it be good for to run ExecuteNonQuery +
ExecuteWithResults; both executes the SQL batch, the only difference is, ExecuteWithResults returns a result?

How to link a OCI app for running both 8i and 9i
Hi,
I have an OCI application built on 9i and linked dynamically with libclntsh.so . When I run the program on system with installed 8i, library loader was looking for libclntsh.so.9.0, which oracle 8.1.7 does not have.
Does anyone know why the library loader looks for libclntsh.so.9.0 instead of the libclntsh.so which it is linked to?
Can anyone tell me how to build a application that will run on either 8i or 9i?

I need my application to run with Oracle9 and Oracle10.
I link on Solaris with Oracle9, and the executable points to libclntsh.so.9.0 instead of libclntsh.so.
# ldd myapp
libclntsh.so.9.0 => /u01/app/oracle/product/9.2.0/lib32/libclntsh.so.9.0
As libclntsh.so.9.0 is not delivered with Oracle10, the application won't run unless a symbolic link from libclntsh.so.9.0 to libclntsh.so is made.
Is there a way of solwing this issue?

Keynote '09 is compatible with your computer, but you won't get the latest Keynote version running that version. As you have an Early 2008 MacBook, first I recommend you to update to Mac OS X Snow Leopard to get newer versions of all applications but without losing any applications > http://store.apple.com/us/product/MC573/mac-os-x-106-snow-leopard Make a backup before upgrading.
The DVD contains Mac OS X 10.6.3, so after upgrading, open > Software Update to update to 10.6.8. Then, you will get access to the App Store.
However, the Keynote version available in the App Store is only compatible with OS X 10.7.5 or newer, so now you have two options:
1. Upgrade to OS X Lion and purchase Keynote from the App Store.
2. Keep Mac OS X Leopard or Snow Leopard, and buy Keynote on a DVD in eBay or Amazon. Note that you won't be running the most recent Keynote version, but it doesn't mind (the latest version only adds iCloud support) -

Open Audio MIDI Setup (/Applications/Utilities/), then check the Audio Output setting.
Change the Audio Output setting to 44100.0 Hz.
Quit Audio MIDI Setup.

I have Mac OSX Lion 10.7.4, Quickbooks Pro 2010, Parallels Desktop 7 for Mac, Operating in Windows 7. Quicbooks Pro 2010 is not responding or opening currently. Quickbooks does not support Parallels anymore. I hear Apple Bootcamp is an opton. Are there any recommendations for running Quickbooks Pro 2010 on Mac?
QuickBooks Pro 2010 for Mac is not supported in Lion. QB Pro 2011 will work, but I just got an email today that 2011 will not be updated to work in Mountain Lion. QB Pro 2012 will be updated for ML.
Be aware that the Mac version of QuickBooks is shamefully lacking in features compared to the Windows version. I do use the Mac version, but it has more features than I need for a small business, so it doesn't affect me. No one knows why Intuit seems to hate Mac users, but they show it every day.
If QB Pro 2012 for Mac can be downloaded as a demo, I would strongly suggest testing with it before making a final decision. You will be able to import the Windows data, but possibly not all of it, depending on the Windows version features you use.
Boot Camp allows you to install Windows on its own, bootable partition. When you boot to it, you are of course running Windows in every sense of the word. Just on Mac hardware rather than typical PC gear. Your Windows version of QB will work there without issue. The problem is having to boot back and forth between Windows and OS X, depending on what software it is you need to use at the time. -

Exception 1 would seem to be FORMATTING_ERROR, which suggests something in the design of the Smartform. However, that doesn't fit with the form being generated from a report, but only erroring when called from a function module. I can think of no reason why the different calling method would be a factor.
When FORMATTING_ERROR is raise it should also set a message ID and number, are you able to determine what they are?

I CANNOT change my phone number setting to an sms capable number to set-up keychain.. I have tried everything. I am on a Mac OSX, Mavericks upgrade and an iPhone 5. My mobile is set to @icloud and my mac is stuck set on @me and there aren't any options for changing either my phone number, account, details or anything. I simply want to set-up keychain and receive an sms to my mobile and not to my sms non-compatible home phone number. Any help sooo appreciated.
On your Mac, Sign Out of iCloud, then Sign In with the ID you want to use.

If you previously had an add-on which added print-to-PDF functionality just to Firefox, perhaps it got disabled. You could check here:

Also, are you really running Firefox 8.0.1? That version from last November is no longer secure and has been superseded by Firefox 11. If you browse the web widely, you should update for your security. -

Initially I had downloaded Document 2 (Free) application to view my doc, ppt and xls files. I was not able to edit the files so there was an option for upgrade the Document-2 free to paid version. I have upgraded the Document 2 application. But on my iPad now there are to application present Docemnt-2 (Free) and Document-2. I am not able to open any existing document using the upgraded version of application. How do I connect all the existing txt,PPT,XLS doccument to the new upgraded Document-2 application and then to edit it on my iPad.
As suggested I had deleted the free application and did a hard restart the iPad. I have again copied the document using iTunes. But I am not able to edit any document using this app. Document 2 (paid version) supports editing features of the txt/ xls /ppt files. Is there any problem while loading the Document 2 app. If I reload then do I need to purchase again?

Since I starting using my MacMini (2011 version) I have not been able to print double sided from my HP Photosmart plus - there is no option for this in the Printer dialog box as there was in the similar dialog box on my PC. How do I set up this option?
1. You did not get an error message telling you that your iPhoto library was getting full. You got a message telling you that your HD was getting full, right?
OS X needs about 10 gigs of hard drive space for normal OS operations - things like virtual memory, temporary files and so on.
Without this space your Mac will slow down as the OS hunts for space on the disk, files will be fragmented, also slowing things down, apps will crash and the risk of data corruption - that is damage to your files, photos, music - increases exponentially.
Your first priority is to make more space on that HD. Nothing else can be done until you do.
Purchase an external HD and move your Photos and Music to it. Both iPhoto and iTunes can run perfectly well with the Library on an external disk.
Your Library has been damaged from being run on an overfull disk.
How much free space on it now? -

Didn't the link to contact the iTunes Store staff in the 'Additional Information' section of that article work for you? If you don't already have a valid rescue email address, only Apple itself can reset the questions.
