In STS,is the "Approved" button only belongs to authorization "R_STS_SUP"?

Hi all,
     I find that user have the authorization of "R_STS_SUP" can see the "Approved" button in STS running,without "R_STS_SUP" ,users can only have these:
·         From new to in process
·         From in process to for approval
·         From for approval to in process.
is that true? how can I let the users without "R_STS_SUP" can have "Approved" button?

     thank you,I checked my user's authorization,he has R_STS_PT and Activity = 16. assume I have USER_A,USER_B ,I assiged USER_A to Headquarter,USER_B to HR dept. in STS running, USER_B can not see "Approved" button, but USER_A can see the lower level USER_B's "Approved" button, but in USER_A's own level ,USER_A can not see his "Approved" button.
    how can user have "Approved" button in this own level and don't have the authorization "R_STS_SUP"?

Cup Approval process requires multiple hits of the APPROVE button

Hello GRC CUP folks,
We have an approval process wherein a given request can require 4 levels of approvals to be provisioned. When a manager logs in to CUP, and tries to approve a request, she hits the APPROVE button, then the yellow status bar appears, showing the approval status so far for this request. And she has to hit the APPROVE button again. Then the yellow status for this current stage turns green and the workflow proceeds to the next stage. It is getting back to me that the managers are having trouble understanding and remembering that they have to hit the APPROVE button more than once (even though we added text to that effect in the approval email).
Is there some way to get the approval to process to the next stage with only one push of the APPROVE button?

Hi Yvonne,
Please go to config -> workflow -> stage -> go to change mode for Manager stage.
Make sure that, 'Display Review Screen', 'Comments Mandatory' and 'Confirm Approval' are set to 'NO'. This will make sure that as soon as Manager hits Approve button, the request would be approved.

I read that I if I want to hide the 'Approve' button automatically I must pass proper values in Auth Object F_TRAVL and P_TRAVL.
Do you know, specifically, which authorization field and value I must have in P_TRAVL?

Hi and thanks for the answer.
We use the transaction PRAP for approval all the travel, so we need to prevent a simple user can approve the trip in the TRIP transaction. As I could not find an authorization object that correspond to the button of approval, we thought better to hide it.
Unfortunately I did not see in the TRVPA feature anything that influences me in the way of approval, except that the WRP is equal to 3 which sets the approval status only for travel completed.
Am I mistaken?

Hi Friends,
i want to disable the approve button , when ever non approvers login into that requisitions page. please let me know, how to do. only approvers will have to see that approve button. can we achieve through OAF personalizations or Extensions.

Hi,
You can extend the Controller of that page and in extended controller on page load
Capture the Requistion details and valid approvers from a Prepared Statement.
Then match the Approvers with the Login user name (pageContext.getUserName())
If the user name is not there in the valid approvers then set the disabled property of button to true,

Apple, as I said, does not repair your iPhone. All hardware service issues are handled by replacing the unit. So they can't handle the home-button issue without also addressing the issue of the cracked screen, for which they'll almost certainly charge you. But you can make an appointment at an Apple Store or call Apple tech support and plead your case.

The Back button only allows me to go back one page at a time instead of selecting a previous page from a drop-down list. This is a real problem: anyone have any ideas?

In the previous version of Firefox, I could go back to a previous webpage by clicking on a part of the Back button which brought up a list of recently visited sites, and by clicking one of these, could jump straight back to that page. This facility does not seem to be available in the latest Firefox, and the Back button only goes back one page at a time. This is really inconvenient, as,
it now takes longer to get to an earlier page
there is no visibility of previous pages visited
any actions carried out on webpages are undone when going back through them - this does not happen when jumping back several pages in one go.
This is a real problem as I used to the old system constantly, and cannot continue to use Firefox 4.0 unless there is a way around it.

If an app freezes on you - you can try force quitting the app.
Force quit the app by holding down on the sleep button until the red slider appears. Let go of the sleep button and then hold down on the home button until the app quits. Restart the iPad. Restart the iPad by holding down on the sleep button until the red slider appears and then slide to shut off. To power up hold the sleep button until the Apple logo appears and let go of the button.

After hitting the Approve button (Standard PO) it doesn't send an email

After the Standard Purchase order is created and i hit the Approve button it takes me to a screen where i have an option to print/fax/Email the Purchase order.
Now when i check the email checkbox and enter the email address.I am not able to get the email. Is there any setup i am missing? as the Order is getting approved but i am still not getting the email.Please let me know as to how i can fix this.

Disable the 'Approve' button on the TRIP Tcode

Hi ,
I need to Disable the 'Approve' button on the TRIP Tcode ( Travel management) security setting. User does not want TRIP tocde to be able to approve their own trip expenses. The approval button should be enabled in PR05 but not in TRIP.
So can someone suggest me, Can we achieve this through object restriction? Or else Do we need to change the codeing with the help of ABAPer .

Eliminate the Option from the TCode screen by using Transaction Variant and then create a Variant Transaction for that. Assign this new custom TCode to the Users.

1. I have a Approval Notification on a Page.
2. After clicking the approve button , the control should take me to a Appoval Comments PAge.
3. But after clicking the approval button I am getting ' Page Cannot be found error".
4. I have four botton on this page ( like Redirect, Retunr,cancel ) even after clicking any of these also theos th same error.
Haan ..... We are facing this issue in Prodution and Staging but the Developemnt instance its works fine.

Mid 2011 Macbook Air - Yosemite keyboard and trackpad stopped working, the only button that worked was the power button, only one USB port works.

I have a Mid 2011 Macbook Air.
Upgraded to Yosemite last week.
Three days ago I was using my Macbook Air for the first time since upgrading to Yosemite. I had been using my Macbook Air for approximately 30 minutes, I was using safari and the keyboard and trackpad stopped working (would not respond). The only button that worked was the power button.
I rebooted and they were still not working. I plugged in a USB mouse and external USB keyboard, only one USB port would work (the Left USB port if looking at the screen) so I had to swap between keyboard and mouse.
After logging in there is a bluetooth icon at the top of the screen with a sawtooth line through it. Bluetooth is unavailable and the bluetooth icon is missing from the system preferences menu.
If I run a hardware test by holding D (on USB keyboard) at startup it says that no problems are found and at the conclusion of the test the keyboard and trackpad start working again. When I log on the bluetooth is working again.
I shut down the Macbook Air and when I started it again the keyboard and trackpad and right side USB ports were all not working again. I logged in using the USB keyboard and mouse and the bluetooth not available sawtooth icon had returned.
I ran the hardware test again and at the conclusion of the test the trackpad and keyboard started working again.
I have tried deleting com.apple.Bluetooth.plist and com.apple.Bluetooth.plist.lockfile from /Library/Preferences/ and tried resetting SMC and Power Functions but this did not fix the issue. The only thing that seems to work is running a hardware test - obviously I don't want to do this every time I use the computer.
I do not believe any hardware is faulty/damaged - I think it has something to do with bluetooth/Yosemite.
I do not have the Macbook with me at the moment, if you have suggestions that I can try or additional checks/info you require please let me know and I can get back to you.

I have exactly the same problem, and I can't find any solution.
I can't even track down the root of the problem: the Bluetooth/Wifi module? The trackpad? The keyboard/top case? The logicboard?
I've tried all the usual: SMC/PRAM reset, clean install, kext cache clearing.
Any suggestion is greatly appreciated!

Why is the "Delete" and "Junk" buttons repleased with the "Archive" button (Only for one of the accounts)?

I must have changed a setting, so that the "Delete" and "Junk" buttons above the mail pane have disappeared, and an "Archive" button has appeared instead. This is true only for my mail through Gmail (IMAP), but when i open a mail from my other account (POP), i still see the "Delete" and "Junk" buttons.
How can I fix this?

Try this:
Select an email that does not show all the correct buttons in the header information section above the actual message.
right click on the blank area just above 'Other Actions', you should get a popup saying 'Customise'.
click on 'Customise'
a new window opens.
you can drag items onto that header area, but I would suggest you click on 'Restore Default Set' button and then clickon 'Done' button.

Mail 5.3 is deleting multiple messages when I click the trash button only once! Is there a fix for this bug?

Any help appreciated! I recently ungraded to OSX 10.7.5 (Lion) and ever since, I am having trouble with my mail that I did not have before. When I am going through messages and I use the trash button, it sometimes deletes multiple messages that I have not even opened or read yet. I only click the button once. Any ideas how to correct this?
