But this is not the first problem of apple. Today I bought an album with the booklet 15 f...... Euros. Music is there but digital booklet isn't! On iTunes before I bought, was an information booklet only with full album... That's a lie!!!!!
Anyway thank You very much for help. The problem isn't solved yet.

I'm signed up to the Cloud and itunes match - the whole game. But I cam getting annoyed with having to delete songs one by one on my iPhone once dowloaded from the cloud as I only have a 16GB phone....yes I listen to music non-stop! So, I am thinking about getting an iPAD as I rarely use my MacBook Pro for anything other than surfing and music now... so the question is: "On an iPad with iTunes, do you know if you can edit/delete all your tunes on your device with a "clear all" button rather than having to delete a song one by one like you have to do on an iPhone (if not synching via a MacBook/ PC with iTunes account where I know you can clear down and refill with ease)????

What do you mean " back up my photos or Apps"?
The photo sync is one way - computer to ipad.
You can transfer itunes purchases. Without syncing: File>Transfer Purchases
Copy everything from your backup copy of your old computer to your new one. -

iOS 7 does not give you a way to delete all your text messages at once.
While you can delete multiple messages within a conversation thread (tap and hold a message bubble, then click more; you'll see it), there's no way to delete more than one conversation thread at once. You have to slide each thread and then tap delete. -
The money was already payed and I'm really confused on why, I tried restarting my IPAD and shutting down, etc but it still says 5GB.
Try this. If it works, backup the iPad after the device restarts.
Reboot the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons. -
I have just purchased an ipad and downloaded a few basic games, but I cannot get any sound from the games, I have checked in general settings, and in each of the app settings to make sure that the sounds are on, I have also tried deleting and reloading the game apps, but still no sounds.

When I get an email on my iPhone and delete it, it still shows up on my MacBookPro inbox-which I want it to do.
When I delete an email in my inbox on my iPad it disappears everywhere- it's not on my MacBookPro inbox nor trash, it's nowhere to be found-nor on my iPhone. I need to be able to delete inbox messages on my iPad when traveling but still see them in my inbox on my MacBookPro when I get to my office. How can I do this? I've always had this kind of issue. When I write a new message on Ipad using 'iMessage', it appears immediately even on my Imac running OS X Mountain Lion. But when I delete on Ipad a message, I always had to do the same operation on my Imac because the deletion is not automatic in Mountain Lion. Is it normal? Is it a normal feature of the OS X or is there something wrong with Icloud? Has it ever happen to anyone? Thanks if you can help me.

Sometime I think I would like it if I could delete an iMessage completely.
Other times when reading them on my iPhone I wish to leave them until I can answer them with something that is on my Mac.
It seems that as a device or a Mac that is off line can "catch up" on iMessages sent within a few hours would suggest that the iMessages are held on the server for a period.
It would be handy for different levels of "deletion".

When I delete a message from my mini iPad why doesn't it also delete from my home computer?
I can send and receive emails on my iPad mini but if I delete a message it still remains a message on my desktop. How do I synchronise the two to make sure I can delete them remotely?
There are some e-mail accounts, for instance G-Mail, where it becomes necessary sometimes to log in to the mail account using your web browser and delete the mail from the server ('All Mail' folder, particularly) to get rid of the repeated download. Maybe your e-mail account has decided to emulate G-Mail! Or did you do any changes to your account set-up in Mail?

My iPad 3 is for school, so I take a ton of notes on notability. I just updated it recently, and I have almost no space. My iPad has a 16 GB capacity, and my usage says I have used up 13.3 GB. I deleted all my photos, all my videos, most of my music, almost all of my notes, and 75% of all my apps. But everyday it seems like there is more space being used up. I don't get it. It's making my iPad shut down randomly and is not letting me take any photos, even though I have no photos!! It is very annoying! Help!

When I retrieve mail and delete the message I still see the message count even if all of the messages are gone
I had tried that and it appeared to select nothing, so I got thrown off. But yes, I should have tried the delete button at that point. Then delete the swatch, then copy it all and paste it into a new file. The paste-in is my primitive way of confirming what's actually there. I'm sure there are more elegant ways.

I want to delete certain emails on my Ipad but not on my mac. Right now when I delete message on ipad it moves message on mac to trash also. Can I change this?
If this is an IMAP account, that is how it is supposed to work. The whole point of IMAP is to keep your email synchronized across multiple access devices.
Instead of trash, you could move those files to a new IMAP folder you create, something like "ignore on iPad" folder. -
Hello there, can someone help me please. I erased all data and settings last night and now my IPAD just shows a line across it with the apple logo. It is not responding to the on / off switch. I have connected the IPAD to my laptop so i can reinitilise it but nothing is happening - it doesn't appear as a device on my laptop (the USB port is working OK) Has anyone else experienced this and how did you overcome it?
