I was not aware that you were talking about R12. The information i gave you concerns 11.5.10.2. Anyway, i checked the ETRM's for R12 and checked that the tables also exist in rel 12. This is an excerpt from R12 ETRM:

The password may not be changed to any of a useru2019s last x passwords, if the user changes the password himself or herself.
Until SAP NetWeaver 6.40 (inclusive), the password history was fixed to the value 5.
After SAP NetWeaver 6.40, the administrator can set the size of the password history (up to 100 passwords selected by the user).
The administrator can reset a useru2019s password to any initial password, therefore also to one of the last x passwords for this user. This is necessary, since the administrator should not know the passwords of the users. The user is prompted to change the initial password at the first interactive logon.
You can change this with the profile parameter login/password_history_size.

Hi Saritha,
As my understanding there is no table to store the deleted schedule line data.
You have to identify badi or user-exit before deleting the schedule lines data in the VA02 program and in that exit you have to write the code to populate the deleted schedule line data in to your own custom tables(you have to create custom tables).I have used the same method for deleted deliveries.
In sap CDHDR /CDPOS contains only changed data but not deleted data.

the tax-condition? - they is stored in tables KONP/V
-> you can get the values with fm RECP_FI_TAX_CALCULATE
and you can calucalte tax with fm's:

How do I change the name of my hard drive which the photos and libraries are located on without having to relink and recreate folders for photos?

When I have tried to change the name of my hard drive which my photos and catalog are stored on, when I try and access the new catalog in the new destination yet still same physical hard drive it unlinks all the photos and the folder structure.
Any way to keep the photos or at least the year folders so as to more easily relink?

In the Library module, in the Folders tab on the left, do a right-click "show parent" until you can see the root of the drive.
From there, if you cannot rename the drive from there, then rename it in the OS finder/explorer. Then you just need to reconnect that one root directory or drive entry and Lightroom will do all the work for you.

Mostly the problem is the allignment of windows on the page.
Data problems are very little. printing of pages, ie. particular data should come in first page and other on second page,
and the address should not come in 2 pages,
displaying of currency related fields errors, texts related errors are the mostly occuring errors.

I would appreciate it if someone could provide any documentation regarding B1i database further maintenance.
for example:
I want to know how the payload message and logs are stored in the table BZSTDOC, and how can we retrieve the payload message directly from the column DOCDATA.
As described in the B1iSNGuide05 3.2 LogGarbageCollection:
to avoid the overload of the B1i Database, I set the Backup Buffer to 90 days : so this means Message Logs from the last 90 days will always be available, but is there some way we can save those old messages to a disk so that I can retrieve the payload message anytime?
in addition, let’s assume the worst, the B1iSN server or the B1i database damaged, Can we just simply restore the B1i database from a latest backup DB then it can work automatically after the B1iSN server is up and running again?

These are the answers for Smartforms:
1. Create a loop around the table. Put a Command node before the table in the loop that forces a NEWPAGE on whatever condition you want. Then only loop through a subset of the internal table (based on the conditions in the Command node) of the elements in the Table node.
2. The Difference is as follows.
To put it very simply:
Form Interface is where you declare what must be passed in and out of the smartform (in from the print program to the smartform and out from the smartform to the print program).
Global defs. is where you declare data to be used within the smartform on a global scope.
ie: anything you declare here can be used in any other node in the form.
These are for the scripts:
1) Use this Std program RSTXSCRP.
     1) First Export to Presentation file(.doc).
     2) Whenever you need that Export into SAP.
2) Normally we call them as Program symbols. Those are defined in Driver program. We can use in Script as for exp. &itab-matnr&
Other variables ---System symbols : ex &page&
                        ---Std symbols :
                        ---Text symbols :We define them in script editor itself.
                             Ex : /: Define &mysymbol&   = 'XX'
3) We can control the tab feed in a paragraph with tab positions. The tab stops us define in the paragraph format replace the tab spacing we defined in the header data of the form. However, this depends on the extent to which we have defined tab stops in the paragraph format. If there are fewer tabs in the paragraph formats than in the header data, the tab stops of the header data are used for the rest of the line.

1) One way to debug smartform is to debug the Function Module of that smartforms.
If you want to debug particular smartform node that the solution would be,
insert a "Program Line" just above the node you want to debug and this program line write a normal abap breakpoint.
So whenever you call the smartforms, it will stop at this breakpoint and you can debug onwards.
2) SFTRACE can be used for debugging SMARTFORMS.

LOGO on Smartform
1) In Smart Forms Editor, In left pane, right Click any Page (say Page1) and select Create -> Window, Give it a name and Description (Say Window1)
2) Right Click on Window (Window 1) and select Create -> Graphics, Give it a name and description
3) In general Attributes, Select Name, get search help (F4) , you will find a list of pictures
4) Select any picture and set its Resolution in DPI
5) Press F9 to open Smart Forms Builder, Select window (Window1) and In Output options window set, size and position of the Logo
6) Set any other parameters if required, save and activate.
7) If there is only 1 Window in the forms, set it as Main Window in general attributes.
8) Use TCode SE78 to upload new pictures and logos.

Please set a break point in side the smartform:
BREAK <USERNAME>.
Then at the time of print/ preview the program stops there.
Example : If you set the break point in initializationas
BREAK <USERNAME>.
Program stops at break point. After that use Serach and set more break points.
>Search the program logic/Textelement/Address via search and set the break point at that code.

Smart forms
They are two ways to debug the SAPScript.
1). Use Tools - Word Processing - Layout Set (SE71). Enter name of layout set and then Utilities - Activate Debugger.
It is of no consequence which layoutset you enter when selecting the SAPscript debugger. (Menu path: Tools-Wordprocessing - Forms, Utilities - Activate Debugger) The next layoutset called will invoke the debugger.
2). Another way to set the SAPScript debugger is to run program RSTXDBUG.
When you debug Print program it is same as you debug any other ABAP program.
While when you debug SAPScript, you actually debug the code ( scripting) you have written SAPScript Form.

whenver u activate a smartform it will create a smartforms
some practical differences are :
*One main difference which is
visibility in the report is TABLES
(in sapscript we cannot design MATRIX like tables,
having grid lines,but in smartforms, it is much possible to design tables, having grid lines, color just
like excel table)
a) sapscript requires
- driver program (se38 program)
- layout (se71 layout)
smartforms just require
smartform,
(and a program is just required for selection screen purpose)
b) the logic of printing (ie. sequence, flow) is CONTROLLED BY drier program,in case of sapscript.
where as in smartform, it is inbuilt using TABLES element.
c) In sapscript we cannot write our own logic for printing.
where as in smartform,
we can write our own logic for pritning.(we can even write SELECT Statements, DATA statements,and many program lines + logic to suit our requirements)
2 Which we have to use
If we are copying some standard sapscript,
then we have to go for sapscript only.
We can use both. but practically smartforms is easier to
develop.

You can restrict the last item of the main window by varying the size of main window. In your wite-form ,
