Inbound delivery got stuck in EWM Queue

Hi,
I have an Inbound delivery got stuck in the inbound queue, which is from EMW. The error which it failed is "Enter SLED", but the point is material is serial number managed and not batch managed. I have compared with the successful serial number and could not find any relevant field.
Can any one please let me know, why SAP is asking for SLED.

Have you checked the slg1 log? might have activated something related to quality.

Error in inbound delivery replication ERP - EWM

Hi,
We have recently installed SAP ERP 6 EhP 6 and EWM 7.0 Ehp2 Add-On
Now, we are not being able to replicate Inbound Delivery from ERP to EWM.
As we save the ID in ERP we are getting a message that the ID has been distributed.
But the document is getting stuck in the RFC queue.
In SMQ2 the particular queue gets the status "SYSFAIL" with the error message "Function module does not exist or EXCEPTION raised. Message no. SY359"
The function module field contains "/SCWM/INB_DLV_SAVEREPLICA"
The status message says: "CREATE DATA: The document /1DF/_PDI000 is no... "
I've properly defined the standard BAPI destination and I've checked note 1398474.
Please help me get out of this mess.

As per my knowledge I haven't see this issue and table you are asking are not found as requirement in system without which delivery is able to replicate in EWM.
Also try to create new delivery in ECC and send... As you was checking in SMQ2 it means
"The status message says: "CREATE DATA: The document /1DF/_PDI000 is no..." it means after sending your delivery from ECC it is coming to back to the system where you are checking inbound queue and trying to create delivery.
That time it find NO range for delivery , so see number range assignment or number range maintenance and refusing to create delivery.
so update Number range and assignment properly for ID in EWM system and check new flow.
if resolved dont see below points.
please provide more infrmation of below error from SLG1. keep some extra selection time zone.
1. Do you have same or different client. As per above your description my understanding was same client (ECC and EWM).
If you have different client then your ECC WM parameter under EWM interface makes ur delivery move to EWM system with distribution model created with BAPI replica.
As I do not have ur system my second option will be try to check above setting and if not try to push in debug mode to see proper code.

R/3 to SCM event got stuck in queue

I'm a SD consultant but due to some Exigency, I'm asked to analyse a MM related ticket. The issue is...
We have a process in our company where all our stores are setup as plants & the materials to them are supplied through an STO .After creation of STO manually & creation of Delivery through a batch job, an event gets triggered in R/3 which is sent to SCM box. Email gets triggered in SCM which is sent to the store contact with the information of the material & qty in delivery note & also the expected delivery date. The issue is right now one of the delivery documents got stuck in that queue & the store is repeatedly getting the email with the same details.
I would like to know how the event management is configured to trigger the event in R/3 which is sent to SCM & how we can remove this delivery note from the queue so that the store will stop getting junk messages.

I guess you have solved this already..
Email Alerts are normally sent via the RuleSet or the Expected Event Monitor.
Check the ALRT* transactions for details of sent messages.

PPF: automatically Putaway WT creation after distribution of the inbound delivery from ERP

I'm trying to test the PPF in order to create a putaway WT for an inbound delivery in EWM-System directly after its distribution from the ERP-System.

After this I try to disribute an inbound delivery from ERP to EWM, but as after distribution as after saving of the inboun delivery nothing happens.
Could you, guys, give some hits, what I missed and where I should define the whrehouse process type for the putaway WT?

But even I have only one condition record to my action "PDO_01_WT_CREATE" it will not be fulfilled...log says
I also changed the GM status to NSNS...can I somehow find out which conditiontion the programm is claiming about?

Inbound Delivery Modification n follow on activities

Is there a way to modify EWM Inbound delivery once it is locked for processing. For e.g. I received an Inb del in EWM, due to me not specifying the storage bin for the warehouse task, I specified the bin in customizing. Now, I get the same error message that storage bin is not able to be determined. Do I've to resend the inbound delivery from ECC to EWM again after rejecting this. How does the process work?

Look at the Confirmations configuration on service POs. As far as my understanding the two processes are not either or it is the sequence. The inbound delivery is an indication that Goods receipt or Service execution is impending. EOIO messages got held in the queue

hi,
In our scenario we are sending an IDOC from SAP whenever a material is newly created in SAP to a third party file share location.
Please note that i have to maintain EOIO(requirement)at the same time when ever we send an IDOC from SAP,the status is set to HOLD in XI(and we know that this message is because it's predecessor got stucked in the queue)
But when we check the queue in SMQ2 it looks fine(no entries there)even then if an IDOC is send from SAP the status goes to HOLD.what could be the reason for this ?

we are going as per the blog.evrything looks ok but i could not cancel the message(last step)and we are getting the following error
Unable to cancel 1 of 1 messages; update the status
(reason it says:<i>Predecessor not in final state</i>)
If we could able to cancel that message hope the problem would be solved.

CUEAC Console stuck calls in Queue

Hello,
We have an issue with stuck calls in CUEAC console. The inbound calls get stuck in All Queue and do not drop to Active calls. Cannot be answered, moved, etc. Operator needs to lift the receiver on the C7965 phone and put it back to terminate the call.
We tried a lot of steps to fix the issue - completely re-installed CUEAC Server, client, CT gateway devices, CTI Route pointes, and etc with Cisco TAC help. Also replaced network cables, replaced the phone, replaced computer. Same issue. Everything was working fine for a couple of years, but now it started all of a sudden. We get probably about 10 to 20 issues like that though out the day.
Can anybody advise please?

I feel your pain on this one my friend...
There are so many reason why a call can get "stuck." If this is a chronic, business impacting problem, I suggest opening a TAC case to have your logs reviewed.
Otherwise, search the forums for other threads relating to this topic.
Do you know if the call was active? What I mean is, was there a caller on the line for 45 minutes? I doubt it, as most people will not wait 45 minutes.
There has been a long standing issue with phantom calls in UCCX, and in 7x Cisco provided a way to clear these calls without the need for bouncing the whole CRS engine. So it's just something you learn to live with.
I would encourage you, if you don't already, limit the length of time a caller can queue, before you send them somewhere else. Or, put some sort of notification in place (email, place call, etc) so you can address the issue, before it becomes a 45 minute call, followed by a disconnect.

Error while activating Inbound Delivery Notification

Hi,
I have created and Inbound delivery in ERP, the material is batch managed and packed with HU. Once saved on ERP system, I find the Inbound Delivery Notification in SCM EWM system with HU, material and batch number appearing. Up to this point all good.
However, when I am trying to hit the button 'Activate' so that I can create Inbound delivery, system comes up with error message - 'Please specify an external number range' (message NR753) I have no idea where it's coming from.
For further information - I am using standard Doc Type INB with Doc Cat. PDI and it's assigned with an Internal Number Range.
What's missing?

You have pointed to the right direction. Basically, without checking for the posts here, which are really helpful, I went to system one more time only to find that I have made a configuration error. I am just sharing if anyone else in future faces same situation, he/she can be benefited out of it.
In EWM system - I had created number range with transaction SNRO for object /SCWM/SSCC putting 01 (from 1 - 1999999) as internal and 02 (from 2000000 - 2999999) as external number range.
In EWM system - I had assigned the number range in following place:
Extended Warehouse Management > Cross Process Settings > Handling Units > External Identification > SSCC Generation Acc. to EAN128 > Maintain SSCC Generation for Each Warehouse Number
In ERP system - I had created number range with SNRO for object LE_SSCC with same attributes as above. i.e. 01 as internal and 02 as external.
Now when I packed the inbound delivery in ERP system, I used packaging material for which the number range is internal (i.e. 01) and it created HU with SSCC number. Up to this all were good. But when the same HU transferred from ERP to EWM system, SAP treated the HU number coming from ERP system as external HU number (which is logical) but it was looking at number range 02 (since it was marked as external) but was failing to match as the allowed numbers doesn't fit along with the number transferred from ERP system. Hence it was giving error.
As a solution I declared 01 as external and 02 as internal and also inverted the number range assignment for SSCC generation in EWM system.
It created Inbound Delivery successfully.

Inspection lot not getting cancelled after the inbound delivery is created

Hello,
The scenraio is like this.
1. Material was procured in plant A.
2. Using the stock transfer purchase order, transferred the material from Plant A to Plant B.
3. Outbound delivery was created, Handling units were assigned and Post Goods issue was done.
4. As soon as this was done, inbound delivery got created automatically in plant B and Handling units were assigned.
5. Inspection lot was created with origin "08".
6. Now I want to reverse all the transactions, so I did as mentioned below.
7. Handling units were deassigned from the inbound delivery and inbound delivery was successfully deleted.
8. Now tried to do the reverse post goods issue and got the error "Handling unit XXXXXX cannot be reversed"..Goods movement cannot be reversed for handling unit XXXXX because it has been changed or assigned to object since the last goods movement posting".
The issue is that as soon as the inbound delivery is deleted, the inspection lot status should change, which has not changed. So kindly let me know how to make the system cancel the inspection lot as soon as the deassignment of handling units is done in inbound delivery or the inbound delievry is deleted.

Messages got stuck in inbound adapter engine queue

My senario is File - XI -SAOP reciever and we have 8 usecases of same type. For 7 usecase, we dont have any problem. But for only one use case we have having heavy delay in processing messages.
All my messages got stuck in inbound queue of Adapter engine in to be delivered state, wait state, delivering state.

Some message might be struck in the queue. Because of this reason furthur processing is not performed on time.
Please try to do like this:
Go to SXMB_MONI, or SXi_monitor, select QueueID in the row, which is showing green flag. In the next window belongs to queue select the queue and press unlock button on the panel.
This could possibly release the queue which is struck.

Inbound Delivery Notification Document is missing EWM

Dear Experts,
Inbound Delivery document is created successfully in ECC, Prior to that PO is created in ECC which is replicated in SCM due to active integration model, based on the PO inbound delivery document is created, but it is not replicated automatically in SCM, I am not able to figure what is missing, is there any special customization is needed to send delivery document to EWM, Give your valuable suggestions.

Inbound delivery for Production Order in EWM

We have a scenario of creating Inbound Delivery, Pack (HU), GR and Putaway via an interface in EWM from an external system. Basically the transaction of /scwm/grpi and /scwm/prdi. I found this below thread which is little old. Could you please confirm if this is the only process or is there a better solution.

There is no straight FM or BAPI to do this. Have to go by the classes and methods the standard uses to create inbound delivery. It is based on BOPF framework. See the below note for a sample program that uses the same time of coding for outbound delivery.

FYI, the /SCWM/INB_DLV_SAVEREPLICA, cannot be used as this is for process if deliveries gets created in ECC first and then EWM. Production receipt is the other way.

The actual scenarois is this:
I am getting AUFNR(prodcutoin order),LGNUM(whs number) ....etc from XI system. I hav to use this data and have to create an Inbound delivery from expected GR in EWM and POST GR in EWM and Creation of Whs task in EWM again.
The transaction to create the inbound delivery from expected GR is /SCWM/GRPI (GR Preparation: From Production).
we do not have any BAPI or FM in EWM to acheive this. Pleas help me in resolving the issue.

Inbound delivery creation in WM - mapping to process type 1011 in EWM

I am new to EWM and have to configure handling units for picking and putaway in EWM.
I am creating an inbound delivery w.r.t Purchase order in WM and passing it to EWM. During the warehouse order creation I am packing the materials in a packing material. however, the warehouse process type is 1010 and I want it to relflect 1011.
So I wanted to know how to configure the system either on the WM or the EWM side so that when the inbound delivery is received on the EWM side it maps it to process 1011.

To put across my question more clearly here is where I am right now. I pass the delivery to the EWM side. There I pack the materials. There is a HU association with the packing material.
When I go to the screen with the follow on functions- warehouse task. Then when I choose the handling unit tab and click on the exectute button associated with the Whouse Req then there should be a Line item displaying the handling unit that was created in the previous step.
However this is not happening and when I click on the execute button the line item does not show up.
So I was wondering if there is some configuration that needs to be done to get the HU displayed?
