- (void)paymentQueue:(SKPaymentQueue *)queue updatedTransactions:(NSArray *)transactions
    for (SKPaymentTransaction *transaction in transactions)
        switch (transaction.transactionState)
            case SKPaymentTransactionStatePurchased:
                [self completeTransaction:transaction];
                break;
            case SKPaymentTransactionStateFailed:
                [self failedTransaction:transaction];
                break;
            case SKPaymentTransactionStateRestored:
                [self restoreTransaction:transaction];
            default:
                break;
-(void)completeTransaction:(SKPaymentTransaction *)transaction
    [self recordTransaction: transaction];
    [self provideContent: transaction.payment.productIdentifier];
    // Remove the transaction from the payment queue.
    [[SKPaymentQueue defaultQueue] finishTransaction: transaction];
    AppDelegate_iPhone *sharedDelegate = (AppDelegate_iPhone *)[[UIApplication sharedApplication] delegate];
    sharedDelegate.isPurchased = YES;
    sharedDelegate.isFailed = NO;
    [[NSUserDefaults standardUserDefaults] setObject:@"true" forKey:@"isPurchased"];
    NSLog(@"we are in complete transaction state");
-(void)failedTransaction:(SKPaymentTransaction *)transaction
    AppDelegate_iPhone *sharedDelegate = (AppDelegate_iPhone *)[[UIApplication sharedApplication] delegate];
    if (transaction.error.code != SKErrorPaymentCancelled)
        // Optionally, display an error here.
        sharedDelegate.isFailed = YES;
        NSLog(@"we are in failed  transaction state");
        UIAlertView *alertMsg = [[UIAlertView alloc] initWithTitle:nil message:@"Some problem occured in completing the transaction, please try again later." delegate:nil cancelButtonTitle:nil otherButtonTitles:@"OK",nil];
        [alertMsg show];
        [alertMsg release];
    [[SKPaymentQueue defaultQueue] finishTransaction: transaction];

-Plesae help me , i could not understnd how to solve the issue.
-Thank you.

Not sure what's going on there. Maybe store credits are not currently allowed for that in-app purchase?
Contact the iTS for some investigation.

  • App crashed while processing an inapp purchase.

    How can I make sure I don't get charged for an inapp purchase that didn't work because the app crashed while it was processing?

    Hello sherrill.cairns,
    Thanks for using Apple Support Communities.
    If you want to see if a purchase went through, you can check your previous purchases in iTunes.  If the purchase did go through and you were charged, yet the in-app item does not appear in the application, then you can report a problem with the purchase so it can be reviewed.
    See your purchase history in the iTunes Store - Apple Support
    Have a good one,

  • My gift card with $10 appstore credit and my debit card were both charged when i made a $10 inapp purchase

    When i went into an app to make a inapp purchase i had a $10 appstore gift card that i put on my account, i went to make the inapp purchase of 9.99 and when i went into my debit card purchases and i saw that my debit card was charged for $9.99 inapp purchase then i went into the appstore to look at my appstore credit and it said i had 0.00. So both my debit card and store credit were charged when i made an inapp purchase. This is really bad if im getting charged for 2 things yet only 1 of the two should have been charged. i found another question on the discussions page for apple and i fixed my account so hopefully next time it doesnt do that but i want my money back on the purchases that got charged for my store credit and debit card how should i go about doing this becuase it should be apples problem for billing me on both.

    Ask the application's developer or the iTunes Store staff for a refund.

  • Why does my iPhone tell me that my InApp-Purchase can't be done?

    When I try to buy some InApp-content, I type in my password (and yes, I do know that I didn't type it wrong) and then a little window is opening and telling me that my InApp-purchase couldn't be finished and that I have to contact the iTunes-support.
    So, here I go, I contact you. Could someone please help me?
    p.s.: I already tried some things on my own to solve the problem, like deactivating and reactivating InApp-purchases, using InApp-purchase with and without WiFi, turn my iPhone off and on and so on ... I'm helpless ...
    p.p.s.: It's the third time that this problem is happening ... when it has appeared the first and the second time some months ago I contacted Apple via LiveChat and they solved the problem on their own without telling me why this problem has happened. And now the problem is back and I can't contact Apple directly 'cause my iPhone is older than two years and my warranty has ended ... that *****. So please, could someone help me ???

    apps store wont let me download free app due to previous purchasing problem? help!!

    Is the address on your iTunes account exactly the same (format and spacing etc) as on your credit card bill ? If it's not then that might be the reason that you are getting the security code error : http://support.apple.com/kb/TS1646 ? If it is then you could try what it says at the bottom of that page :
    If the issue persists, contact your credit card company and verify that they and any company they use to process credit card authorizations have the correct information on file.
    And/or try contacting iTunes support : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Express Lane, then iTunes > iTunes Store

  • I brought  I pad air 3 months ago, but recently I can't install any application and can't make an update. Even I can't install the free application. I can see ... There is a previous purchase problem please Singh up your bank information again. Plz help

    Hi , I brought an I pad air 3 months ago. But recently I can't install any application and can't update any application. Even I can't install any free application. I can see one dialogue box about in red colors " there is a previous purchase problem please type your bank information correctly" . So I don't know what to do please help me. Thanks

    The message implies that a previous purchase may not have been paid-for due to problems collecting the money from your account. Have you tried logging into your account and updating/changing your payment details (tap on your in Settings > iTunes & App Store on your iPad and tap 'view Apple id' on the popup and sign into it) ? Until there is an accepted payment method on your account (credit card, redeemed iTunes gift cards) and what you owe has been paid then you won't be able to download anything (including app updates).

    Why can you not resolve an app purchase  problem simply ! As you have done in the past

    Most of the people on these forums, including myself, are fellow users - you're not talking to iTunes Support here.
    If you have a problem with an app that the developer can't/won't help you with then you will need to contact iTunes Support, either as described on the page that you posted from, or via the 'report a problem' link from your purchase history : log into your account on your computer's iTunes via the Store > View Account menu option and you should then see a Purchase History section with a 'see all' link to the right of it ; click on that and you should see a list of your purchases ; find that app and use the 'Report a Problem' link and fill in details about the problem

  • How can a school use bulk purchasing for an inapp purchase product?

    If an app is free to start with an inapp purchase, how can a school purchase that app with bulk discounts?

    Obviuosly, I must have been wrong about having to use the ID for the app to show up as installed.
    But the way I see this situation - iTunes is telling you that the app is installed on the iPad - which it is - it detects the app on your device. But when you try to make an in app purchase with the new ID - iTunes will not let you do that because the app was not purchased with the new ID.
    Try the new ID again and see if t will accept it. I still think that even though iTunes knows the app is installed - it also knows that it was not purchased with the new ID.

  • Anybody know how to get a receipt of an inapp purchase from your ipad?

    I'm try to get a receipt of an inapp purchase and mobages instructions don't seem to apply for people using iPads. Anybody know how to get a receipt?

    Receipts for any purchase, even in-app purchases or free downloads, are sent automatically to the email address associated with your Apple ID. If you deleted the email or didn't get such a receipt and it's been more than two-three days, then you will have to go to your Purchase History, and that is only possible on a computer, so you'll need to use a friends or perhaps get help at an Apple Store.
    Otherwise you'll have to contact the iTunes Store and ask if they can resend the receipt. Go here:
    http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/
    and follow the instructions to contact them.
    Regards.

    hello im new to this community and ive done in app purchases before however this inapp purchase was wrong and had charged me 109.99$
    it did not prompt me or ask for my username and password, it also never asked me if i wanted to cancel or buy the **** thing it had just gone straight through
    my question is how am i to get my money back please someone help me

    All purchases are considered final, but you can try contacting iTunes support and explain what happened and see if they will refund or credit you : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Purchases, Billing & Redemption
    To try and stop it happening again, you should be able to turn off in-app purchases on your device via Settings > General > Restrictions > In-App Purchases 'off', and (depending upon what iOS version that you have on the device) you might also be able to set 'Require Password' to 'Immediately' on the Restrictions (the default is a 15 minute period during which it doesn't need to be re-entered)

    Hi..
    First, turn off the auto subscription until the matter is resolved >  iTunes Store: Purchasing and managing auto-renewing subscriptions
    Since you have not heard back from the developer, report the issue to Apple.
    You can use the email form here.
    And try here >  iOS: Troubleshooting applications purchased from the App Store
