ok---I stopped the sync process of photos and now everything else syncs but still cannot eject my ipod. Will try other tips on this website. Thank you

I am trying to download an app and keep getting this error message: "Could not sign in. An unknown error has occurred. I have tried shutting down and restarting. I've tried changing the password. I get the error message with free and not free apps. Any suggestions on how to fix?Reports are that this is a problem with the iTunes Store that they're working on. Some people have had success after signing out of their account and back in. If that doesn't work for you, wait a few hours or perhaps until tomorrow and by then they may have the problem sorted out.

How have you managed to get apps on your phone that are tied to a different and unknown AppleID?
If these apps were not purchased by you, having them is effectively software piracy and you should purchase them using your own AppleID if you want to keep hem. -

You probably didn't install iTunes from a user account with Administrator privileges.

So I bought a "new to me" Ipod classic (gen 7, 160 gb) I have a gen 6-160gb already but I wanted the gen 7. I bought this one used from GameStop(i did purchase the warranty so if there is no solution I may have to put it to use). It was not restored to factory settings or anything when I purchased it. So to start out I restored to factory settings. It had originally been used for a Mac, and I operate with Windows so it wouldn't do anything unless I restored it and started over fresh. I tried to sync it but it gave me an error message (i cannot recall what it said- but i believe it was the same as i am getting now). It only synced about half my songs (I have over 3000 on Itunes and it only did about 1400). I tried to restore factory settings again and after it finished it showed all my songs on the ipod, but the error message still popped up. My songs play on my ipod just fine it shows all my songs and all my playlists. everything seems to be working fine but the message still returns. I plug in my Ipod to sync and instead of showing the screen where it tells you about firmware and updates etc that I always got with my other ipod it, the 'welcome to your new ipod' screen like it did after I restored it.
Can anyone help me fix this problem???? or am I royally screwed and need to throw in the towel?

Ipod in question- Classic Gen7 160gb
Ipod software version- 2.0.4 (as of 3/2/15)
Itunes version- 12.0.1.26
OS- Windows 7 64bit

Im afraid to sync my Gen6 or other ipods (2 gen4 shuffles that are for my kids) for fear of something similar happening to them.This error can also come from WireTap Pro or possibly Snapz Pro ! Look in your personal library itunes plug ins folder for anything called iToner - I found it in there and promptly removed it and now its working again... I never bought iToner but apparently Ambrosia software puts a supplement file in there so look around for it if you have any Ambrosia software products on your system you maybe need to hunt this little monster down.....
Needless to say I will never trust itunes plug in again from anyone..... -
Error message Ipod shuffle cannot be synced. required disk cannot be found.
I just bought the ipod shuffle. I loaded about 110 songs. Then the next day I wanted to load just 9 more and it wouldn't let me giving me the "cannot be synced. required disk cannot be found. Please answer. This is frustrating.
I remember getting that msg periodically when I got my shuffle, but now it's extremely rare [I've not seen one in more than two months].
I donno what causes it, but what always worked for me was to eject the shuttle, un-dock it, quit iTunes, launch it again, cycle iPod power (turn it off if it's on, and on if it's off) once or twice, put it back on the dock, and voila! -

Download appeared to go OK, but towards the end of the process I received these two messages.

I tried to download a Bruno Mars song and it took the money from my account. Error message came up saying song temporarily unavailable, try again later. was able to download other songs tho. 24 hours later and still getting same message, How to fix?

Try the following steps, check whether things are working after each step where appropriate, before trying the next.
Restart the Apple TV (Settings > General > Restart).
Restart the Apple TV by removing ALL the cables for 30 seconds.
Restart your router.
Reset the Apple TV (Settings > General > Reset > Reset all settings)
Restore the Apple TV (Settings > General > Reset > Restore) -
I bought the iPad 4 as soon as they announced Air was coming out. I have noticed it takes FOREVER to charge. Is that normal?
I have also noticed that it suddenly turns off for no reason then will instantly turn back on....... IYou may want to try this:
1. Backup iPad
2. Setup iPad as new. Settings>General>Reset>Erase all content and settings
3. Test iPad thoroughly
4. If everything is fine, restore backup to iPad -

Any ideas on how to fix ipad after the new iOS 7 update? My battery will not charge, my ipad is hot to the touch, the iTunes Store won't open, and my messages on Facebook aren't showing up when I chat and pintrest won't pin to my boards.
If you have all your music on the cmputer then i would connect up my phone uncheck the Sync Music option and apply.
This should take all the music off your phone .Then you can resync the music back on to it.
If this doesn't work maybe a restore to factory settings and start from scratch is the way to go
