So I'm hoping to get back into photoshop, my knowledge at the moment is pritty minimal, but i'm going to start learning how to use it again.
I'm new to this forum and don't intend to come on here often for advice but i hope that someone would be kind enough to point me in the direction that i'm looking for, i would be very grateful.
Firstly, i haven't yet decided which adobe photoshop product is best suited for what i'm looking for and i aim to go and explore the trials first to find out.
I'm looking to create designs with software that doesn't really have any limits in terms of creating designs.
I was wondering if someone could give me some links to a tutorial or something that explains how to create the stencilling effect in the image that is seen as a tree with a cityscape in the background, and possibly the other effects seen on the t-shirt. I know it might be a lot to ask but it would really mean a lot if someone could explain how you create effects like this.

As for combining images like that a combination of Blend If-settings (one can split the handles by alt-click-dragging them)), Layer Groups set to Blend Modes other than Pass Through and Grtadient Maps may be employed to maintain high editability.
One could also just use the images as Layer Masks for Solid Color Layers (and use Levels or Curves to get the intended contrast), though. -
I repeatedly get this error message for iCal whenever I am on line:
The server responded with "502 to operation CalDAV Account refresh queaeable operation." How can this be fixed.Open up iCal Preferences and select the 'Accounts' tab. What accounts do you have listed there? Do you know what they all are? Do you use them all? If there are any that you know you don't use then remove them. If you don't know what they are then unclick 'Enable this account' and see if it makes any difference, not just to the problem but to how you use iCal. If you lose data then you need that account. It might be worth noting the details of that account then removing it and recreating it. You could also try changing the refresh frequency so that if you can't remove the problem totally then at least it won't bother you so often.

If you haven't been able to connect to the iTunes Store for more than a day (and other customers on our discussion boards aren't experiencing similar issues) a software or Internet service provider (ISP) configuration issue may be blocking your access to the iTunes Store. Update iTunes to the latest version.
If iTunes Store appears empty and only displays the message iTunes Store, follow these steps.

Downloading the latest upgrades for Mac 10.8.2 keeps stalling. I still have Firefox 17.0.1. the system has tried many times but the process just hangs.
Try to create a new profile as a test to check if your current profile is causing the problems.

One of my ex-colleagues has installed a NI-DAQ 6.5 in our system. [And I do not see any other naitional instruments card in the CPU of the computer, may be he removed it] I deleted the account and all his files in the system. When I am trying to install version8.0, its not getting installed and giving me a message that I should uninstall the previous version by going to Add/Remove programs in the control panel.
I tried doing that, but the "Change/Remove" button does not seem to work...[There is no response and so unable to install the new version...]
Any idea how can this problem be solved?
It is a windowsXP operating system with SP2 installed on a machine with P4 processor.

My bookmark glasses icon is missing as well as the bookmark icon from preference pane. There is no + sign to add to the reading list. In document you kind in mind: choose manula posting !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! in page tab Propertis under Posting!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.
If you would like to entry in posting level 01 or 10, please choose Local currency and trasaction currency +- group currency.
If you would like to entry in posting level 20 or 30, please choose Group currency.
In SEM_BCS are posting level is very important.

I was successful, in a test I just conducted, to get Siri to record your problem statement in a Note file on the iPod as I used the Edit > Speech feature in Safari to play the text. I don't see why dictation wouldn't work as well. Why not give it a try?
If you don't have an iOS device to try this with, you could write your audio file to a CD and use an external player to get audio to the Mac.

There are a lot of posts in the forums today with people having problems with iMessage. There was also a published outage yesterday, so it's possible there are still some issues that may be impacting you both.

First go to RSA5 in ECC select your datasource 2LIS_11_VAHDR and activate it.
After activatin check in RSA6 whether the datasoure activated properly or not.
Then log on to BI sytem Select datasource and click on replicate.
Then Create Infocube infopackage ,Transformation, DTP ...entire flow. But dont schedule it because there is no data in SETUP Tables.For full load first we need to run statistical set up , so that data should come to SETUP Table.
Now go to ECC enter T.CODE OLI7BW to filled up the SETUP Table for datasource 2LIS_11_VAHDR.
It will ask you for Run Name etc give the run name and time limit and execute it.
If you get some error then first delete the SETUP Table by using Transaction Code LBWG.
In LBWG it will ask you for applicatiion number , give 11 i.e for sales datasourc and execute it.
Data will get deleted from SETUP Table. To check data is deleted or not in SET UP Tabe go to database table MC11VA0HDRSETUP. Always remember the name of SETUP Table will be Extract Structure followed by SETUP.
EX : If extract structure name is MC11VA0HDR then name of the SETUP Table will MC11VA0HDRSETUP.
If data gets deleted then again go to 0LI7BW and run the Statistical Setup then agan check in MC1VAOHDRSETUP table contains data or not.
Then trigger the Infopackage and DTP in BI. Above steps was for full load.
Now to Load deltas follow below steps.
First Create INIT at BI side which enable delta at ECC Side.
Then go to ECC and execute T.CODE LBWE.
LBWE is LO Cockpit Work Bench. There we have folowng functions 1.Maintan Datasource. 2.Maintain Extract Structure. 3. Job Control. 4.Delta Type 5.. Activate/deactivate.
If you want to add any new field to your datasource then to to Maintain Extract Strucutere remeber before adding or modififying datasource first we should deactivate datasource by using 5th function Activate/Deactivate.
Then select DELTA TYPE in delta type we have four types of delta. 1. Delta Queue (RSA7) 2. Queued Delta (LBWQ)
3. Unserialized (SM13) , 4. Seriaized (SM13)
If you select Delta queue then deltas drectly come to RSAT.
if you select Queued Delta deltas goes to LBWQ then you have perform V3 job by using Job Control function to move data from LBWQ to RSA7. Remeber to BI data always goes from RSA7 only.
If you select Unserealized then delta goes to SM13 again you have to perorm V3 Job to move deltas in RSA7.
Serialize update is not in used in Lo-cockpit.
There is a differerence between DELTA QUEUE , QUEUED DELTA, UNSERIALIZE UPDATE. Pls find the differences on net.
Then select your delta type and create deltas dtp in BI and start loading .
