In looking at the posts you participated in, it appears that the thread was started by another user. You can only see the “Accept as Solution” button on thread started by you.

Try to edit the size of the page using the sides of the page, or if you are desperate, force quit using command-Q. In full screen put your cursor on the top of the page, and the menu bar will appear. If it doesn't keep "pushing" it up until it does. Hope this helps!

The username and password for the share on your attached drive can be anything you want them to be. I assume you set up a share on the attached drive? That's where you need to add a password for the share, although for ease of use I never did assign a password to the shares.
You do know that the firmware for the Storage Link is buggy, right? File size limitations as well as file corruption issues? Connectivity issues also rise up, with the only workaround that I have found is a script that you have to run every time you boot up your computer. As far as I can see the Storage Link function is a poorly implemented idea. No firmware in sight to fix the issues, and no idea of when.

That is normal. Not all apps are enabled for airplay, this is up to the developer to do.

Important: Follow these instructions in order. Test the camera between steps to see if the issue is resolved.
Built-in iSight cameras
These steps are for iSight cameras that are built into a computer, such as the iMac G5 (iSight) or later, the MacBook, or MacBook Pro.
See if the issue is application-specific.
Try another application (iSight works with applications like iChat, PhotoBooth, and iMovie HD 6) to see if the iSight camera exhibits the same behavior in all applications. If it only happens in one application, try reinstalling that application.
See if the issue is user-specific.
Test your iSight camera in another user account. If the issue only occurs in one user, the issue would be isolated to user settings.
Find out if the computer recognizes the iSight
Check System Profiler (in the Utilities folder, inside the Applications folder). Under the USB header, check to see if the iSight camera is detected.
Reset SMC or PMU
Reset your computer's SMC or PMU, and then check System Profiler again. (SMC reset instructions for iMac G5 (iSight), Intel-based iMacs; PMU reset instructions for MacBook and MacBook Pro.)
If your built-in iSight camera is still not behaving correctly after trying all these steps, you may need to contact Apple or an Apple-Authorized Service Provider for service.

Delivering a banner, customer cannot see the result

Hi,
I could not find a topic that answered my question in the
forum so here it goes:
I have several people involved in a project. Each one with a
different PC environment. They are all having problems opening the
first draft of the banner I have produced. We recently upgraded to
CS3 so we have the famous "AC_RunActiveContent.js" included in the
mail. Usually our customers use the HTML file to view the flash, as
they dont always have the "flash player" available outside
Explorer, but nothing works. The HTML file cannot find the
Javascript, the message reads.
There is a great BIG Global Policy where I work so we cannot
upgrade, change or ad anything to our computers without some IT-guy
coming by. This is where I am aming my suspicion. Meaning that each
PC has a different setting, and each setting does not agree with
the new set up of flash publishing. Am I on the right track?
How can this be solved? I think I am looking for what the
problem is first and then a solution. I have worked as a freelance
before I came to this place, also on CS3, and have had no problems
(then it was on Mac, now on PC).
I am asking here to see if there is a simple way of looking
at the browser for a solution. Hope I can find it.

Probably they are opening the HTML directly from the
attachment in your mail
instead of saving all the files to PC first, then opening the
html from directory
where the JS and SWF files are. Best is to ZIP all in folder
and ask them to open
and run from there. The error message appear only if the
files is not there so
that's what it sounds like to me from what you describe
above.

Should not be relevant. Bottom line is the player in browser
and when you run html
it all should be a ok.

Upload the banner to internet and provide them with the URL.
Export to projector exe so the banner become standalone, no
need for JS and HTML not
even a latest player. exporting to exe wraps the player
around your file.
Problem with exe is that lots of mail clients in conjunction
with Anti Virus, might
filter such content, therefor you will need to zip that exe.

Never mind, problem solved. When I retunred to the Network tab the message had changed to "connected, no IP address" so I got that from the WiFi tab and configured the Ethernet manually. Have a nice day @:-)#

Paste from Illustrator to Photoshop, I cannot see the pasted object

Sorry for this dumb question but I have tried everything I can think of before asking this question. I have a single grouped object in Illustrator and I select the object and "Copy". Then I open up a new photoshop project and choose "Paste". Then I get four questions:
Smart Object, Pixles, Path and Shape Layer to choose from. No matter which one I choose I get a large box with an X. I cannot see the object just the box that is x'd out. This must mean something but I cannot figure it out. When I place it dissapears.
Please what is the secret to pasting objects into Windows Photoshop CS4?

I upgraded to iOS8 on my iphone and now cannot see the thumbnails of my pictures when I try to download onto my computer.

I have an iphone 4 and an HP Pavillion with windows 7. I always have been able to connect my iphone to my laptop and open
the DCIM folder and see the picture icons so I can pick the ones I want to download. After upgrading to iOS8 I cannot see the icons after a
few seconds of connecting the phone to the computer. They all turn into the windows icon.
I do not want to try the icloud for windows control panel unless I can pick the pictures that will be transferred. I don't want all the pictures I take on my computer.

User cannot see the "-" signs on amounts in ALV report

We have a problem with a user, who cannot see the signs on the amounts in an ALV report:

The user has tested this report with his user, and another test user, on his computer and on another computer. It does not change anything, he cannot see the signs "-" on the amounts.
But when I launch the same report on the same client, I cann see the signs:

So, I think it does not come from his user (he has tested with two different users), or from his computer (he has tested on two different computers).
Do you have any ideas?

Having seen and "played" with an NB100-12a the other day I must agree that the grey letters on black keys
aren't a clever idea - its bad enough that the keys are so small also.
I currently own a satellite Pro with which I am very happy ( apart from the inclusion of Windows Vista which I
don't particularily like ) and found this machine easy to "drive" BUT due to the keyboard size and lettering
I won't be buying one ( unless they do a redesign - an acer aspire one keyboard and touchpad or NC10 style
design ) and I think that the price of these machines has recently dropped from approx £300 to approx £270
due to poor take up by the public mainly for the above reasons.
Sorry Toshiba looks like i'll be buying an NC10 - unless I hear of a possible redesign.#

I cannot see the print button on the bottom tab in order to print a document even when I hide to tool bar.

I recently changed my computer software from Vista to Window & Ultimate. Since changing, I cannot see the print button which should be at the bottom. I have tried to hide the bottom toolbar but it still does not allow me to see the print button. Please give me directions in easy to read English.

If the menu bar is hidden then press the F10 key or hold down the Alt key to make the menu bar appear.
Make sure that toolbars like the "Navigation Toolbar" and the "Bookmarks Toolbar" are visible:
*"View > Toolbars"
Open the Customize window to set which toolbar items to display:
*View > Toolbars > Customize
*Firefox > Options > Toolbar Layout
*Check that the "Bookmarks Toolbar items" is on the Bookmarks Toolbar
*If the "Bookmarks Toolbar items" is not on the Bookmarks Toolbar then drag it back from the toolbar palette in the customize window to the Bookmarks Toolbar
*If missing items are in the toolbar palette then drag them back from the Customize window on the toolbar
*If you do not see an item on a toolbar and in the toolbar palette then click the "Restore Default Set" button to restore the default toolbar set up
