Inbound delivery replication ECC - EWM

Hello,
I am currently trying to link a SAP ECC 6.00 system to a SAP SCM5.00 in order to use eWM.
The RFC destinations are correctly customized and the master data is correctly replicated between the central and decentral system (via the CIF) => <i>I'm sure that the connection works between both systems</i>.
I have a problem with the replication of the inbound deliveries. When I check in SMQ2 the queue has been correctly created but the status of all queues is at 'SYSFAIL' with the following error message :
Function module does not exist or EXCEPTION raised
    Message no. SY359
By double clicking on the Queue name I can clearly see that no function module has been determined for the LUW.
My questions are  :
=> What function Module should have been determined ?
=> Where and how do I specify // customize this function module ?
Thanks for your help
BR
Hans

Dear Hans,
I am facing exactly the same problem, did you find a solution?
Kind regards,
Rainer

  • Error in inbound delivery replication ERP - EWM

    Hi,
We have recently installed SAP ERP 6 EhP 6 and EWM 7.0 Ehp2 Add-On
Now, we are not being able to replicate Inbound Delivery from ERP to EWM.
As we save the ID in ERP we are getting a message that the ID has been distributed.
But the document is getting stuck in the RFC queue.
In SMQ2 the particular queue gets the status "SYSFAIL" with the error message "Function module does not exist or EXCEPTION raised. Message no. SY359"
The function module field contains "/SCWM/INB_DLV_SAVEREPLICA"
The status message says: "CREATE DATA: The document /1DF/_PDI000 is no... "
I've properly defined the standard BAPI destination and I've checked note 1398474.
Please help me get out of this mess.
    Regards,
    Oritra

    Hi Oritra
As per my knowledge I haven't see this issue and table you are asking are not found as requirement in system without which delivery is able to replicate in EWM.
Also try to create new delivery in ECC and send... As you was checking in SMQ2 it means
"The status message says: "CREATE DATA: The document /1DF/_PDI000 is no..." it means after sending your delivery from ECC it is coming to back to the system where you are checking inbound queue and trying to create delivery.
That time it find NO range for delivery , so see  number range assignment or number range maintenance and refusing to create delivery.
so update Number range and assignment properly for ID in EWM system and check new flow.
if resolved dont see below points.
please provide more infrmation of below error from SLG1. keep some extra selection time zone.
    1. Do you have same or different client. As per above your description my understanding was same client (ECC and EWM).
If you have different client then your ECC WM parameter under EWM interface makes ur delivery move to EWM system with distribution model created with BAPI replica.
As I do not have ur system my second option will be try to check above setting and if not try to push in debug mode to see proper code.
As per my knowledge I haven't see this issue and table you are asking are not found as requirement in system without which delivery is able to replicate in EWM.

  • ASN creation based on ECC inbound delivery

    Hi All,
I have a scenario in which we are creating an inbound delivery in ECC and corresponding ASN should be created in supplier system.
In order to achieve this functionality of ECC to supplier system is there any way to map this functionality through any custom development ?
    Kindly suggest
    Thanks
    Gaurav Gupta

    Hi,
What I understand from the requirement is - The Supplier dispatches the material to Purchasing company & informs about the same via ASN. This ASN triggers inbound delivery in ECC. When the material reaches the Purchasing Company, GRN is posted with reference to the Inbound Delivery.
    Is this correct?
If so, you can achieve this through RFC function, which can be called from vendor ERP system or through Vendor Portal by directly calling the RFC or by using Web Service.

  • Inbound Delivery Modification n follow on activities

    Hi,
Is there a way to modify EWM Inbound delivery once it is locked for processing. For e.g. I received an Inb del in EWM, due to me not specifying the storage bin for the warehouse task, I specified the bin in customizing. Now, I get the same error message that storage bin is not able to be determined. Do I've to resend the inbound delivery from ECC to EWM again after rejecting this. How does the process work?

Look at the Confirmations configuration on service POs. As far as my understanding the two processes are not either or it is the sequence. The inbound delivery is an indication that Goods receipt or Service execution is impending. Once goods are received or service executed, it is confirmed in the system and that triggers the posting of GR

  • BBD in Inbound delivery

    Hello,
We use the LE-TRA integration with EWM, thx to Juergen it works fine, but i need also manage a BBD in inbound delivery without batch.
    My scenario:
    1. Crate PO and inbound Delivery in ECC;
    2. Crate Transportation document in ECC and assign Inbound delivery;
    3. Create HU MTR (Means of transport) in transportation document;
    4. Transfer inbound delivery and HU MTR to EWMS system;
    5. Activate TU
    6. Physical Goods Receipt (/SCWM/GR)
During step 6, worker should enter a BBD (Best Before Date) but field a "gray" - not ready for input in /SCWM/GR.
    Incorrect logic or batch requested?

  • Create Warehouse Request for Inbound Delivery Notification

    Dear Experts,
I have created Inbound Delivery in  ECC and Inbound Delivery Notification has been created in SAP EWM.
Kindly suggest me how and where can I create Warehouse Request for Inbound Delivery Notification.
I donot see any transaction or link to create Warehouse Request for the Inbound Delivery.
I am new to EWM.  Please suggest.
    Regards,
    Shetty

    Hi,
After the Inbound delivery has been distributed to the EWM environment the Inbound delivery notification (IDN) is created. So far so good but after the IDN has been created you will have to activate it manually if it didn't automatically. In order to activate it please go to transaction /n/SCWM/IDN - Maintain Inbound Delivery Notification and execute it for all of the IDNs that are not activated. Then you activate it and it creates the ID.
After the ID has been created, if the system (Post Processing Framework) didn't create the tasks relevant for receipt than you have to go into the ID and choose Inbound Delivery - Follow-On Functions - Warehouse Tasks and create and save the warehouse tasks relevant for receipt.
    All the best,
    Claudiu Maxim

  • Inbound delivery error in SCM

    Hi Experts,
While transferring delivery document from ecc to SCM, It encounters with the following error in the SCM side
Field Header: Receiving Office: Location No. is a required field for the action HDR: Save Node
    Please help me to resolve.
    Thanks in advance,
    Pio

    Problem is solved.
In my case problem was when I tried activate inbound delivery notification in EWM.
Go to in SAP Easy Access  in EWM system -> Extended Warehouse Management -> Master Data -> Maintain Supply Chain Unit -> Choose your SCU and press enter. Then click on 'Alternative' tab and sure that row 'RO - Goods Receipt office' exists.

  • Inbound delivery Idoc to create Batch with Characteristics

    Hi Experts,
    Need your help...
We have the scenario where the inbound delivery in ECC is created by an external Idoc (DESADV). However the batch field is blank.
Requirement is to create a batch per line item (as per the number range in ECC) during inbound idoc posting and assign the batch to the inbound delivery line item. This batch will also need to be populated with characteristics. (DESADV Idoc segments will carry these characteristics)
Is there a way to achieve this..?
    Thanks,
    Krishna

    Thanks for the reply..
Do you mean to say that its a standard functionality..? We are already using DESADV with DELS. However, we have modified our inbound idoc with Z Segments. These segments carry the characteristic values. No where in the idoc we have the batch number, as we want the batch number to be created automatically based on the number range in ECC.
In such kind of cases, how to achieve this..?
    Thanks,
    Krishna

  • Inbound Delivery not getting transferred to GTS

    Hi Experts,
We are presently implementing GTS 7.2 Customs Management in my company and we are experiencing this issue. Here are steps completed for the document transfer.
    1. GTS plugis are activated for the Inbound Delvieries along with other documents.
    2. All the basic configuration is also complete in the GTS system.
When we create a inbound delivery in ECC 6.0, it is not getting transferred to GTS. But when I go set the incomplete check buttoen either at header or line item level of the delivery, then it is immediately transferred to GTS.
I checked all the config related to incomplete procedure for SD/MM documents in ECC. I am able to see the green light automatically set (after the config VI29 and VI49) at the header/item level but still incomplete set is not automatically set. Can you please help to find are there any other config which needs to be done to make this inbound delivery automatic. I understand there is a user exit for this, but I would like to accomplish without userexit.
    Thanks in advance.
    Vijay.

    Hi Vijay,
    Ok, that's a lot clearer - thanks.
I'm fairly sure that those "SET" buttons have no influence on the transfer of the Inbound Delivery to GTS.  And, as far as I know, they have no internal functionality - the toggling buttons are provided just so that you can flag manually if required for some reason.  My guess is that making ANY change to the Delivery would have the same result.
The other question I should have asked is; why are you trying to transfer the Inbound Delivery?
    - compliance checks?
    - transit declaration?
    - customs declaration before GR?
That's to say; what gets created in GTS when the Delivery transfers?
    Best regards,
    Dave

  • Unknown error during manual creation Inbound Delivery in EWM

    Hello all,
I'm building a demo for an SAP EWM system. It's installed on an existing SCM system, and is connected to ECC 6.0.
The replication of Inbound Deliveries from ERP to EWM is going fine. However, when I try to create an Inbound Delivery in EWM manually (tr. /SCWM/PRDI), I get the following error message:
Unknown error has occurred in target system - Message no. /SCWM/DELIVERY_UI056
Does anyone know how to solve this error?
    Thanks in advance, best regards,
    Oliver

    Hello Fransesco,
I've checked the settings you mentioned, but all seems fine.
The correct Business system and SAP Release have been entered, and in the Inbound Delivery settings I can see that it is allowed to create Inbound deliveries in EWM.
    Any other suggestions?
    Thanks & regards,
    Oliver

  • Inbound delivery for Production Order in EWM

    Hi
We have a scenario of creating Inbound Delivery, Pack (HU), GR and Putaway via an interface in EWM from an external system. Basically the transaction of /scwm/grpi and /scwm/prdi. I found this below thread which is little old. Could you please confirm if this is the only process or is there a better solution.
    http://scn.sap.com/thread/1557452
    Any useful information would help.
    Thanks, Raj

    Hi
There is no straight FM or BAPI to do this. Have to go by the classes and methods the standard uses to create inbound delivery. It is based on BOPF framework. See the below note for a sample program that uses the same time of coding for outbound delivery.
1414179 - Technical documents for software development in EWM
FYI, the /SCWM/INB_DLV_SAVEREPLICA, cannot be used as this is for process if deliveries gets created in ECC first and  then EWM. Production receipt is the other way.
    hope this helps.
    Thanks, Raj

  • Inbound Delivery Notification Document is missing EWM

    Dear Experts,
Inbound Delivery document is created successfully in ECC, Prior to that PO is created in ECC which is replicated in SCM due to active integration model, based on the PO inbound delivery document is created, but it is not replicated automatically in SCM, I am not able to figure what is missing, is there any special customization is needed to send delivery document to EWM, Give your valuable suggestions.
    Thanks and Regards,
    Babu

    Hi Babu,
    1) Check whether the data is getting struck in inbound/outbound queues
    2) Check is there any inconsistencies
    3) Check is there active integration model for delivery documents

  • EWM  inbound delivery

    Hi all,
We are trying to reproduce an inbound delivery flow from R/3 (ECC 6.0) to EWM ( SCM release 5.1).
We created an Integration Model, and it runs in the correct way, because Product, Location and BP Data were created correctly in SCM.
Now, when we create an inbound delivery in R/3 with a Packaging material, in SCM an Inbound Delivery Notification is created, but the system does not create
in automatic way the linked Inbound Delivery in SCM, as the Sap library shows.
Running SLG1 transaction one of the error messages shown is: "HU number XXXXXXX is internal and cannot be assigned externally"
    Can someone help us?
    Thanks in advance
    Regards,
    Rossella.

    Hi Antonella
Looks like the PPF actions which create the INB dely are giving an error since the HU settings are not complete. Make sure that the packing material in EWM (which is CIF from ERP and WH Product has been creared) has a valid HU type entered. Also ensure that the HU number range in EWM (external number range) is in sync with the internal number range if HUs created in ERP.
    Hope this helps
    Thanks

  • EWM - Unable to convert inbound delivery to goods receipt- status 'locked'

    Hello EWM gurus,
We have configured ECC 6.0 with EWM 5.1. We created a delivery and distributed it to SCM 5.1.
We are able to convert the delivery notification to inbound delivery. However when we try to convert the inbound delivery to goods receipt we receive the following error message
"Delivery xxx has status locked( not possible to post)" Message no. /SCWM/GOODS_MOVEMENT026
Could you please let us know how to resolve this issue
    Thank you,
    Ganesh

    Hello Amit,
Many thanks for your response. I was able to overcome the above issue after I realized I needed to setup the staging area. Now I have run into a new issue. Below is the error message that I am now receiving. WHSE is the warehouse setup in SCM and so is 300015 which is the party entitled to dispose and F1 is the stock type ( unrestricted putaway). All these are in SCM. Not sure where this is to be mapped in ERP
    Regards
    Ganesh
Could not determine ERP stock data for: WHSE 0000300015 F1
    Message no. /SCWM/ERPINTEGRATION105
    Diagnosis
The transaction you executed causes a stock posting in the ERP system. For this, the system must determine the stock data for the ERP system (such as material, plant, storage location) from the EWM data (such as material, party entitled to dispose, stock type).
For the following field, the system could not determine any ERP data: WHSE 0000300015 F1

  • Creation of Inbound delivery in EWM

    Hi All,
I am trying to find out  a way to create inbound delivery technically through a custom program. Can anybody suggest me is there any FM/BAPI or any other method to create an Inbound delivery in EWM exists?
    BR,
    Anil

    The actual scenarois is this:
I am getting AUFNR(prodcutoin order),LGNUM(whs number) ....etc from XI system. I hav to use this data and have to create an Inbound delivery from expected GR in EWM and POST GR in EWM and Creation of Whs task in EWM again.
The transaction to create the inbound delivery from expected GR is /SCWM/GRPI (GR Preparation: From Production).
we do not have any BAPI or FM in EWM to acheive this. Pleas help me in resolving the issue.
