In the browser's menu View no longer has a Reload option in the recently updated Firefox. Why?

Trying to access my main communication site www.churchnotes.net but keep getting an error message that Domino Web Access is unable to process my request at this time. They suggested that I select View then Reload from the browser's menu but I am not seeing a Reload option anymore.

Some menu entries in the main menu bar are hidden if you use the mouse and only appear if you use the keyboard to open the menu (Bug 626825). 
You can see the difference if you use Alt+F to open the File menu or Alt+V to open the view menu and compare that to what you see if you use the mouse to open the menu after you have made the menu bar visible by tapping Alt or by pressing F10.
You can right click the tab or the web page to find a Reload menu item.
You can also click the combined Reload/Stop/Go button at the right end side of the location bar.
Reload web page(s) and bypass the cache.
* Press and hold Shift and left-click the Reload button.
* Press "Ctrl + F5" or press "Ctrl + Shift + R" (Windows,Linux)
* Press "Cmd + Shift + R" (MAC)

Because I listened to Adobe earlier today about whither uninstalling Elements would affect Photoshop and Lightroom on my computer, Lightroom no longer sees Photoshop in the EDIT IN Menu of Lightroom. I found an article on the help site saying to delete the filecom.adobe.Photoshop.plist, which I looked for, its not there so it can't be deleted. The next step is to uninstall Photoshop and reinstall. This isn't an option because of all the plug-ins and modifications of the work space. Does any one have a better solution?

I want to run my application in full window. That is to say, I do not want the browser having menu and URL field.
Is there any way to do that?

Go up to the "View" menu, and pull down the "Columns" and "Sort by" menu options. Do you see what you want there? When you say "Address" do you mean "From?"

Unfortunately, that's the way the cookie crumbles nowadays. Sir Jony Ive's GUI design for iOS7 has been met with much skepticism (to say the least). But until the company sees the compelling need for an adjustment or reversal, it "ain't happenin' ". So amble over to the feedback page ( http://www.apple.com/feedback/ ) and make your displeasure known to the company, OR make it known by not purchasing its products. Because as long as the iGadgets continue selling as fast as they can make them, they will see no need for change.
BTW, do note you are NOT talking to Apple here. This is just a user-to-user forum.
Edit: for now, you can also try out any of the alternate calendaring apps available in the App Store.

Why does the browser window change colour when I bookmark a page or click the Downloads button?

Using Firefox 20 on MacOS - when I click the Downloads button or Cmd-D to bookmark a page, the browser window changes from looking like this:

Wow, that looks odd! I have no idea why that would happen, but I wonder if it's related to one of the add-ons you have installed? I see a red icon in the status bar that I'm not familiar with, which leads me to believe that you may have other add-ons installed. One thing to try is to start Firefox Firefox with add-ons disabled (you can do this from the Help menu). If you don't see this problem in that mode, the issue is caused by one of the add-ons. From the Tools menu, you can access the add-ons and disable them one by one. Remember to restart each time and then test it out.
If none of that takes care of this, my other suggestion would be Firefox Reset: [[Reset Firefox – easily fix most problems]]

After upgrading to 3.6.12 my browser is not opening pop-up windows and while closing the browser giving a message that some tabs are open and shall the same be closed? I have not encountered this problem with eralier version. Is there any known issues?

Some of my web pages open a new pop-up window for entering credentilas and display sensitive information. After upgrading t0 3.6.12 i found that firefos is not opening pop-up windows (earlier version allowed). When I close the browser, it gives a quit message saying there are unclosed tabs and windows of firefox. shall they be saved for next time start.
Also observed that the memory usage (from Task manager)is very high compared to earlier ones and the process is not closed even if I close the browser.

3.6.13 is also behaving similarly.

are being stored, and I am not able to delete the cookies as soon as I leave 
their site, as I had been doing for a long time prior to updating. 
So I am wondering where the heck are the cookies being stored now, with the 
new update? I like to be able to delete their cookies immediately, and 
I also wonder why firefox does not make it much easier for us to see 
all the cookies and delete them with one click, instead of having to

Entries in the location bar drop down list with a yellow (blue on Mac) star at the right end are bookmarks. 
You can remove such a bookmarked item that shows in the list if you open that url in a tab and click the yellow star in the location bar. 
This will open the "Edit This Bookmark" dialog and you can click the Remove button to remove the bookmark if you want to remove such a bookmarked entry.

SQL SERVER 2014 - Project consistency check failed. The following inconsistencies were detected: package.dtsx. has a different ProtectionLevel than the project.

I am getting the following error when I right click on a package in solution explorer and execute using SQL Server 2014:

Luckily my solution only has 10 packages. I have verified and re-verified that everyone is set to dontsavesensitive.

What on earth is going on here? I am using windows authentication and have no need for the package to save any sensitive information, nor should there be any.
Can someone please help me out here?

Just as the error message said, the exactly issue is that the package package.dtsx has a different ProtectionLevel property value than the project.
So please double check the value of project ProtectionLevel property, like DontSaveSensitive, then make sure all packages in the project use the same ProtectionLevel value.
If there is still an error message indicated that some packages use a different value, please right-click the indicated package to select View Code, then make sure there is a line like below(the DontSaveSensitive
protection level corresponds to the value of 0):
DTS:ProtectionLevel="0"
