We are implementing SRM 5.5, SUS, cFolder, and LAC.
Scenario : In the case of Bidding, Vendor will submit 1pack bid and 2pack bid. If vendor submitted 2pack bid, We want evaluate Techno-commercial bid, If he qualifies then we will accept him to Price bid, In Live Auction or In the Bidding Engine. If the vendor not qualified we have to send me a letter.
Question : 1. How to evaluate weather is it 1Pack bid and 2 Pack bid?.
                   2. How to evaluate 2 pack bid Techno-commercial?.
                   3. How to send a letter to rejected vendors?.
Greatly appreciate, If any help me to find solution.

You are implementing the Sourcing scenario.
Instead of implementing in SRM 5.5 better go for SRM 7.0 with Procurement for public sector (PPS) fucntionality
The following advantages are the.
1. 1 pack bid (single Cover system)
2. 2 pack bid (Double cover system)
is a standard functionality in SRM 7.0 /pps in addition you can enter the Tender Fees,EMD Fees ,
also. While creating the bid itself you can select 1 pack bid (or) two pack bid

if it is 1 pack bid you have to enter the opening date and time only once where the technical bid and price bid will be there.
if it is 2 pack bid the technical bid opening date and time is say 11.08.2009 the price bid opening date 25.08.2009 can be set and the bids are published
2. How to evaluate 2 pack bid Techno-commercial?.
There is a comparison button in SRM 5.5 and in SRM 7.0 also the same functionality.Out of the bids that wer submitted it will choose the least.. but for practical purpose each client has to decide on other factors .so better price comparison should be done manually even though system propose the least price
3. How to send a letter to rejected vendors?.
you have sent a mail or letter out of SAP .(or) most probably during the bid itself all the bidders will be participating there you can announce and sent the mail perosonally (or) Z program can be written
In SRM 5.5 you have to do some developments for the 2 pack system
IT IS STANDARD IN SRM 7.0 WITH PPS AND IT IS AVAILABLE IN THE MARKET..
Better convince the client to go for SRM 7.0 which is released in APRIL 2009 ..
SRM 7.0 is supported by WEBDYNPRO BASED and WORKFLOW for approval is new called
BUSINESS RULE FRAMEWORK (BRF)

How to turn your computer into a Virtual (Personal)Router.
Our hotel the Grand Oasis Cancun provided internet for only 36 hours and you could only use it on one device which comes to my next option as using your Laptop as a Personal Router to broadcast WiFi to any devices near your computer. Our room was on the Second level of the Pyramid at Grand Oasis and I was able to access it while at the VIP lounge below our room. Before our supposedly free internet service ended.
I attempted using the hotel next door since I was getting a good signal from the Omni Hotel. They offered complimentary 24hr internet access using your browser as a way to track your use. Once you find the signal of the Omni it will open your browser I used Google Chrome, after it opens you go threw a few simple steps and your ready.
I learned that after the 24 hours are up all you have to do is disconnect from their network, just run Ccleaner(free program) then find the Signal of the hotel and you will be given another 24 hours. What Ccleaner(<--download there) does is clears anything attached to your browser ie cookies temp files etc. it cleans your browser history giving you a way of not paying for the hotel fee of internet and giving you free WiFi. this is only if you are next to the Omni hotel :).
What you need to download to turn your computer into a hotspot need to say is this little easy to use program Virtual Router. Once it has download test at your home to make sure it works with you devices. This will work with Tablets, Phones and other computers that cant find the Omni WiFi signal. Your welcome. To use it, is simple. Open program>make a password>select WiFi and start VR.

Most of your purchases content can be downloaded again via the Purchased tabs in each of the store. I realize that this will be a problem for the iTunes Store on the iPad, but that has nothing to do with apps, since apps are in the App Store.
If you backed up synced with iTunes before you restored the iPad, your content should be in iTunes on your Mac and you should be able to sync it back again.

First off, the name of your computer is only the way it is becuase the Apple user is the first one they created after repairing the Mac. Go into Sharing System Preferences and change the name to whatever you like.
Can you explain how you did this:
This didn't seem right so I went in to it and changed the computer so that it would recognise me as the Owner/Administrator.
You can delete the Apple user in Users & Groups System Prefs. Select that user and delete it. It will ask if you want to save the user data or delete it. If you archive it, you can always delete it later and it will be available if you need to recover that account for some reason--I doubt this will be necessary. After deleting the account, and when you feel you are still working normally, you could delete that archived user folder.
I have also never seen anything ask for that. It does sound like an Epson thing, but without having access to it, I couldn't tell you for sure.
Here's what I would try. Create a new User and give them admin rights. Log in as that user and see what happens with the installer. If it still complains, it is an Epson issue. My guess is it is looking for user id 501, the first user created. If it works, then something is indeed odd about your account. If so, use that new admin account to disable Admin privileges for your account, then re-enable it. This is done in the Users & Groups system prefs.

MSI 850 Pro2 won't power on in the case

I am having a really irritating problem . The motherboard powers on and successfully POSTs when out of the case with only RAM, HDD, CPU, CPU fan, and video however when I put it in the case it will not POST and the fans sping for a few seconds only. At that point I was sure that it was a issue with the mothboard grounding to the case so I put non-conductive insulation all behind the board and put non-conductive washers on the front and back of all the posts holding the board in but still same result. At this point the only thing from the motherboard that is touching the case is the Serial/USB/ect. connectors. I also tried starting it without the video in the case thinking it was something there but same result. Just to make things more interesting, if I unplug the 4 PIN 12V JWR1 connector it powers on, POSTS, and even completly boots up . Its been running for a day or so like this. I also went over the PSU ratings for amperage and it is all suffecient, 420W, 18A +12V, ect I can post the rest from home later if anything thinks that its the PSU not being big enough but the case and the PSU are both brand new. I would try another PSU but I don't have one available, wanted to get some advice before running off to return it. I also tested the voltage of the outputs and they were all within range when not connected.
So I have two questions. First does anyone have any other idea as to what the problem might be?
Second, does anyone have any idea whether I can successfully run without the 4 PIN 12V supply or have any way to test it? Its run like this for 2 days, I installed Windows, drivers, and pretty much everything with no problems. I am just wondering if I will start to have issues under load like when playing a high end game or something. I should add that I checked the motherboard manual and it wasn't completely clear on whether the JWR1 connection was required. It says "Attaching the ATX power supply to the connector help offer sufficient
voltage to Pentium 4 CPU". Doesn't really say its definately required.

Make sure there are no extra spacers under the board.
Having one of those in a location where there is no matching hole in the MB will short out the board.

MacBook Pros and the case getting black spots?

My old PB17 had all sorts of problems with the area around the keypad starting to get "black spots" after a few months of use.
I got the case replaced once because I complained about it, and then put a pad-thingie around the trackpad, where I rest my palms. So it is pristeen right now and for when I sell or give away the old one.
Now that my new MacBook Pro has I arrived I was wondering: these cases looks the same as the old PB - so do they have the same "black holes in the aluminum" problem?

HT4528 The flash on my phone will not turn off. How do i manually turn it off?

The flash on my phone will not turn off and is draining the battery. I've already tried turning the flash off in camera mode and resetting the phone to factory settings. Neither worked.

Basic troubleshooting from the User's Guide is reset, restart, restore (first from backup then as new). Try each of these in order until the issue is resolved.
If these steps do not resolve the issue, take it to Apple for evaluation and possible replacement.

Hi All, Really hope some of you techies may have suggestions for this as it's driving me nuts. I actually have a new PC and a new laptop, and the same thing happens with both machines. With my PC, the first time I plugged my iPod in, I was asked whether I wanted to wipe everything on my iPod, and reload as per the library on my new machine. As I use my iPod in my zumba and dance classes, I was very weary of doing this before I had checked to ensure all my music was in my library, so at that point I replied 'No'. Tunes. It seems bonkers to have to go as far as uninstalling, then reinstalling, iTunes. Is there really no other way to get round this?

I am creating a Vi. I want to do a sub function. I want to connect a switch to a toggle flip flop so need to use a push button switch in the input but at the same time take its output to a true/false loop and execute it according to the ourput of the toggle flip flop which will have an ON and OFF state.

In the front panel you can r-click the top right icon and "Show Connector". Click which controls and indicator you want to be your interface. Then drag it to your main application and it'll work as a sub-vi. You can do this for all VI's. Just like the "+" VI takes two numbers (controls) and return one result (indicator).

When transfers third party order form's PR STO PO, prompts the following information

Diagnosis
You are entering a purchase transaction involving a vendor to whom a plant has been assigned. Normally, this will involve the transfer of materials from one plant to another.
This process necessitates a delivery and a billing document in the SD system. The PO appears directly in the delivery due list of the issuing plant (vendor) and therefore does not need to be transmitted.
However, an item with the procurement form "third-party" (triangular business deal) cannot appear in the delivery due list.
Procedure
An item with the procurement form "third-party" can only be ordered from vendors without a plant assignment.

I'm trying to change my phone case, i have the bumper that screws in if i goto the apple store will they unscrew the case for me?

I can confirm what xtremecaron has said, Apple will defo not remove the bumper for you. Best bet is to try different screwdrivers.
