In St07 there we can see both the hostname but DB is virtual IP

I have one query regarding Stand Alone DB server  .
We have 2 node of server 1 active and 2 pacive   for sap there is one virtual IP and one for  oracle virtual IP.
Now my question is when we run st07 there we can see both the hostname name under SAPOSCOL destination.
So  is a Stand Alone DB server and can we start the OSCOLLECTOR for this server .
I have tried to run sm35 to but in Exec. Target it is giving only one server name that is Application server. So how can we run the report on DB
