In which country exists option None for credit card
"None" is an option in most countries' iTunes Store if not all. I doubt anyone here can provide a definitive list since we're all just fellow users and don't have access to nor time to try every iTunes Store available.
Are you encountering a problem? Can you ask a specific question? That will be a better approach toward finding a solution then asking blanket questions.

i have a half-filled form for my apple id account & in it there is no option as NONE for credit card payment method. Now when i try to create a new account it asks me for a different email/apple id as my actual id already exists???
If you want to use the email address that you used on the first account then you will need to remove it from that first account before you can do so e.g. via the Store > View Account menu option on your computer's or via http://appleid.apple.com - you can create a new email address via http://gmail.com or http://hotmail.com to replace it with.

You need to follow the instructions on this page when creating a new account : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT2534 - otherwise you won't get the 'none' option and you will need to enter credit card details before you will be able to use the account in the store

HT2534 When I try to download a free app I do not get the option of "none" for credit cards
I am setting a new Iphone 5c (company issued) I am going the setup and trying to download a free company app. All the instructions I have say to select "none" in the credit card section of the billing info. However, "none" is not showing up as an option on the phone.
Follow the instructions in the article exactly as the process is very specific. Also, you can only do this when creating a new Apple ID. You cannot use an existing one. If you need to use an existing Apple ID, you'll need to enter in some sort of payment method at least temporarily.

Yes, I followed the instructions to the letter. But it asks for credit information anyway and 'none' is supposed to be an option when setting up an account 'with no credit card'.
I have two new iphones, the first one set up as expected, where 'none' was an option. Now that I'm attempting to set up the second with different information, there is no 'none', only Mastercard,Visa, AmerX, Discover and Paypal.
My wife is ready to throw hers out the window, help me stop her... -
I have a student trying to set up an App Store account (she has an Apple ID), however she is being asked for credit card information. The option of NONE does not appear as one of the choices with the other credit cards.

I had to create new apple ID as mentioned there and then the stupid "None" option showed up. Don't understand why this though!

I have already created an Apple ID. I tried to sign in on iTunes, but it said I have not yet used this ID with iTunes. It then directed me to the billing page. There was no option "none" for the credit card payment. It will not let me continue without entering one in.
- Add a credit card or other payment method like redeeming an iTunes gift card.
- Create a NEW account using these instructions. Make sure you follow the instructions. Many do not and if you do not you will not get the None option. You must use an email address that you have not used with Apple before.

Changing country back to japan without credit card
The apple id was in japan before, but i wanted to download some apps that can only be downloaded in the china app store.
Now, i cant even go back to the japan itunes store and download or update anything because i have no credit card.
Usually when i try to change my apple id, there is a option 'none' for the credit card selection.
What can i do now? Must i register a new apple id or is there a way to bypass the credit card selection?
Thank you for bearing my bad english.You need to be in a country to use its store - if you are in Japan then you can only use the Japan store, using another country's store whilst not in a country is a violation of the store's terms which you agreed to. Asking for credit card details is a way of confirming that you are able to download content from that country's store. If you are being prompted to enter credit card details and you don't have a credit card then try contacting iTunes Support and see if they can help you change countries without needing to enter one : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/
