I was wondering if there was any way to check the status of an order that was made in store.

Thank you for joining us on Best Buy Unboxed. You ask a great question.
The answer to your question is...sometimes. Sam-MCSA and avm5689 both offer great insights into ways to track your packages. 
Depending on the type of order or the product ordered, tracking information may not be available. Not all of our packages ship via UPS, Fedex, or USPS. Shipments from our warehouses, for example, may not necessarily be track-able by our customers. That being said, if you will send me a private message that includes your full name, telephone number, and order number, I will be happy to look into the current status of your order.

  • Order status shipped to store?

    Ok so last Saturday I ordered a canon dslr and as of last night the status has said "shipped to store" then around 12ish the status said ready for pick up so I got all ready then it changed back to shipped to store!!!
    I called the store it shipped to and they said it's there but on the truck and be basically said it will take two days to unload it off the truck and to call again on Saturday lol.
    The problem is, I need this camera for the meteor shower tomorrow, I mean if it wasn't for that I'd be fine with waiting.
    He said it's there at their store, on the truck, how is it possible that it will take two days to unload a camera off of a truck?

    Anticipation of a new device is fun, part of the whole experience and one that I really enjoy. But sometimes, as I've discovered, anticipation can overstay its welcome and become trying of one's patience. I regret it very much that this situation may have caused you to cross from a lot of thrill to a little bit of chill.
    While I'm at a loss to explain why your order status changed to indicate readiness for pickup and then back, you haven't been misinformed as the the time frame for your new camera to become available for pickup. Warehouse shipments almost always include hundreds -- if not thousands -- of pieces for a store's inventory. Depending on staffing and the size of the shipment, checking in the new items and getting them ready for our customers may take a day or two to accomplish.
    You should receive a proper notification when you camera is ready to be picked up. With sincere apologies for any inconvenience, we must impose upon your patience until the check-in process is completed. Please know that I'm grateful that you wrote to us with your concern.

  • Which table stores CO Internal Order Status

    Hi Guys,
                  I am changing Internal Order status, but can't find the respective field in RESB table.
    AUFK status fields are not even changed !
    Any idea Which table records internal order status changes ?

    Hi.. COAS is a view of AUFK..
    COAS suppose to store the status.. which has 4 diff. status fields..
    But those fields are not updated when there is a status change in Internal Order..

  • Can't get order status on iPhone 6, pre-purchased in-store (showed stock for my particular model)

    I pre-purchased my iPhone 6, 64GB silver, in-store on 9/13.  I got an e-mail confirmation as well which says deliver by 9/16 (and when I bought it, there was stock left of that model).  When I check my order status at one spot, I get technical difficulties, and when I check it at another, it just gives me the ACE # and location #, which I already had, and it has a blank for expected ship date.   

    Thank you very much for the help!  I did reach out to the store, and they had no additional info. other than the preorder number, order number, and location number I had already been e-mailed by Verizon.
    However, I just got a shipping update with tracking numbers!  If you made this happen, thank you very much!  So far the tracking numbers do not give me any information except that the label was created 9/18 (this is tomorrow, oddly), so I assume it must have already shipped out or will ship tomorrow.  I hope this means my phone will arrive Friday, 9/19!  Hopefully tomorrow I'll be able to confirm this via the UPS tracking numbers.  (It looks like it is shipping UPS, not FedEx.)

  • AT&T Store - Checking Order Status

    I managed to preorder my iPhone through AT&T's site around 5:45am eastern time; the confirmation email was received about ten minutes afterwards, so I can only assume all is well with my order.
    Out of curiosity, for those who also ordered from AT&T's site as opposed to the Apple one, have any of you attempted to check your order status using the link provided in the confirmation email? It's clearly stated in both the email and on the status page that orders placed within the last 24 hours are likely to not show up yet, which is precisely the case for me as of 5:30pm eastern time. I can only assume the order will be recognized by the status page sometime tomorrow but I'm interested to know if anyone has had luck finding their order through the link (https://www.wireless.att.com/orderstatus/order_statusresults.jsp)

    Status Explanations
    In Progress: Our warehouse is still processing this item for shipment.
    Canceled: This item has been canceled and will not be shipped.
    Partially Shipped: Some of the items have shipped. If an item is on backorder, an amount will appear in the Qty Backordered column.
    Shipped: Our warehouse has shipped this item.
    i guess whether its processing or in progress it probably won't make much of a difference as long as your order is not back-ordered. those are the dreaded words a consumer never wishes to hear.

  • Order status is still saying processing items

    I ordered my IPad 3 on the 16th of March, so it was after the pre-order thing and I was going to just buy it straight away from a apple store but dicided to order online with engraving and the apple smart cover. Both the items are still saying "processing items". I have recieved an order confirmation email but not the shipped confirmation email unless I didn't read it right but the email just said that they can get it deliverered eariler than expected. This is my first time ordering on the apple website although I have an IPhone 4S which i recieved as a christmas present and I think was brought from o2 so I have no idea how long this would take. Why is it still saying "Processing Items"? Surely it doesn't take apple this long to process the items.

    Further to my original post, I received my iPad on the 29th which was a day after the earliest possible delivery date. The order status did not change until the day before it arrived so don't worru about that. I realised that it had dead pixels, rang up on Thursday evening and arranged for it to be picked up, replacement arrived on the Wednesday after (4th). This one also had dead pixels and a new one arrived today which I hope is not going to have dead pixels! I am impressed by the speed in which they ship out replacements but annoyed at the quality control if I'm honest.

    I WANT OT KNOW THE STATUS OF PRODUCTION ORDER AFTER CONFIRMATION.
    If X prodcution order has been confirm on shop floor.
    and submited to QC.
    Next step is quallty inspection,then it will go to  finished goods store, then despatch.
    How can i see that , wheather order is in quailty for inspection , or it has been gone to finished store or from finished store to despatch.

    Hi,
    The status of the order after confirmation will be CNF if fully confirmed or PCNF if partially confirmed. Similarly DLV or PDLV also. Whether material goes into QC or not order status will be these mentioned above. That means as soon as order has delivered the goods to the stock then order status does gets affected by the material movement. Whether a stock is lying in the shopfloor inventory or dispatch stores it is not affecrted. Even in MTO after delvery order is not impacted by inventory movements

  • Need to cancel order but order is not in listed in Order Status or Purchase History

    I ordered  an Open-Box Canon - PowerShot ELPH-340 16.0-Megapixel Digital Camera - Black, but I never recieved an email confirmation and it did not show up in either my Order Status or Purchase History.I assumed I may not have completed the order correctly so I went through the same process of buying it again, but I still did not recieve a confirmation email nor did it show up in my Order Status or Purchase History.I checked my bank account and I am being charged for the 2 cameras.I would like to have one of those orders canceled a.s.a.p. please.

    The deal for that open box camera looks like a great offer, so I can understand why you ordered one.  I’m sorry to hear that not receiving an order confirmation email led you to order a second one, thus creating two orders.
    Due to maintenance last night on BestBuy.com, confirmation emails were delayed, but should be going out today.  Regrettably, I do see that both orders have already begun fulfillment and I am not able to cancel them.  The only option we would have for you would be to return one of the cameras either by mail or to your local Best Buy store once you receive it.  You can find more information on Canceling Your Order here.

  • Order status:"ready for shipment"

    my credit card company called today to make sure i authorized a charge for a substantial amount, so i figured things must be happening. sure enough, i checked my order status online at the apple store and it has been changed to "ready for shipment".
    has anyone else's order status been changed, or iphones shipped?

    its more of an issue with how long it takes your bank to credit your account. The refund from apple will go through that day

    My parents ordered an iPhone via the At&t store 7/23. I just checked the order status today but no iPhone 4 order shows up on the page. Does it take this long for At&t to process an order or is there something I'm missing? Thanks.

    If the order isn't on the page, then something has happened. And yes, it takes up to 3 weeks for the iPhone 4 ships. So an order on 7/23 is not going to arrive until 8/15.

  • VIZIO P602UI-B3 - Order Status

    I went to my local best buy store on this past weekend to buy a vizio 60 inch p series TV. The rep at the TV department told me they only had the 65 inch model in stock. Instead of purchasing the model they had in stock, I instead placed an order in store to have the 60 inch model shipped there. Today I checked my email to get a status update on my order but when I search using the order number nothing comes back. The order does not show up in my purchase history but shows in the my best buy as reward points pending. Also, I noticed that the money has been taken out of my account for the purchase. On top of it, I noticed that the TV is no longer available on the best buy website.
    I am so confused!
    Has anyone had issues ordering the new vizio p series TV's or had a similar issue happen to them?

    Welcome to the forum, and thank you for choosing Best Buy to purchase your new TV! Buying a 60" TV is no small investment, and I would be very concerned if I couldn't locate the order in my purchase history. I would be happy to help you sort this out. 
    Using the e-mail you registered on the forum, I was able to locate the order, and the TV is currently backordered with an estimated arrival date of 11/15. I suggest you continue to check with the store, or call 1-888-BESTBUY for updates as this is an in-store order, not a BestBuy.com order; therefore, you will not be able to view the status online. I apologize for any confusion, and concern this may have caused.

  • Order Status page ?down

    Just made an order online with the Apple store and I received a confirmation email saying the order has been accepted but when I checked the order status later I received this:
    We're sorry, but our Order Status services are extremely busy right now. Please try again later.
    Has anybody else received this error lately, if so, is it an error at the Apple end?

    I ordered my 6 Plus 64 gig in silver on September 19th.  My order has been "Processing" ever since.  Here's hoping they are just really busy getting all of our orders ready to go out the door today!  I can't wait!

    VBUK-GBSTK Stores the overall status of the order. ' ' - Not relevant, 'A' - Not yet processed, 'B' - Partially processed , 'C' - Completely Processed.
    If you are looking the status based on Object status, then use the function module "STATUS_SHOW_CHANGE_DOCUMENTS"
