In webmail, my view keeps randomly changing to Zoom in or Zoom out...i have to go to View and recheck "Actual Size" but it still keeps doing it. Any ideas??

i will using webmail, and suddenly my screen will either zoom in or zoom out. i have to go into view and change it back to actual size. does anyone know what could be going on? thanks.

There could be a number of reasons, first thing to check is if you are clicking Command + or Command -. The Command 0 keystrokes restore Safari to the actual size. You can also reset Safari by Safari - Reset.

- Connect the iPhone to the iPhone's USB power adapter and let it charge for at least ten minutes.

Chances are you are using a mouse and are accidentally turning on screen zoom with the mouse. Please look at the Mouse Preferences and change the zoom feature if needed. Another possiblity is you are turning on Zoom accidentaly by key strokes. You can set Zoom to Off is System Preferences - Universal Access - Seeing - check Zoom to Off position. The keystroke command for Zoom on-off is Option Command 8 or FN F11. One last possibility is you are typing Command + which zooms, Command - will unzoom.

You really should change both the wireless network name and password to avoid potential conflicts with the old and new settings.

To migrate her device to a new account, start by saving any photo stream photos she wants to keep to her amera roll (unless already there) by opening your my photo stream album, tapping Select, tapping the photos, tap the share icon (box with upward facing arrow, then tapping Save to Camera Roll. If she is syncing notes with iCloud, you'll need to open each of the notes and email them to her so she can later copy and paste the text into new notes created in her new account. Then go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account (which only deletes it from this device, not from iCloud), choose Keep on My iDevice and provide the password to turn off Find My iPhone. Then sign back in with a different Apple ID to create her new account and choose Merge to upload the data.
Once you are on separate accounts you can each go to icloud.com from a computer and delete the other person's data from your account.

Yes it sounds like you have a corrupted preference file.
The setting you make in individual programs get saved to a Preference file in your Users/Library/Preferences folder.
All you have to do is drag out the old file to the desktop, reboot and load the program and the preference file gets rebuilt without your preferences which you reset.
For your case I beleive the preference file is
com.apple.desktop.plist
