First, turn off the auto subscription until the matter is resolved > iTunes Store: Purchasing and managing auto-renewing subscriptions
Since you have not heard back from the developer, report the issue to Apple.

I recently received a refund from I tunes which I appreciated. My little grandson who is 8 made $460 worth of purchases without my knowledge. However now I cannot use my credit card for further purchases on the game I play. Getting itnacross to ITunes is difficult.

Good luck candy crush has no tech support and reporting it through App Store support is useless. The only reply I ever got was to delete and reinstall update and restore purchases. None of it works they just want u to spend more money to bring their stocks up.

You can contact iTunes and ASK for a refund. Then make make an exception to their all sale are final policy.

In the future set the restrictions so that in-app purchases are prohibited and that a password is always required.

How do you purchase in-app game extras like gems for the game Clash of Clans with an i-tunes gift card? I have downloaded three $10 gift cards on my i-phone 4 and can't seem to purchase any extra game stuff (gems) without it charging my credit card that I have attached to my i-phone. as stated.. i cant buy anything from (Global war ) inapp purchase keeps failing...

Do you have Restrictions on? Tap Settings > General > Restrictions and look for In-App Purchases.
Try downloading something else from the App Store, to make sure there isn't a connection issue.
If it isn't restrictions or a connection issue, contact the iTunes Store people using Express Lane.
