DSO data Activation Time out-DATABASE ERROR-440

Hello all,
We are getting error in one of our standard DSO during activation -Error-Process 000001 did not confirm within the permitted time period,we repeated process chain ,we got the same error,we activated manually -we got the same error, I need to mention that we only have 3278 records which should not take more than few seconds-minutes to activate. we reset RSODSO_SETTINGS wait time by increasing still did do it , we changed data package 10,000 ,50,000 but it didn't correct the error, we even change DSO SID generation setting during activation to never create SID ,it didn't correct the error, we reactivated DSO,we indexed the table both new and active table but we are getting the same error, in a SM21 we are getting error DATABASE ERROR -440 [IBM][CLI Driver][DB2] NO AUTHORIZED PROCEDURE NAMED > DSO_VERSION HAVING COMPATIBLE ARGUMENTS WAS FOUND... DBA reorg and did some other things but we are still getting the same error and the are not sure what the procedure DSO_VERSION is ,Any body have any idea what that procedure is and why we are getting that in sm21 during one DSO data activation? Has anybody had this kind of experience before? by the way we have researched on google SCN and nothing close to our scenario. By the way we ran the activation with the different settings both in dialog and background.We also got error Background process BCTL_4Z81MSY8311QNTKRYGRDYVFXY terminated due to missing confirmation ...Any suggestions will be of great help and points will be awarded....

Start ALert Router failed with Database Error -444 SQLstate 42724

HI,
When I create a stored procedure SAPCL and follow the subsequents steps & Verify SAPCL is running, I get the message SAPCL stored procedure has been successfully installed.
Then when I Load the ALert Router(SUccessful) and start the ALert Router, I get the following message.

Hi Bala,
Same type of dump we got when we trigger the DTP which in process chain to load data from DSO to Info cube. And the load had processed with 225 data package and at 164th data package we got this error and except 164th data package all data package processed successfully
And the request was red. So we had done processed manually by clicking the icon. So all its been green and successfully loaded.
So when you do process manual the particular data package which got failed will be process successfully

Potential Windows Update database error detected 0x80070490

This is the response I get when I run the Windows update troubleshooter from the Windows 8.1 Action Center. If I click next it reports the errors have been fixed. However if I run it again it reports exactly the same errors.
After searching the Internet I have found that several users have reported having this issue. As result of the aforementioned search I have tried the following:
1) Run the Fixit tool for Windows 8.1 located at:
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/971058/en-us.
2) Run the System Update Readiness commands: DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Scanhealth and DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth located at:
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/947821/en-us.
3) Saved contents of C:\Windows\System32\catroot2 to a temp folder and then deleted contents of C:\Windows\System32\catroot2.
4)Renamed C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution to C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution.old
5) Restarted Windows 8.1.
6) Verified that C:\Windows\System32\catroot2 and that C:Windows\SoftwareDistribution folders had been rebuilt.
7) I then ran the Windows update troubleshooter from the Window 8.1 Action Center again and got the same response as listed above. The errors still exist and are not fixed.
8) Finally, I downloaded Windows 8.1 Enterprise Evaluation and I did a completely new clean install of Windows 8.1 and without installing anything else (no updates, no software, no antivirus) the above errors appeared within minutes after connecting
to the internet. I checked using the Windows update troubleshooter several times before connecting to the Internet and each time no problems were found, but shortly after I connected the above errors are shown to exists.
Any suggestions that will help fix this issue will be of great help.

Did anyone ever find an actual fix for this problem? I have a very similar problem. I have gone through the same steps for fixing my issues with getting a message of problems found every time I run the Windows Update troubleshooter. It

I run the troubleshooter it finds the same issues. I have no problems running Windows Update under Windows 8.1 and them all installing without issue, yet I can't download or update ANY apps within the MS store and like the problem above, when it looks
for my apps it says it's having problems finding them and to try later. If I try to download even a free app, I get an error message that something happened and your purchase can't be completed. Error code: 0x80096004.

Database error 22001 & database error 22001 FET

I am not sure, if this is the right forum for this question.
I am getting Database Error: Database error 22001 & Database Error 22001 FET continously in my event log.
Their is an OSS note which suggest that we upgrade R3TRANS.EXE.
I am on CRM 4.O SP8 on Windows/MSSQL 2000 platform. Kernel and R3Trans are upgraded with latest patch.
R3trans is running with no errors.
Any suggestions would be great.

Explanation:
An SQLSTATE was returned by routine routine-name, along with message text msg-text.
System Action:

I was searching in service market place for a notes and I found note 579952 but is too old.

Hi Jorge,
I hope your system admin did not delete the temp SQl packages.
The best thing would be to stop the system and delete all the SQL packages form the R3MAIN menu by usng option 4--option 5 and then delete all the packages and restart the system and see if that helps.

I have the same message but on the Windows event viewer.
Because of this, backups are failing.
When I try to make a consistensy check throught SP12 there is a dump:
The program "RSTS0020" has exceeded the maximum permitted runtime without
interruption and has therefore been terminated.
I have tried to launch also the RSTS0030 program in dialog, no objects are found.
Can someone help please?

Single Primary Site running SCCM 2012 SP1 with SQL 2008 SP3 CU14 on Windows Server 2008 SP1.
We are in process of upgrading to SCCM 2012 R2.
Ran the ConfigMgr 2012 R2 setup with the /TESTDBUPGRADE on SQL Server.
F:\SMSSETUP\BIN\X64\setup.exe /testdbupgrade

Error: SQL Instance hosting an active site database, error cannot run Testdbupgrade on a SQL Instance which host an active site database.
We are using s-syscenter account which has SA rights on SQL and added as local admin.

You should run Testdbupgrade on a copy of your database (ie a backup) rather than the "live" database.
Note that you cannot upgrade a database once you have run Testdbupgrade on it.

Usmm: database error when reading the table TUMRES

Hi folks,
I´m getting this error when i´m trying to run the EXPORT to LAW FILE on a system measurement. What could be the problem because:
1. on my User classifications all my users on the column STATUS are not GREEN but silver like deactivated.
2. On the column CONTRACTUAL USER TYPE all are TEST
3. On the column CLASSIFICATION TYE TEXT are set as DEFAULT USER TYPE
4. When i run the System Measurement Statistics they show me a warning windows telling me that 1 MEASUREMENT JOB TERMINATED and when i get i can see that the ICM - Incident and Commissions Management is the one that has terminated.
5. There is nothing on the SM21 related with that.
6. The TUMRES table exist I checked with tcode SE16 but I could not certify if there is content or not.
7. On the tcode LICENSE_ADMIN the COMBINE USERS and CONSOLIDATE ALL DATA are green but I need first to IMPORT DATA FROM SYSTEM.

Hi Nelson,
This error message "Database error reading table TUMRES" would occur usually when any background jobs get terminated while performing measurement using transaction USMM.
I recommend you implement Note 1674661 - USMM: Application 900 (ETM) measurement result in short dump. and try to measure again

Business rule in MDS 2012 error: A database error has occurred. Contact your system administrator.

I get the following information in my MDS log as well as the above error message when I execute a business rule that has a condition of AND and an Action of Attribute must be unique in combination with 2 other attributes.
I'm running SQL Server 2012 11.0.3000
MDS database version 11.1.0.0
Any ideas?

OK I bit the bullet and contacted support on this one.
There is a known issue with MDS 2012 and business rules with a combination of "must be unique" attributes. If you do not list the attributes in the same order that they were created you will get the generic error I cited. At first they told me it must be
in the same order the attributes are in and that worked on one entity but not the other. The difference was that in the second entity I previously rearranged the attributes in question. Once I changed the order in the business rule to reflect the *original*
order it worked like a champ.
Hopefully this helps save someone some time and money.
