New issue of my magazine is "waiting for review" on iTunes connect. Soon it will be three days.
What is "normal" waiting period? How can i speed it up?
There are newspapers on iPad. Are they also waiting for days?

There's another means of receiving pre-approval:
We create a folio file at the beginning of our digital conversion cycle each month that includes the cover, all ads, and whatever content we happen to have ready.
Once this is uploaded to Adobe, we create the corresponding product IDs for in-app purchases and leave the checkbox "Cleared for Sale" off before submitting it for approval.
The in-app purchase is reviewed, and often approved in 5 business days or less.  Once we received approval in just 1 day.  Last month, I mistakenly left the folio "private" in Adobe's toolset, and we still received approval.
Once the final folio is ready, we post it (replacing the preliminary document) and switch the in-app purchased to "Cleared for Sale."  It has worked well for us since February of this year.

    Obviuosly, I must have been wrong about having to use the ID for the app to show up as installed.
    But the way I see this situation - iTunes is telling you that the app is installed on the iPad - which it is - it detects the app on your device. But when you try to make an in app purchase with the new ID - iTunes will not let you do that because the app was not purchased with the new ID.
    Try the new ID again and see if t will accept it. I still think that even though iTunes knows the app is installed - it also knows that it was not purchased with the new ID.

    Receipts for any purchase, even in-app purchases or free downloads, are sent automatically to the email address associated with your Apple ID. If you deleted the email or didn't get such a receipt and it's been more than two-three days, then you will have to go to your Purchase History, and that is only possible on a computer, so you'll need to use a friends or perhaps get help at an Apple Store.
    Otherwise you'll have to contact the iTunes Store and ask if they can resend the receipt. Go here:

    To try and stop it happening again, you should be able to turn off in-app purchases on your device via Settings > General > Restrictions > In-App Purchases 'off', and (depending upon what iOS version that you have on the device) you might also be able to set 'Require Password' to 'Immediately' on the Restrictions (the default is a 15 minute period during which it doesn't need to be re-entered)

    You have to contact the app provider. Apple does not provide in app content.

    If you want to see if a purchase went through, you can check your previous purchases in iTunes.  If the purchase did go through and you were charged, yet the in-app item does not appear in the application, then you can report a problem with the purchase so it can be reviewed.
    See your purchase history in the iTunes Store - Apple Support

    It doesn't matter which one is the lowest, you have to use your own address - if you are not in the US and are using the US store then you are violating the store's terms (terms which you've agreed to), and Apple could potentially permanently disable your account.

    When i went into an app to make a inapp purchase i had a $10 appstore gift card that i put on my account, i went to make the inapp purchase of 9.99 and when i went into my debit card purchases and i saw that my debit card was charged for $9.99 inapp purchase then i went into the appstore to look at my appstore credit and it said i had 0.00. So both my debit card and store credit were charged when i made an inapp purchase. This is really bad if im getting charged for 2 things yet only 1 of the two should have been charged. i found another question on the discussions page for apple and i fixed my account so hopefully next time it doesnt do that but i want my money back on the purchases that got charged for my store credit and debit card how should i go about doing this becuase it should be apples problem for billing me on both.

  • Why does my iPhone tell me that my InApp-Purchase can't be done?

    When I try to buy some InApp-content, I type in my password (and yes, I do know that I didn't type it wrong) and then a little window is opening and telling me that my InApp-purchase couldn't be finished and that I have to contact the iTunes-support.
    So, here I go, I contact you. Could someone please help me?
    p.s.: I already tried some things on my own to solve the problem, like deactivating and reactivating InApp-purchases, using InApp-purchase with and without WiFi, turn my iPhone off and on and so on ... I'm helpless ...
    p.p.s.: It's the third time that this problem is happening ... when it has appeared the first and the second time some months ago I contacted Apple via LiveChat and they solved the problem on their own without telling me why this problem has happened. And now the problem is back and I can't contact Apple directly 'cause my iPhone is older than two years and my warranty has ended ... that *****. So please, could someone help me ???
