now we have a new problem. I post it here in another Thread "The Web Dynpro Application 'XssMenu' has expired"
"we implement an ESS Scenario, with One Enterprise Portal 6.0 SP17, a mySAP ECC 5.0 System with ERP2004 and a seperate server with a java stack, because our customer don´t want to install and use a java stack on their HR/ERP systems. They want to minimize the performance.
After some configurations, we get the startpage for ESS. If I click on a service like travel management it has no effect. If I click the second time, I got an error "500 Internal Server Error" with the message
The Web Dynpro Application 'XssMenu' has expired. Please restart the application either with the refresh button or click the following link XssMenu.
Same error comes, if I choose travel management in the second navigation level and click the service. And same message on every service.
Now I tried anotehr way. I call the ess startpage directly on the external java stack. And here´s no problem. All WebDynpro-Services works fine.
Did you know an answer or an hint for me?

we implement ESS (ERP2004 with WebDynpros) in our testsystem, but we got an error and don´t know what to do...
System Landscape:
- mySAP Enterprise Portal 6.0 SP17
- Java Application Server (excluding from HR)
- mySAP ERP2004 HR-System
The Connections from the portal runs to the Java-App-Server, not direct to the HR-System (HR-System has no Java Installation and our Customer don´t want a installation, because it could be a bad performance)
We implement the Jco´s and fill out the usermapping. If we want to call the firstpage of the new ESS-Role we get this error.
Can anyone help us? Do we need some installations?

uhm... good question, long time ago...
Error should be in the JCO-Destinations, where you can choose a targetsystem for each Jco-Destination.
Since them we installed a java on the abap-system, so we have a doublestack.
In the Jco Destiantions must be the ABAP-System.
Application via SAPTicket and MetaData via fix User like DDIC.

WPA security Types are missing after upgrading to Windows 8.1

After upgrading from Windows 8 Pro 64bit to Windows 8.1 Pro 64bit on my Sony Vaio Duoe 13, I could not find WPA security type while configuring Wireless network manually. (only WPA2 and 802.1X are available).
I have done a lot of troubleshootings like
1-Reinstall Wirless original driver
2-Updating the wireless driver to the latest
3-Uninstall and reinstall windows 8 then upgrading again to windows 8.1
But the same.
Is there any way to add WPA to the security type?

Yes! It works!
To recap : My laptop has an Atheros AR9002WB-1NG adapter, windows 8.1. Even when it had windows 8, it was unable to connect, but unlike now, I didn't look closely enough about the type of network. Originally I thought it was
this problem. But they confirmed that others with windows 8 had no issues with this. Then , when I tried configuring the network manually, I could not find the WPA-enterprise option at all, only the
WPA2-enterprise.
So here I was, and Greg Seth's answer gave me an idea.
In the following instructions, some commands are obvious, so I won't explain unless necessary. So here's what you do :
0) Go to command line, preferably Administrator (not tried without).
1) C:\Windows\System32> cd \Users\<User>\Documents
2) C:\Users\<User>\Documents> netsh
3) netsh> wlan
4) netsh wlan> show profiles
5) delete profile name=<yournetwork>
Enclose the name of network within quotes, this is to ensure that you can cleanly set up the right profile. Don't close the netsh, we'll need it some more. If you do, just reach there the same way as before.
6) Right click the connection icon in lower right corner > open Network and Sharing Center > Set up a new connection or network > Manually connect to a wireless network
7) Try to create a profile, and try to get as many details to correspond with your requirement. The rest we'll edit in command line, so let's make it as easy as possible.
8) Do the same at the next screen. Edit Network settings > change all the parameters that you can, to match the requirement. My university tech support has a detailed document listing the options to choose, usually for windows 7, or even windows 8. get
as many of them as possible.
9) Finish. Move back to your netsh terminal
10) netsh wlan> show profile <profilename>
without quotes this time. This should show your previous attempt at creating a profile in the GUI dialog boxes. In my case, it had WPA2 and AES. It has to become WPA and TKIP. I also set my authMode to userOnly, since I hadn't done it right in the dialog box
before.
11) netsh wlan> set profileparameter
displays a humongous list of parameters with detailed options, just carefully examine the syntax. It's all here.
12) netsh wlan> set profileparameter name=<profilename> authentication=wpa encryption=tkip authMode=userOnly
13) netsh wlan> set profileparameter
Don't exit this yet.
14) Now click the connection icon, and connect to the network. It will ask you the username and password in a different style, that was my clue something was different this time.
15) It should connect. In my case atleast, it did. Verify by browsing.
16) netsh wlan> export profile name=<profile name>
In order that you're not put through this ordeal again, export the profile safely to a file. Again, the profile name in quotes.
17) Wonder why microsoft makes things difficult for us!

I'm trying to configure java gemfire template to query data in spring application.
To create spring template I need to create client-region, to create client-region I need to create client-cache, to create client-cache I need to create pool.
One of the pool parameters is server-goup. I need gemfire template(s) to query several of them.
I didn't find pool to be configurable for several server goups, thus I've created two pools (with different server goups) two client caches two client regions and two templates and got an error.

Business Objects + COM Call

Hello forum members,
   I have been involved with Business Objects and its Unified web services for the last two weeks for our project and I must say, it is very frustrating if you are not using Java or .NET.
   We have a business need to generate crystal reports from our PHP based application and for the last one week I have been banging my head against the wall and hitting dead ends. I searched almost all the forums, this forum and exhausted google search but no luck.
   I have found out from few sample codes that you can make a COM call using PHP for Crystal Reports 11.5 The problem is that the sample codes explains to run the PHP application and Crystal Reports on the same machine. For us, it is not the case. We will be running a PHP application on different box and our BO/Crystal Reports is installed on another machine.
   I tried to use the PHP COM function with remote server/username/password information but I am getting 'Failed to create COM object `CrystalReports11.ObjectFactory.1': The RPC server is unavailable. error. Now is there anything anyone can help me with here??
I would really appreciate some kind of guidance here

What are you using and trying to do?
In your post, you mention the following technologies:
Business Objects Unified Web Services
Report Application Server XI Release 1 COM SDK - CrystalReports11.ObjectFactory.1
The former uses HTTP SOAP stack via the dsws web service deployed with Enterprise XI Release 1.
The latter uses CORBA TCP/IP to communicate directly with the Report Application Server.
They're different channels, that use different services on BusinessObjects Enterprise.
So it's not clear what you're trying to do, or whether you're starting off in the right direction using the right technology and SDK for your task.

Here is the complete scenario..
I have copied a DC from another one and I am trying to compile the same.
Now I am getting an error :
"This compliation unit refers to the missing type com.sap.security.api.IUser(typically some required classfile is referencing a type outside the classpath).
Now to resolve this I have added com.sap.security.api.jar to my project but the error is still there.
Please suggest a solution to the problem.

How did you added the jar file?
If you added from the properties and Java buildpath it will not work for DCs.
You have to create a library project DC and it it in Used DCs.

I searched SDN and SSO but found no fix.

What must be hapening here is that you are accesing a IC profile, which has a default sales transaction assigned which is not active in customizing.
What is the source of this error, or better, is this happening with all users, is this result of any upgrade?
With these answers it will be easier for us to help you find the error. At first moment, it seems that the user you are logged in is not assigned to any position in PPOMA_CRM, or the position to which he is assigned doesn't have any IC profile, so the system logs in standard IC profile from SAP, and this IC Profile calls transaction type 0001 (Incoming Call) which probably you deactivated because you must have being using your own Z document types.

Delay in incoming calls ringing on Lync for Windows Phone

When calling a Lync user on Windows Phone, even if the phone is connected via Wifi, the call takes about 10 seconds longer before it even starts ringing on Windows Phone. As a result it is frequently missed.
If the user is signed into the desktop client and Lync on Windows Phone, it rings immediately on the desktop client, no problem, and you can observe the delay.
Is this a known issue or limitation? Is there any way to reduce the time before the call rings on the phone?

You can test with IPhone and Android Phones to check the issue.

Unacceptable delay on Gizmo Call Out

Why do I get unacceptable delay (latency) using Gizmo Call Out with a 811g router? When using SkypeOut from my laptop through the same router, the latency is fine.
I am using a Nokia E51 and I have the same results whether I call international or local numbers.
I have tried both D-Link and LinkSys routers with the same results.

Do you use Sat Internet? Do you have latency when using Gizmo Call Out with the same laptop?
Generally, latency issues are caused by the internet path between you and the destination. You can test your own connection for voip quality using an online testing service like testyourvoip.com. This test displays your TO and FROM latency MOS and Round-Trip Latency.
If the results from this are good (Round-Trip below 300ms), do a ping test from your laptop to proxy01.sipphone.com and compare the Round-Trip time to the results of the online test.
If all is good from your laptop, let me know and we continue checking for other issues that may be causing latency on your Nokia E51. Thanks.

Sun BPEL engine sets wrong Content-Type on calling an external web service

I have a WSDL for an external web service (which as it happens is running in Websphere locally) and have implemented it as a
partnerlink on a BPEL diagram in an SOA composite project. The binding style is Document and if you use SOAPUI to test it it
works fine. Tracing on the web service's server shows the SOAP request coming in. It has a content-type of text/xml, as expected. If I do a JUnit test from NetBeans based on this WSDL alone it also works - same result. BUT if I do
a full test and call my BPEL process the invocation of this service from BPEL fails.
On the Test result you see
BPCOR-6135:A fault was not handled in the process scope; Fault Name is http://www.sun.com/wsbpel/2.0/process/executable/SUNExtension/ErrorHandling}systemFault;
(This happens because I did not handle the fault in the BPEL.)
On the trace I see it now has Content-type of application/xop+xml. Why would the Sun BPEL engine change this? I just
accepted the usual defaults when I created the PartnerLink and the Invoke. Anyway, the format of the request doesn't match what the WS server expects, so it fails.
As far as I'm aware I'm just using SOAP1.1. This is NetBeans 6.5 with Glassfish 2.1. I tried with NetBeans 6.7 and it got worse, not better. I would certainly appreciate any advice?

Perhaps when the BPEL file based process calls the WSDL file to execute,their message communication is not correct.
the head part in the WSDL file should be manually set to "text/xml", or the IDE or Server will use the default value;
for example as follow:
SOAPUI tool would use the default value "text/xml" to request.(depends the tool support).
NetBeans tool would use the default value "text/xml" to request.
when you do a full test and you do not set the head "context-type" value ,the WSDL file use the server's default head
value"application/xop-xml" so that return the contents under the control of the server's default value.

Generate an additional iDoc message type when calling BD12

How can a specific iDoc message type be generated (in addition to the other iDocs) when calling BD12 with specific output type?
I would like that all iDocs belonging to one serialization group will be generated when calling BD12. is that possible?

Translation-pattern delay to outbound call

Hello,
I config one translation-pattern: 1234 tanslation to one mobile number (call ouside to PSTN via E1 link)
and also config T302 time value = 5000 (default 15000)
When I dial 1234, I will get a dial-tone, then waiting 5 second -> the call active.
Is it normally?
Or what could I do to resolve it?

What you are experiencing is expected, this is what is called Inter-digit time out. What is happening is that within your dial plan there is another pattern (could be another Translation Pattern, DN or Route Pattern) starting with "0".

Now going back to your concern and moving forward with the explanation, the Unified Communications Manager Platform is designed to route calls based on the closest match. When you dial "0" since there is another pattern starting also with 0 in your dial plan then, CUCM will wait for more digits. It is not until the T302 timer (that the document above mentions) expires that CUCM routes the call based on the order of the partitions set or configure on the routing device (in your scenario it is going to be the CSS of the Translation Pattern)
You will be able to check there is an over-lapping pattern within your system by going (in the Administration page for Call Manager) to Call Routing > Route Plan Report and:
1) Type 0 on the search bar and hit search and all the results starting with 0 should display.
Or
2) Exporting your dial plan to a .csv file, open it with excel and apply filters to find the overlapping problem.
You can also reduce the T302 timer from the Call Manager service parameters from the default value (15 seconds) to a minimum of 3 seconds.

Check VI type for call by reference node

I'm calling a set of VI's dynamically using call by reference node. And I have a type specifier linked to a particular type connector pane. But at times when the VI prototypes do not math I get error from the open VI reference node. Is there any way to check if the VI connector panes matches before opening the refrence with the VI type specifier ?, or using the error code is the only way to check if there were miss match in VI connector pane.
