In the report S_ALR_87012178, Customer name needed

In the report Customer Balance of Overdue Items (S_ALR_87012178), full address of the customer is not necessary. Instead we need only the Name of the customer to be displayed in the report

Hi all. The problem concerns the report s_alr_87012178 which is used to display customer open items.I am selecting 'Customer classification' from the dynamic selections and filling it with a value e.g C.
I have assigned risk class A for my customer in XD02 : Marketing tab. When i am running the report, it is displaying the customer even though i have filled in a different customer classification value.

How to grow the report of customer's open item with sales order?
Now we can get the customer's open item with invoice No easily,but our end user need the the customer's open item also with sales order .And because a invoice to multi sales orders. I can do nothing.

Yes you are right. In FI transaction you can get the sales invoice wise , reference field of the header data.
As you are aware that while creating a sales order , no FI entry is generated.
In my opinion you can get the required report through customization.

Dynamically need to change the report value reference names

Greetings to all !!!
I have to create one report(document summary report) and the parameters are Document type(Special Information name through lov) and start date and end date.
Based on these parameters it will fetch only that document details. I prepared the report based on this , now user selecting another document type then the segmets which are attached to this is coming but the heading details are not able to change in the report layout.
Can any body suggest me how to create the layout for this type of reports.

We are running report in t-code:S_ALR_8701225, but last two days onwards we are not able to see the Expand and Collape tab option and Hierarchy option also, and the report format also got changed but the user want as per the previous format and which we can do the drill down. Please help me.

Report S_ALR_87012178 - customer open item analysis by balance of overdue

In report S_ALR_87012178 (program RFDOPR10), when we choose in the selection field screen :
OI sorted list sorting (1,2) = 1
Summarization level (0-6) = 6
OI list summarization (0-2) = 1
The value that we have under the «Sort field» column is the search term of the customer master data.
Do you know if it's possible to have the customer name instead of the search term without any modification to the SAP standard program?

In the Search help ID enter Q - Reference Type and enter the customer name or number. If not Q try other options.

Heading in the report as Vendor name
Hi SDN,
I am using " Email(Bursting)" feature to burst reports by Vendor.Vendor is the Characteristic value by which we are bursting. Also Email address is attribute of Vendor so we are sending the reports to their email addresses.
The data is broken by each Vendor and the report is fine.
I want to have the heading by Vendor i.e have Vendor name.
How I can find the heading dynamically without having to have broadcast settings for eachVendor and hardcoded Heading.
Any light?

You can try putting text variables with replacement path in the query title.
Your texts variables are populated dynamically depending on the variables values typed.
you can create a text variable with replacement path on vendor at the query properties level.
Try and revert.

I have a SSRS report that parses RTF to TXT and displays it in a report. The report works fine and everything displays correctly. The subscription email, however, contains a report with errors: Request for the permission of type
'System.Security.Permissions.UIPermission, mscorlib, Version=2.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=b77a5c561934e089' failed.
The report contains embedded code as well as references to System.Security and System.Windows.Forms. I've updated .....\Reporting Services\ReportServer\rssrvpolicy.config and ....\Reporting Services\ReportManager\rsmgrpolicy.config to change permissions
to FullTrust. Not sure what else I need to do. Please help.Hi Chimuelo,
According to your description, if the report contains custom code and assemblies, the subscription email contains an error “Request for the permission of type 'System.Security.Permissions.UIPermission, mscorlib, Version=2.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=b77a5c561934e089'
failed”.
In your scenario, the issue could cause by that the report can’t access those assemblies. Please modify the policy configuration files to grant additional permissions for those assemblies. For more information, please refer to this article:

Customized report result file name?
Hi,
If we schedule a report, can we give different name to the resultant report file?
For example report file name is ABC_REPORT.rdf and output format is HTML and scheduled daily at 2:00AM.
0n 08/15 report output should be ABC_REPORT_08150200.HTML and 0n 08/16 report output should be ABC_REPORT_08160200.HTML and so on.
Is it posiible? If so, where we need prepare the report output file name?

In before report trigger you can create the desired name using value from your user parameters and set the value for desname parameter. This would solve your issue.

database. This prevents the double hop.
If "Credentials stored securely in the report server" is selected, you have to enter the username and password of a user (or service account) that has the appropriate permissions (e.g., read, execute) to the database. When the report is run, SSRS will use
these stored credentials each time to authenticate to the database engine and query the data. Users running the report are not prompted to provide credentials. With this option you can use an Active Directory or SQL Server account.
In order to access/run the report, a user will need to authenticate to SSRS. There are options here as well. You can provide them the link to the report manager and they can authenticate, navigate to, and run the report. You can also provide
direct links to reports that users click in a document or application. At this point the user is typically still prompted to authenticate to SSRS. You can also programmatically call the report using API's and essentially build a proxy that authenticates
to SSRS and open the report.

While trying to Create Projects using the API, I'm getting two types of errors -
The first is : 'API failed in one stage 1 Customer Name is a mandatory Quick Entry field. Value must be passed'
The second is : '
'API failed in one stage 1 Project: '<Project_Number>'
The class category is invalid.'
Both the messages are produced by our custom program. .. however I am not able to understand why the underlying errors occur.
The first error ( Customer Name is a mandatory quick entry field), is caused by Projects that are to be created from Project templates where it is configured with Quick Entry Customer Name required. We are passing Customer Site number ( Party Bill to site number and Party Ship to side number). The site numbers being passed are also set as 'Primary'. Yet they are failing.
For the second Error ( The Class Category is invalid), I rechecked multiple times, the Class categories for the Projects I am trying to create, with the Config in R12 and they are fine. Can't understand the reason for these two issues. Has anyone encountered such an issue ? If so how was it resolved?

I resolved both the issues. In case there are others facing similar issues, following was the cause and resolution of my errors
1. Error 1: Customer Name is a Mandatory Quick Entry field. Value must be passed.
The cause was that the data loaded into our custom staging table was not in the right fields. This was because the data file values and the CTL were not in sync.
Resolution:
Corrected the data file to be in Sync with the structure defined in the CTL and this loaded it successfully
2. Error 2: The class category is invalid.
The cause of this error was that in the Projects Template (used to create the project from), the Quick Entry setup had a Class Category set as required and I was not passing a value ( a class code value) for that Class Category.
Hope this helps somebody else

The reports that I create need to be named with dynamic content from the database. I did try to find if such an option exists in oracle portal, but alas to no avail. My report templates are going to be the same , but as the report content changes so should the report title. Does anyone has a solution to my problem

I suggest to develop Z report by copying the code of this programe RFDOPR10 which is used for this report, get the help of ur ABAper to change the programe code to display Customer Name in the output.
