In ST03N transaction?

In ST03N Transaction, which table stores the information of reprot or tcodes which are executed daily, weekly or monthly . By using the FM SAPWL_WORKLOAD_GET_STATISTC we are getting that information . Here i want to know which table holds this information please help me in this regard

Tcode STAT - System statistics, including which tcodes are being used by which users for a period
Report RSSTAT20 - Users Vs Transactions for a period

You can go ahead with the mentioned FM SAPWL_WORKLOAD_GET_STATISTIC.
But am afraid it is obsolete it higher Ecc versions.But for time being you can go ahead in 4.6
It would return time statistics in the table TIME_STATISTIC.
YOu can later find the average response time using the formula:
avg_resp_time = TIME_STATISTIC-RESPTI / TIME_STATISTIC-COUNT.

Duplicated transactions in ST03N transaction profile

Hello.
I've found duplicated transactions in the transaction profile list , in ST03N.
Does anybody know if this is a bug? This is a 4.6C SAP R/3 system.
If not a bug, why the transaction is reported twice with different number of steps, response time, etc... ?

Sorry, I was not clear explaining my question.
I'm using ST03N , and I'm watching the Transaction Profile list.
In this list there are few transactions which appear twice, in two separate rows, as they had different names, but it is exactly the same transaction. The number of steps and the response time infos are different in the two rows.
I thought that the reason could be that the transaction was changed by a transport, but this is not the case.
I would like to know if anyone else has met the same behaviour and eventually knows the reason.

ST03N Transaction profile showing one entry with a symbol

Hi SDN Community
I got a weird issue in my ST03n view that it shows one symbol in it that we dont have a clue what it is.
In transaction profile-standard we get onlye one entry... like if all the tx were budled in it.
If i click on it, it shows me the user list for that tx... in this case it shows me USER TO TRANSACTION @H3@...
I have tried modifying the layout, checking the filters and so, but still no luck.
By the way If I to SINGLE RECORDS in the step TYP Transaction or job name column it shows me */ "the symbol"...
I couldnt paste the symbol in here, but for what i understand it goes for the @H3@ entry...
If I try a NEW selection in the FILTER PARAMETERS it shows me @H3@ at the program line... and changing it to * gives me the actual data for the transactions...
But I cant find where this filter is coming from.
Any lead will be very much appreciated

I opened a ticket with SAP and fortunately we got the right answer in the first try.
There is a compression job that has several options in it. one of them goes for user and transaction profiles
note 1110822
To give you a more detailed description of the symbol I was getting is some sort of circle (similar to a happy face) and a trash can. (sorry for the lack of description of it, but i couldnt paste a screenshot of it)

Workload statistic differs from the statistic in the st03n transactions!?

I have the following Problem. When I load the workloadstatistic for a day with the function SAPWL_WORKLOAD_GET_STATISTIC (from the dbtable MONI) I get the users who called specific programs and transactions in the SAP for a specific day. When I use the st03n and the businesstransaction monitoring and show the data for the same day there are fewer users calling programs and transactions than in the workload statistic.
So there are more people calling transactions in the workload statistik than in the st03n businesstransaction monitoring. How can this be?
The businesstransaction monitoring in the st03n gets its data directly from the statistic files on the servers. The workloadstatistik is written automatically from the system to the database table MONI. How can this differ for a specific day? Thanks.

We'll I've been chasing this issue for the past few days myself - The mystery here is that ST03 & ST03N (Same thing - I guess) now use the delivered 0TCT virtual providers for it source.
I checked the Virtual Data providers and found that they we NOT working there were missing entries in the following tables: RSOACUBE & RSOACUBE_LOGSYS. Once the values were maintained I was able to get ST03 to return data.
Now my issues is returning large data set's...via ST03&ST03N

Virtual provider 0TCT_VC01 - ST03N Gives Dump

Hi,
Have installed BI7.0 Technical contents and have loaded query statistics data using process chain. Everything is working fine except for one scenario.
In one of SAP docs its specified that 0TCT_VC01 is used to take delta statistic records from database view RSDDSTAT_OLAP. When there are no new delta statistics available in this view (i.e, once all data are loaded into basic cube), a dump is seen in ST03N transaction when BI workload for the current day is selected. Dump says "SAPSQL_SQLS_INVALID_CURSOR"
Has anyone faced this issue?

Thanks for the reply!
Have already done all the steps specified like "activating the direct access". I am able to see the correct values in ST03.
The only problem happens in one scenario where,
Scenarion1 : Load the process chain TCT* to get all report statistics - this gets all delta records from database view and hence no delta record is available for the virtual cube to read and hence we get a dump in st03n transaction.
If a execute a report then new statistics data would be available in Database view and virtual provider can read those. In this case there wouldn't be any dump. My issue is with the first scenario only.

ST03N - missing Application Server Statistics

One of our SAP system has 7 application servers and out of which only 5 application server statistics is available through Wprkload ST03N, 2 application servers are entirely missing in the ST03N transaction.
When I explicitly logon into the application servers(which are not shown in ST03N) and try ST03 and to check today's statistics, it shows another servers statistics - Can anyone kindly explain why?
SAP System is 4.6c running in Solaris 9 , with Database as Oracle 9.2.0.8

How many times a program has been run?

Is there a transaction or table or something that tracks how many times a program has been run? The number of times the program has been run plus using the programs' attributes for last changed would help me a lot. We need this for an archiving study to determine of the client has set up the configuration correctly since they went live and have been executing the correct programs. Thanks and mucho rewards if someone has an answer. FYI - I have done a forum search and could find nothing on this topic. I have looked at the tables TADIR and no help, as well as transaction STAT.

I know ST03N transaction can be used extensively to determine how the programs were executed or even to know who all are using a particular transaction...
I tried to find if we can find the number of executions of a program through this transaction, I could not find myself...
try if you can find it through this tcode.

Where will I specify process chain and query time statistics to be loaded .

I am on BI 7.0. I see on my system, BI Statistics Technical Content has been installed because when I run
RSDDSTAT transaction under Info Provides I see cubes such as 0TCT_C01, oTC_C02, oTCT_C03, oTCT_MC01, 0TCT_VC01..
I also see process chains installed on my system such as oTCT_C2_INIT_P01, oTCT_C2_DELTA_P01.
I see various RSDDSTAT* tables being populated on my system as well.
My questions are:
1.     How does data gets populated in 0TCT_C01, C02 etc? Is it by scheduling TC process chains or there are other means?
2.      Where does one specify what kind of statistics will be copied from RSDDSTAT* tables. My IT lead tells me that process chain statistics are not being collected. I also thing query times are not being populated in 0TCT tables. Where can I specify what should be loaded in these cubes.
3.     Does ST03N transaction display data from 2.

You can find the DataSource in RSA1. For example, 0TCT_C01 is updated from 0TCT_DS01. And you need to schedule process chain 0TCT_C0_DELTA_P01 for query statistics and 0TCT_C2_DELTA_P01 for data load statistics on a regular basis. Of course, as they are delta chains, you need to first run initializaiton chains for just one time before scheduling delta chains. The initialization chains are 0TCT_C0_INIT_P01 and 0TCT_C2_INIT_P01.
2.      Where does one specify what kind of statistics will be copied from RSDDSTAT* tables. My IT lead tells me that process chain statistics are not being collected. I also thing query times are not being populated in 0TCT tables. Where can I specify what should be loaded in these cubes.
As I know, the statistics data are first stored in RSDDSTAT* tables. For example, query data are stored in RSDDSTAT_OLAP. And the data are loaded to corresponding cubes when you executing InfoPackages.
