Include a custom Excel Template into installer and get it installed during installation

I ve developed a code for acquiring data and writng into an excel file.Now I want to create an installer, I want to keep a custom template of the excel file as part of the installed so that During installation of the file it will get installed on C drive-> My Document.How I can Do it?

Unable to import the excel template into form in HFM
Has any one came across this issue that I am facing now?
I have a form in HFM and I exported the form to Excel and the export works fine. but when I import the excel template into form, it was not successful. I have 250 rows in the template. I deleted 50 rows and tried to import and it worked fine . Is there any row limit on this?

Make sure you honor the file extension requirements for 2007 docs and import the same as they are exported. -
My mac is converting Word and Excel files into Pages and Numbers files when I click to open them from an email. Downloading them and opening them doesn't help. How do I make this stop? I don't use iLife and don't want to; my clients are using Office and it's easier for me, except when I have to copy and paste everything they send me from an iLife file back to Word and Excel. Help!!! It's like Apple has become Microsoft, forcing us to use their apps.
Do you have Word & Excel installed, if yes, navigate in the finder to an example of each, right click and select 'Get Info' scroll down to 'Open With' and select the appropriate program, check the box that says 'Change All'

How to convert excel data into OTF and FAX
Hi All,
We have a requirement where in we have a smartform output (OTF data) converted into PDF, and an excel sheet, both being sent as email attachments.
Now, we need to send the content of both the attachments as FAX.
Since smartform output was OTF convertible, FAX was being sent using 'CONVERT_OTF_AND_FAX' FM.
Can you let me know, if there is a possible way for manipulating the data that is converted to EXCEL, as OTF, and then FAX it?
Or else, please suggest me an alternative way to FAX normal data (other than using 'CONVERT_OTF_AND_FAX').

How to Copy Excel table into CS4 and print onto photo in sequence.
I would like to be able to import fields from Excel into Photoshop CS4 and have the Excel information print directly onto the photo image as a line of text across the bottom and layered over the image itself. This Excel information needs to be able to change sequentialy (eg: ascending numbers, etc) with each new photo. Is there a way to do that with CS4 (or do I need a later version of Photoshop) ?

On the old phone go into Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendars. Are there any email accounts listed here? Such as Google, Yahoo, Hotmail, etc?
If so, tap on each of them and check the 'Contacts' option. If it is turned on, this means that contact syncing is enabled for that account and that your contacts may already be synced to that mail account.
Also check Settings > iCloud and look for the 'Contacts' option. Is it enabled? If so, then it is possible that some contacts could be synced to your iCloud account as well. You can check to see which contacts are in which account by going to the Contacts app on your old phone and pressing the 'Groups' button in the top left corner. You may see several groups here. Uncheck all groups and then check each group one at a time to check and see how many contacts are synced to each account. You may need to add the same mail accounts to your new phone and enable contact syncing to have the contacts from the mail servers sync down to the new phone. -
Downloading images from camera into iphoto and getting two of everything
Is there a reason I'd be getting two copies of each photo I download from my camera into Iphoto? And is there a way of making it stop doing that?
They're both in the library, right next to each other.

What is the make of your camera?
Does your camera do RAW?
Does your camera have a setting that will also do a jpeg conversion of the RAW image?
If so, check the settings for your camera and make sure it is set not to do that.
Does your camera have a setting where it does an HTML file of your images. This will produce a smaller jpeg thumb. If you have it on that setting, change it. -
Microsoft excel 2013 stops working and getting very slow when I work in one file
I am using windows 8.1 pro in my office and I have excel 2013,
When I'm working on excel generally there is no problem, but I have an excel file which I work on in it's too slow and stops working, I have also tried to open the same file in another computer which is having the same problem.
while I was using Office 2010 it was working very fine, I can also share my file with you if you want in order to be checked and resolved.

You can share the file with us by sending it to GBSD TN Office Information Collection [email protected] Be sure that you have the private information hidden.
Meanwhile, since it works fine in Office 2010, we can try to open the file in Excel 2010, then go to File > Options > Formulas, check if you have enabled iterative calculation. If so, uncheck the check box and switch the workbook calculation to Manually.
Then, save the changes and then open the modified excel using Excel 2013 to see the result.

I have over 200 address's typed into pages. Is there a way to get them into my address book with out copying a pasting each one individually??

Address Book can import contact information that you save or export from other applications in vCard, LDAP Interchange Format (LDIF), tab-delimited, and comma-separated value (CSV) formats.
You can export addresses in vCard format from Entourage, Outlook, and others, and in LDIF format from Thunderbird, for example. You can export text files in tab-delimited or CSV format from spreadsheet applications, such as Numbers. -
Can you import a Podcast into iMovie and get both video and audio?
I have iMovie 11 and Garage Band '11. I created a podcast in Garage Band that I now would like to use in iMovie. I would need the video and the audio to work.
You might be able to get it to work but I would not recommend it. You would need to export the Aperture slideshow as a QuickTime Movie using h.264 codec or Apple Intermediate Codec. You would need to make sure that the slideshow was on a timed advance, not manual advance. It would be a single clip, and not easy to insert transitions, etc.
The best way to import from Aperture would be to create an Album in Aperture containing all the photos you want in the order that you want. Then, you can drag the whole album into iMovie with one drag from the Photo browser in iMovie. You will want to drag the small icon for the album into the Project. You will have all your photos in order, but you can edit them individually and add transitions and titles. -
FONTS-I drag fonts into FontBook and they wont install, why?
Im going NUTS!!! Im trying to install a handful of some of the more general fonts and having the worst trouble! Why is it sometimes when i drag a font into Fontbook, it doesnt install? Im trying to install a bunch of Berkley style fonts and it will only seem to accept 1 of them, why? Also when i go to Add Fonts and go to where a list of fonts are, why are some of them grayed out and others i can click on?
Turn off Automatic Activation is Fontbook Preferences.

I need to draw flat objects for laser cutting in Sketchup Make (free version) and send them to the cutter as .DXF files. What is the process to use AI to convert them? AI will not import .SKP files but sketchup will output .tif .png or .jpg. When I try to use AI to make paths it draws double paths around all the black lines rather than a single path down the middle. Thanks!
Thanks rcraighead, but this version does not seem to have the PDF output/save option. BUT someone suggested this link Convert Sketchup SKP files to DXF or STL | guitar-list which is a Sketchup plugin (free version) which will allow DXF output. The 'polymesh face' output option seems to be what the Laser cutter needs! I am still curious as to an AI solution to this also....

I am having trouble using Mail. Each time I start the program I am asked for my MobileMe password to retrieve mail. If I give the password, without the remember me box checked, it works fine. If I check the "remember me" box, the same same message appears asking me to input the password for MobileMe. This is only happening for my MobileMe account.
It sounds to me like your keyboard has been damaged and needs to be repaired or replaced. Can you try an external keyboard?
