Inbound calls no longer work despite a paid subscr...

Question

I cannot receive phone calls.  I have a paid subscription with a personalized number which makes it possible for me to receive and make calls to any phone in the USA.   This has not worked since the release of this new version.  Please help. (I already unstinalled and reinstalled the program, which has not fixed the issue.)

Hi, MystiMayhem,
Please report this to Skype Customer Service and to request this be resolved.  That whatever telephone company is not relaying your inbound calls is of concern.
Here is a slightly annotated version of the instruction to file your request with Skype Customer Service, and to receive a reply via e-mail.  If you happen to have an active Skype Premium subscription, you will be routed to start an instant message chat with a customer service agent.
