blocked with credit check...what are all the things that should be checked to diagnose the problem.
Thanks in advance for looking into this

Please check if you have any custom code/user exit in ECC which uses transaction code (VA01 , VA02 or VA05 etc) prior to invoking credit checks.
Orders created via CRM will not have transaction code set (SY-TCODE).

  • Creating sales order through BAPI - do not want to send idoc confirmation

    Hi guys!
I'm creating a sales order using BAPI BAPI_SALESORDER_CREATEFROMDAT1. The system was cuztomized to send an idoc through an output type, so whenever this BAPI is executed an idoc is sent.
My problem is that I do not want the Idoc to be created when using this BAPI.
Is there a way not to use an output type when using the BAPI?
Thanks in advance for your help!

Use an output requirement that stops the proposal of the output.  You'll want to make sure that it works in both immediate and delayed modes, e.g., you can't use a field-symbol (or the KOMKBV1 user exit) for access to T180-TCODE or to the CALL_BAPI value in memory.   You might want to try the VBAK-ERNAM value, since you probably use a specific (non-dialog) user for the call.  Otherwise, use another field to identify a BAPI call and check that field in the requirement.

  • Locking Sales order and line item from reading

    Hi,
I am writing an interface program to create an offer list inspection report. If two users are running the program at the same time, and if the first user read and processing a sales order line item, it should not read the same sales order line item twice for the second user.
Please let me know if anybody has used locking sales order at line item level (VBAP).
The enqueue function for VBAP is not working.
    Any suggestions will be helpful.
    Regards
    Ravikanth

    hi Ravi ,

  • Sales Order Line item category not getting Re detemining Correctly

    Dear all,
I need  help regarding the Sales order item category redetermination.
we are having two item categories YNAE and YNAG and it contains schedule  line categories CP and CB ( i.e for item         category  YNAE schedule line category is CP and for item category YNAG schedule line category is CB),
for YNAG Purchase Requisition is automatically created becz of functional setting on save and it is working fine.
For every line item in sales order line item level item category YNAE will be determined by default as per functional settings.
Now my requirement is that, if sales order line item doesn't contain 100% confirmed quantity, than i needs to change the default line item category YNAE to YNAG which i am trying to do it in USEREXIT_PRICING_PREPARE_TKOMP becz in this exit i am getting the values in XVBAP and XVBEP and  it is working fine .
But schedule line category is not getting redetermined automatically what i mean is, if i change the item category to YNAG from YNAE in user exit corresponding schedule line category CB of YNAG is getting determined automatically at the schedule line level and if ichange the schedule line categories in XVBEP in exit USEREXIT_PRICING_PREPARE_TKOMP, changes are reflecting at the schedule line level but Purchase requisation is not getting created for schedule line on SAVE and its delivary dates are also not getting determined properly. If i press the option ATP check at the schedule line level than very things will getting corrected.
I feel that i am not doing this in proper way, do u have any idea about how to redetermine item category. please let me know if u have any idea .
    Regards,
    Vaddepally Manoj

USEREXIT_PRICING_PREPARE_TKOMP is the wrong location - that exit is for pricing communication preparation only.  Your primary location for item category determination is USEREXIT_SOURCE_DETERMINATION (MV45AFZB).  In your simple scenario, you could consider making an availability check at this point with some assumptions and then assign the item category accordingly.  Otherwise, you can re-assign item category and schedule line category in USEREXIT_MOVE_FIELD_TO_VBEP.  The exit is called once before ATP (for ATP-relevant schedule line categories) and once afterwards.  The call is recursive if you re-assign another ATP-relevant category.
