Inbound email update data in R/3 46C?
I know that Interactive Forms has the possibility of having an inbound email update data in R/3?
I also know that Interactive Forms is not possible with version 46C.
Can I get an inbound e-mail to update data in R/3 if I am on version 46C???

Is there a place to handle application setup? Suppose I want an inbound e-mail to execute a transaction, call a BAPI or simply do a direct update to a Zee table. Is there documentation on this?

Yahoo email - Updated date/time stuck
Odd one...
for starters, Yahoo push does not work at all for me... no big deal though, I just check it periodically..
Here is the odd part.
Since Monday, when I check my mail, it does receive mail, however, when I look at the time at the bottom for last updated, it is stuck at 7/16/07 3:04pm
I have deleted the account and readded it, I have reset the iphone, and I have cleared out the yahoo inbox... no matter what I do, the 'Last Updated' date & time is stuck at the above, which is quite annoying.
This only occurs in that Yahoo account. Gmail and POP work fine.
I assume this is a bug, but has anyone else experienced this?I gave up on Yahoo. Gmail has been working pretty good for me on the iPhone. Very reliable, I can use my work email ID as a reply-to, doesnt care if its Wifi or EDGE, and the spam filters are top notch. Its free with no advertising (except from happy users like me )

Delivery date from PO not updated with inbound delivery (EDI) date
Dear all,
The delivery date in the purchase order (as per my understanding) is the purchase order creation date + the planned delivery time.
We are using EDI and an inbound delivery gets created when the shipping notification is received from the vendor.
The real inbound delivery (EDI) date is usually different from the planned delivery date of the purchase order. But the problem is that the delivery date from the PO is not getting updated with the EDI delivery date.
Is it possible to have the delivery date from the PO updated with the real EDI delivery date?
I need this because I want to calculate planned delivery costs based on the EDI delivery date, and so far when I post the goods receipt (Price Date Category = "Delivery date" in the PO), the system is taking the price valid at the delivery date from the PO instead of taking the price valid at the delivery date of the EDI message.

Annabelle R.We have applied the note 793478 "Change of the pricing date in EXIT SAPLEINR 003".
In our process flow, an inbound delivery is created with reference to the PO, then the goods receipt is done with reference to this inbound delivery.
When the option 5 "Goods receipt date" is selected in the Conditions Control tab of the purchase order, now when the goods receipt is posted, the price is calculated based on the inbound delivery date, which is what we wanted. -
I was setting up an iPad Mini and it updated my iMac's OS. It reverted to 2011 and I have lost emails, desktop data and Adobe won't let me in to software. Help!
The iPad was plugged into the iMac to transfer apps etc and asked to update the macs OS. The result is that the last 12 months of emails have gone ( emails not working) as have whatever files were on the desktop. The calendar has also reverted to 2011.
Worse still is adobe software I use for work won't let me open.
Any ideas? -
Server Alerts reports "Virus Detected in inbound email" for spam
I receive hundreds of email every day that a Virus was detected in inbound email. When checking the contents of /Library/Server/Mail/Data/scanner/quarantine these messages are only spam message, not viruses. Virus infected messages seem to get placed in /Library/Server/Mail/Data/scanner/virusmails
I am running on Mavericks Server 3.1.2 (1354517)
serveradmin -v = Version 10.8 ($revision: 1.13 $ -- May 13 2014)
Does anyone know how to tune the Server Alerting to properly handle the files in /Library/Server/Mail/Data/scanner so that virusmails are reported as virus's but quarantine is not reported?
I have searched high and low, and cannot find where this is controlled. With Mavericks, I no longer see Virus Alerts under the alerts management menu of Server.app
I checked amavisd configs, as well as many other files under /Library/Server for any references to "quarantine" text, to no avail.
I dumped all of serveradmin settings, and do not see anything that references quarantine except for the quarantine recipient addresses for spam and viruses.
Is anyone else experiencing this, or does anyone know how to solve this?
Thanks in advance.I received over 200 spam messages yesterday that got reported as viruses to me, and out of frustration, I discovered a work around. I don't know if this is the result of a past update, or the steps I used trying to reset the server, but I performed the following and was able to suppress the email alerts. At the time of my original posting, the Alerts section of the Server.app did not offer any option for disabling the alerts for virus..
1) Launch Server.app
2) Select Mail in left pane
3) Turn off Virus filtering
4) stop/start Mail server
5) Turn on Virus filtering
6) stop/start Mail server
7) Turn off Spam filtering
8) stop/start Mail server
9) Turn on Spam filtering
10) stop/start Mail server
11) Select Alerts in left pane
12) clear all active alert
13) Under notifications tab, I now saw "Mail" as an option
13.1) Turn off the alerts for Mail
Now I don't get spammed with Virus alerts for spam messages. This is not a fix for the configuration error in the alerting service, but it does stop the admin mailboxes from being flooded with virus alerts for all spam messages. I cannot confirm if it was the enable/disable of the filtering that added the Mail entry under alert notifications or if it was an update, as I did not check the alerts notifications at the time. I was frustrated, and desperate for a fix, so I did the first thing that came to mind. But now my Mail system alerts can be enabled/disabled through server.app so I am happy. Lets just hope for a classification fix in the Yosemite update coming this fall. -

My question
On point 6:
Assumption:
- Company_id is PK of pcs.Company and FK in pcs.individuals
- It should be feed by sequence (v_pcs_comp_id_seq)
Now how can i insert the same value for company_id (current.v_pcs_comp_id_seq) in both pcs_companies and pcs_individuals ? I've tested it in the above INSTEAD OF Trigger.It failed.

I know with this Technique the table must be truncated if not deleted first. There is probably a better way to do this which I'm very open to. I'm also looking for coding that will roll back any changes made should an error occur.

If you find it boring to type the column lists, just find the table in Object Explorer, and drag the columns node to where you want the column list.
You need the SET IDENTITY_INSERT command if the table has an IDENTITY column.
By wrapping the code in a transaction, you are not left with an empty table if the INSERT fails. The command SET XACT_ABORT ON makes sure that the batch is aborted and rolled back in case of an error.

Need to automatically display update date and user in update form field
Hi all,
Hopefully someone can help me with this... I am using dreamweaver cs4 and php/mysql. I have a database table that will be updated by 1-5 different people at random times. I have everything set up and working, as far as the update function, delete function, add new, etc. In my update form the last two fields are Last Updated and Last Updated By. There are fields in the table called 'last_updated' (formatted in PHPmyadmin as timestamp) and 'last_updated_by'. But how do I get them to update on their own? Right now it is showing the first entry into the field which I did in the PHPmyadmin table, but it is not updating automatically. It would be a nice field to have so that we know who has worked on the table and when it was last updated, without the user manually typing that in, which I am sure they would forget to do. By the way, users will login to this with a username and password before editing the records.
This is the code for the last row in the update form with those two fields. It is pulling the fields from the database table, but they do not update automatically...

should be under "Week 1-1,K.B,F". The fact that rows are listed in a certain order in the screenshoot is of no importance, because a table is an unordered object.
But you said in another post that you have a timestamp column. Maybe that column is usable - maybe it is not. But at least it is a key that you have more columns that the ones you show.
The best way to get help with this type of problems is to post:
1) CREATE TABLE statement for your table(s).
2) INSERT statements with sample data.
3) The desired result given the sample.
4) A short description of the actual buisness problem you are trying to solve.
5) Which version of SQL Server you are using.
This makes it easy to copy and paste into a query window to develop a tested solution. Screenshots with an insufficient amount of data is not going to help you very much.

But the problem is because the updateDate method uses a java.sql.Date object and you are giving it a java.util.Date object. You have to convert from java.util.Date to java.sql.Date. See: [the api for java.sql.Date|http://java.sun.com/javase/6/docs/api/java/sql/Date.html] .

Create service request with inbound email linked to it
Hi,
we are on CRM 7.0 and interaction center agents need to open and read inbound emails in the agent inbox and in some cases manually create Service Requests to which the email should be linked.
Is there any standard functionality to manually create a new Service Request with the inbound email linked to it or do we have to implement it with custom coding? (we have already used ERMS to automatically create Service Requests linked to emails, but in some scenarios agents need to create manually service requests linked to mails after reading the email in the inbox)

Thank you for answering. I already tried: I select the line with the email in the Inbox, I press Interact (the account is automatically recognized and I am asked to confirm it), I confirm the account and then I navigate to "Service Request" workcenter: a new Service Request is displayed, with the employee responsible and the customer automatically filled. However, I can see no data regarding any attached email in any of the Service Request tabs (even if I save or select "End").
After your answer, I tried the same procedure with the "Service Ticket" and noticed that the email is correctly displayed as an Interaction Record under the Business Content tab for the Service Ticket: since you confirmed that this should work also for Service Request, I guess there's something wrong in my customizing settings and now I will search for errors.

upgraded to CS6 and now when I double-click on a jpeg or RAW file it will not open. All I get is a greyed-out Photoshop window. I have to go up to the Photoshop Tool Bar and go File > Open > ........ to open the file.
