7 weeks ago we signed up to eircom with e-fibre broadband, techy came out a couple days later and told us work had to be done on the road because there was no landline in the house. Fair enough , then we were told we had to wait 2 weeks to get permits for the KN networks to put the line in.
We ended up waiting a whole month for someone to come out to start work , we were fed so much bs one of your supervisors had to ring us and apologise for all lies we were told by about 10 different members of staff...a supervisor having to ring a customer and apologise for his staff lying....seriously

I really doubt it. To do that, that person must have stolen your Apple ID email and password, and then, log in Messages in his/her iPhone with your Apple ID to read your messages. The Apple ID of an iPhone doesn't change when you connect it to your Mac, so don't worry

HT1296 A while back all my songs on my iTunes (laptop) disappeared. All songs are still on my iPod nano, but I'm scared to try to sync. my iPod with computer/itunes as I know someone who accidently wiped out all their songs doing this. Suggestions?

A while back the songs on my itunes (laptop) just disappeared, but the songs are still on my ipod nano. Since this happend I purchased some songs which are now on my itunes/laptop, but NOT on my ipod.
I want to sync my iPod with my itunes account on my laptop (i.e. all songs on ipod are on itunes and vice-versa), however I know someone who attended a simular sync. and the accidently wiped-out all of their songs.
Any suggestions or help would be greatly appreciated.

- Transfer iTunes purchases to the computer by:
iTunes Store: Transferring purchases from your iOS device or iPod to a computer
- Transfer other music by using a thrid-party program like one of those discussed here:
Copy music
- The try syncing. If you synced last time with this computer you should not a have a problem.

Who isn't doing their job?

I commonly post that one can not redistribute stuff from the JDK - only the JRE is distributable.

Hi. This is my first time posting. My Macbook Pro with Os X Mavericks has been running super slow since before I installed Mavericks so I'm pretty sure it's not the OS that has the problem. Launch the Console application in any of the following ways:

Is there anyone there? I hope there is someone who can you understand this problem and have the common sense to respond?
I open gmail. I want to save an email to one of my folders.
I position my cursor over the appropriate Folder icon or by choice, to the Trash.
The friendly finger pointing cursor icon changes to an arrow icon.
The hand icon allows me flawless access to opening and/or moving emails.
The arrow, however does not open the link.
On the Google menu bar the cursor hand with finger opens the links to Everett (my name), Search, Images, Maps and Play.
When I attempt to open the remaining links in the menu bar (YouTube, News, Gmail, Drive, Calendar and More) the arrow icon replaces the hand. The arrow icon does not work. It will not activate these links. Nor does it open email messages in the Inbox.
Usually I reset, even reboot Safire and sometimes the problem goes away, then reappears.
Can you imagine if this condition should it happen to a tech savvy Google Support person? Perhaps one can share and make my problem go away.
I am considering dropping Google as my mail source. Unfortunate!

I have uninstalled my Access Connection, but this problem seems to persist. IBM technician have changed the wireless card of my T60, the first few days after it was changed was very fine, no problem at all. About a week later, the problem occured again, and it happened quite frequently after that occurence. Now i really have no idea what is the cause and how to solve it. Now that you mention it, I'm having the exact same problem on Facebook as well, when I play Family Feud.
I wish someone would investigate and post a solution to this problem. No-one from Playlist has responded, and no-one "Officially" from Firefox either.

It seems you have gone to great lengths to improve accessibility in many areas of the iPad. Why was this obvious problem with icon text size missed? (It's not with the Mac.). And for so long too.
Do you employ people with actual accessibility problems to help you do UI design?
I think too, that some buttons are too close for people who might have motor control problems.

I bought the FULL not TRIAL edition of Photoshop Elements and I have contacted Amazon who confirmed this, but say I need to contact you. Can you please let me know how I can resolve this?
