HI my inbox is empty but still reads 10838 unread emails how do i clear.
If your email provider is Microsoft or similar, check in Settings / Mail, Contacts, Calendars / <your mail account> and see if the item Mail Days to Sync is present and set to No Limit.

All Inbox emails can't be seen but can be opened by a right click and 'Open Message in New Tab'.
The Inbox appears blank but if clicked on then the shaded bar of an e-mail appears so they are all there. I've several Inboxes (this is my main and most important) and they seem unaffected.
Moving an e-mail elsewhere takes its invisibility with it! Other folder contents show up.
The Repair Folder in Properties seems to have no effect.And attached is a screen grab showing selected e-mails in the Inbox...the white space below are e-mails too!

I have a MacBook which I have had for a few years now. It nooner reads CDs but reads DVDs, can it be repaired and what is the best thing to do?
Unfortunately it sounds like the drive has to be replaced.
1. You can do it yourself. You can find repair guides at http://www.ifixit.com/
2. You can take it to your nearest Apple Store and have them do it.
3. You can send it to somewhere like TechRestore http://www.techrestore.com/
4. You can buy a cheap external drive. -
the drive was working just fine but today it just reads cd´s , it spits every dvd i insert (burned or not)
That sounds like a hardware problem to me. When teh optical drive went bad in my MacBook Pro, it stopped writing to DVD's first, then eventually it stopped writing to CD's...

Camera Roll is empty but it says that i have (7) pictures
My Camera Roll is empty, but it reads that i have sven pictures. When i take a pictures it reads that i have 8 pictures not one.
This has been happening since the upgrade to 3.1Glad Im not the only one! Same thing is happening to me.. Says 2 photos are in the roll when there is none.. If I add one, it says 3.. happened since upgrade to 3.1.. nothing seems to make this right again... Those "ghost" photos don't appear when syncing with iPhoto either...

Inbox in Mail showing (4294963841 messages) but inbox is empty
in OS X 10.5.7 while using Mail 3.6 (935/935.3) My inbox header shows:

XMLAI'm having the same problem and have only noticed it since upgrading to 10.5.7. I've tried rebuilding the mailbox a few times, disabling the GrowlMail bundle, vacuuming Mail's SQLite database, and even tdeleting the account and starting over. (It's a Gmail account I connect to via IMAP.) And yet:
Inbox (4294966402 messages)
And the inbox is empty. I sent it an email and I get this report:
Inbox (4294967161 messages, 1 unread)
Not sure how one message counts as over 700, but there you go.
This is one of two Gmail accounts I check separately, and the other account is not behaving in this manner.
Mail also has some trouble quitting—I often have to force quit it. Not sure of those are related or not, but I have noticed it. Otherwise, this odd reporting of messages is benign, but bizarre.

Problem: Help! Whenever I Archive an already read e-mail from my Inbox, it shows up in Archive as Unread.
Solution:
Open Mail.app >
If your vertial mailbox list on the right is already showing, then skip the next step.
Click [View] then [Show Mailbox List] >
Delete the Smart Mailbox "Today" from the list. >
Quit Mail, then re-open it.
Why is this happening?
I've seen this since Mavericks 10.9 launched but it's likely to have existed earlier than this. My conjectural opinion is that using a Smart Mailbox like "Today" (turned on by default) seem to exacerbate this behavior. I've noticed it happens a lot more often than not with a Gmail account as well, even running 10.9.1.Update to above question:
Hello All,
To anyone with the same problem described above, on THEIR iPad (if it is running iOS 7.0.2):
Go to Settings; Mail, Contacts, Calendars; DELETE your *******@btinternet.com e-mail account, that you originally set up either using 'Other', or the 'BT' option which I am sure was in the list previous to the iOS 7 update.
Then ADD a NEW account choosing YAHOO from the list of options. DO NOT USE 'OTHER'.
Enter the correct details just as you (almost certainly) had already done in your previous attempts using 'other'.
When you see the 'verifying......' and 'the blue ticks' you should be able to exit settings and open your mail app and then receive all your 'old' e-mails again, AND be able to SEND as well.
All my 'old' e-mails, were NOT found in the 'old e-mail' folder though. THEY are still in my inbox.
So this fix worked for me.
After I deleted my account from 'OTHER' and put it in Yahoo, I like other people also ended up with more folders.
I hope this works for you on YOUR Apple devices.

I cannot open iTunes. This is the message I get: "The file iTunes library .itl cannot be read because it was created by a newer version of iTunes. Would you like to download iTunes now?" I did a download and it is up to date, but still won't open. HELP

Try to drag an app into folder and then drag it out.
Or reset you iPhone. Hold down Power and Home buttons until Apple logo appears. Release and wait to reboot. -
I would like to clear my address row history completely, but I never get it totallly emptied. The remaining addresses are not bookmarked, i.e no stars on the row, but still exist after I have emptied all history both via the History link and via the Tools link. How come adresses still can exist after I have done this?

ok. I do have a time capsule but if I move itunes on to it how do I sync my ipods and iphone? Or can I have my Itunes account on both and just move my movies to the time capsule?

I have sent my i phone through royal mail on 8th February 2013 but still it is not deliver to apple. I used the empty box sent by apple to me to sent my i phone to them. Can any one advice me how long it can take to get back my iphone from repair?

If Apple has not received your phone, obviously it can't even be evaluated for warranty purposes. Have you tried calling AppleCare to verify whether they have received the phone or not?

Slow roaming for WGB-client (mobile) on AP/WLC!
