Incoming Blacklist in the Inbound Table

How do I identify what triggered the dropping of the specific mails? I have created many Envelope Sender blocks in the Incoming Content Filter.
The message tracking shows that the mail has been dropped, but I can't see which of the filters caused it to drop that specific mail...

Hi, Thanks for your response. I use the created, "Incoming_XXX_Blacklist as the top level folder and have many "envelope senders within it. I guess I should have kept the individual envelope senders at the "root" of the filter. Is there a way to copy the file and import it to the "root" as separate entries? It is working just fine, I just can't see some of the causes for dropping some of the mails. By the way, this C160 appliance is light years ahead of the old SurfControl mail filter and will save me umpteen hours a week of management. I love it already. The only thing that I can't find, is a way to see the mails content to be sure it deserves to be dropped. We do not allow any non-business mailings and I could need to know if what appears to be personal chatter could be sales generated chatter.
Hi,
I can also recommend using the trace functionality, under System Administration -> Trace .. Here you can test a policy or see which policy is triggered when filing in details like body, ip, sender and recipient..

  • To delete the IDOC Segment in the Inbound i.e.Item Data

    Hi All,
Idoc is received for orders05 as inbound.
The IDoc Data contains two levels of item data
i.e. Segment E1EDP01 - In this we Pass only the quantity.
in the Sub Segment of item E1EDP19 - Customer Material in the segment IDTNR with qualifier 002.
The same segment is repeated again but the customer material is different.
Now need to check the material, if it is different, i need to delete the entire second item segment and put the customer material in the Segment E1EDP19 which has empty field.
His there any Function Module or so to delete the incoming data of the idoc through inbound?.
Could you please let me know if there any way to do the same.
    Thank you.
    Regards,
    Dinesh.

yes here you can access only one segment, if you don't control that here, then the information will be populated to xvbap. or else you can even try to implement the error handling exit EXIT_SAPLVEDA_008 /EXIT_SAPLVEDA_011
already item information will be populated to xvbap  table . so try to delete the item from xvbap also

  • How to create the INBOUND Function Module for INBOUND IDOCs

    Hi Friends,
Can any Suggest me How to proceed to Create an INBOUND Function Module for Processing the INBOUND IDOCS
which are recieved from XI Server ?
    I am working in SAP-ISU
Here i will recieve the INBOUND IDOCs for the Meter Reading Orders.
We have a Standard INBOUND FUNCTION MODULE
    IDOC_INPUT_ISU_MR_UPLOAD
which Uploads the Meter Reading Results.
I copied the Same function Module into ZIDOC_INPUT_
    and working on it.
Can any one suggest me, whether i am going in correct way or not.
    In IDOC_INPUT_ISU_MR_UPLOAD Inbound fun module,
BAPI_MTRREADDOC_UPLOAD is used to Update or Insert the Meter Reading Results,
My requirment is to Insert and Update the Meter Reading Orders which are Inbounded from XI.
Can I Use the Same BAPI
    BAPI_MTRREADDOC_UPLOAD
    to Update the below fields,
    EABL-SERNR
    EABL-ZWNUMMER
    EABLG-ABLESGR
    EABL-V_ZWSTAND
    EABL-N_ZWSTAND
    EABL-ABLHINW
    EABL-ZSKIPC
    EABL-ADAT
    EABL-ATIMTATS
    EABL-ADATTATS
    EABL-ATIM
    EABL-ZMESSAGE
    EABL-ABLESER(Meter reader number)
    Kindly Suggest me,
    Thanks in Advance,
    Ganesh

    Hello Ganesh
I think you are going completely astray with you z-function module for IDoc processing.
If you look at TABLES parameter METERREADINGRESULTS (type BAPIEABLU ) of BAPI_MTRREADDOC_UPLOAD you will find many of the requested fields already:
    EABL-SERNR => BAPIEABLU-SERIALNO
    EABL-ZWNUMMER =>REGISTER
    EABLG-ABLESGR
    EABL-V_ZWSTAND
    EABL-N_ZWSTAND
    EABL-ABLHINW
    EABL-ZSKIPC
    EABL-ADAT
    EABL-ATIMTATS => ACTUALMRTIME
    EABL-ADATTATS => ACTUALMRDATE
    EABL-ATIM
    EABL-ZMESSAGE
    EABL-ABLESER(Meter reader number)
Field EABL-ZMESSAGE appears to be custom field (at least I cannot find it on ECC 6.0). If this field was added using include CI_EABL then you probably can get these values into the BAPI using the EXTENSIONIN parameter.
Check routine CHECK_UPLOADRECORDS in the BAPI which allows two extension structures:
    - BAPI_TE_EABL
    - BAPI_TE_EOSB
Not surprisingly BAPI_TE_EABL contains the include CI_EABL.

  • How do I create a target table with the same PK as the source table?

I am trying to create a target table in a mapping that will end up with the same primary key as the source table.
It is a simple map that simply uses a subset of the columns of the source table in the target table. I was wanting to create and bind a new table by dragging the columns I want from the source to the initially blank target table operator, change the column names and create a primary key to match the source table.
I can't seem to be able to create a constraint on the table in the mapping. I can create the constraint after the table is created and boound to the database object but the PK doesn't carry back into the mapping.
I need it in the mapping so I can use the UPDATE/INSERT operation and use the 'All Constraints' implementation. The mapping won't let me validate the object without the PK on it in the map.
Believe it or not folks, I am getting better at this.
Thanks very much for the guidance.
    Gary

    Hi Gary
You are close, you are really close... :-))
You need to do exactly as you propose plus one extra step. Build the map as you describe, binding the new table to the target. Then you edit the table definition to add the primary key and any other constraints you need. After this is the step that you are missing.
You need to do the following:
    1. Go back and re-edit the map
    2. Right click on the table
    3. From the pop up menu, select Reconcile Inbound
    4. Set any operators that you need for the UPDATE/INSERT
    5. Save the map
    6. Commit your changes
The first three steps above make the map read in the indexes and constraints that you set on the table. Finally, you need to deploy the table and then deploy the map.
    Hope this helps

  • Need help in updating Inco terms 1 and 2 in the Inbound delivery creation

    Hi Group,
I have created an output type that will be triggered before an Inbound Delivery is created from the Outbound Delivery ( this scenario is in STO orders - Inter company stock transfer process ).
I have copied a standard processing routine and customized it but, I am not able to update the 2 fileds (INCO1 and INCO2) in the item delivery of the Inbound Delivery. I was using the FM 'WS_DELIVERY_UPDATE' to update these 2 fields( by passsing the values fetched from the Outbound Delivery into the structure 'vbkok_wa' and the Inbound delivery created into the field 'delivery' of the FM ).
When I run the the FM this is giving me errors and thus no Inbound Delivery is getting created.
Please suggest me with some other way of updating these fields in the Inbound Delivery.
and one more thing is that, I was selecting the Inco terms from the table LIKP directly, but this should not be the proper way to read the Incoterms, so please suggest me a way to read these 2 fields from the Outbound Delivery.
to summarize, I need an FM to get the Incoterms from Outbound Delivery initially, and then, require another FM to update these Incoterms in the Inbound Delivery( this is a typical scenario in an STO - Stock Transport Order ).
Please let me know your input on these 2 cases.
Thanks for the help in advance.
    Regards
    Vishnu.

    Hi Group,
By implementing the BADI 'LE_SHP_DELIVERY_PROC' this particular requirement can be fulfilled.

  • Creating Delivery based on the Inbound IDOC received.

    Hi all,
I have a requirement where in, Outbound Delivery for Sales order is to be created based on the inbound IDOC received from a third party.  The standard idoc type DELIVERY03, requires the Delivery Number for updating the order but it cannot create a delivery number.
Can any one suggest which IDOC type can be used for this or if there is any alternative solution?

    Hi,
You can use FM IDOC_INBOUND_WRITE_TO_DB to create an inbound IDoc.
    CALL FUNCTION 'IDOC_INBOUND_WRITE_TO_DB'
        EXPORTING
          PI_STATUS_MESSAGE       = I_EDIDS
        IMPORTING
          PE_IDOC_NUMBER          = DOCNUM
          PE_STATE_OF_PROCESSING  = STPROC
          PE_INBOUND_PROCESS_DATA = I_TEDE2
        TABLES
          T_DATA_RECORDS          = I_EDIDD
        CHANGING
          PC_CONTROL_RECORD       = I_EDIDC

  • Sales return process and receiving the inbound return goods

    hi,
Standard SAP allow a return order (RE) to incurs an invoice billing at SD side without the need of a inbound dlivery creation (to receive the incoming goods return) AND a goods-receipt creation.
    question:
1 - why standard SAP allows a invoice billing to take  place of a return order without the need to perform a Inbound delivery and goods receipt?
2 - can i setup in the system to make the inbound delivery and goods receipt part of the indispensable process before a billing invoice can take place? if possible, what setup I need in the system?
    tuff

    Dear Tuffy,
1 - why standard SAP allows a invoice billing to take place of a return order without the need to perform a Inbound delivery and goods receipt?
There might be cases, where is actually no goods return.
For example, we have invoiced a customer some materials, which are broken.
Now imagine the transportation cost for bringing back the broken things to our plant is higher.
In that case, we wont take the glass return.
However we will have to show it as return.
2 - can i setup in the system to make the inbound delivery and goods receipt part of the indispensable process before a billing invoice can take place? if possible, what setup I need in the system?
It depends on your copy control.
If you maintain the copy control properly, we can control this.
In your case, do not maintain copy control between RE order and RETURN INVOICE.
Instead maintain copy control from return order to return delivery first
then maintain the copy control from return delivery to return invoice.
    Hope it clarifies your doubt!

  • Create Third Party Invoice after the Inbound Delivery Creation

    Hello,
We have a requirement in 3rd party order process, where create invoice with reference to 3rd party order/ items after the inbound delivery completion.
Normally 3rd party invoice creation will be done after the MIRO transaction.
For this, I have checked the Item category billing relevance & copy controls between OR & F2, TAS and I couldnt get any idea for this requirement.
Please let me know if you have an Idea.
    Regards
    Suresh.

    dear friend,
    the following info would help:
If relevance for billing indicator for the item category has been set to B (relevant for order-related billing on the basis of the order quantity) in Customizing, the system includes the order in the billing due list immediately. If, however, the indicator has been set to F (relevant to order-related billing on the basis of the invoice quantity), the system does not include the order in the billing due list until an invoice from the vendor has been received and processed by the purchasing department. In the standard system, item category TAS (third-party order processing) has been given billing-relevance indicator F.
In the first case, the third-party order is considered to be completely billed only when the invoiced quantity equals the order quantity of the sales order item. In the second case, each time a vendor invoice is received, a customer invoice is created for the quantity in the vendor invoice and the order is considered to be fully invoiced until the next vendor invoice is received.
If you have activated billing-relevance indicator F for item categories in Customizing, billing can refer to the goods receipt quantity instead of the incoming invoice quantity.
You can control whether the invoice receipt quantity or the quantity of goods received is relevant for billing in Customizing for copying control for billing at item level.

  • How to track the Inbound child IDOcs in PI 7.4 Single stack

    Hi Friends,
I would like to know the procedure of tracking the Inbound child IDocs in PI 7.4 Single stack.
    Here is the detailed description.
Say we are getting the data from third party system and the message may have multiple IDOcs in it. The message has processed successfully from PI and reached to the target system(ERP). So, now my question is how to track the IDOc count with in that message.
    Please suggest on the same.
    Thanks in Advance,
    Venkateswarlu.

    Hi Hareesh,
Thanks for your inputs. According to the link IDOC Status, Tracking in SAP PI/PO Single Stack I am thinking the required funcionality is not there in PO 7.4, but still i would like to have little more clarity before moving further.
I will explain what what was happening in PI 7.11 so that you can understand what i am looking for in PO 7.4.
We will get the data from third party system in xml format, we had to search for the messages based on interface name and time range within SXMB_MONI. After getting the result(say the output is 100 messages), we will download the values of "Outbound Reference" field(which is a key to find the child messages for messages resulting in an Interface Collection). Below is the snap of Outbound Reference field for your reference.
Now we will go to the table IDXRCVPOR in SE16(within PI) and put the values of Outbound Reference field in Text 24 and execute. Here we will get all the child messages.
Now please let me know if this kind of scenario is possible in PO 7.4.
    Thanks,
    Venkat.

  • Account assignment of the incoming invoice and the purchase order

    Hi,
I am trying to control the account assignment of an incoming invoice against the account assignment of the purchase order used. The link I found is the field ZEKKN. I think RBCO-ZEKKN tells me what account assignment of the purchase order (EKKN-ZEKKN) I am using (just as RSEG-EBELN and RSEG-EBELP help to point the item of the PO used in the invoice). This link is working pretty well in 99% of my Pos and invoices. But sometimes when I create an assignment line in the PO, this line is created with a key EBELN, EBELP, ZEKKN = ‘02’, even if any assignment was created wit an ZEKKN = ‘01’.
In this case, when I park an invoice on this PO, the value of RBCO-ZEKKN is ‘01’ and not ‘02’ as in the table EKKN.
It is very annoying because the control I implement blocks the posting of the invoice..
Any idea or any new link between tables RBCO and EKKN will be very appreciable.
    Thanks in advance

  • Issue with the shawdow table

I am in the process of understanding the shawdow table and the error log table.
i have a table created with a shadow table in place.
    1. ex : table emp( empno, ename), emp_err( ...., empno,ename)
    it contains the values (1,'A').
Now i place the empno with a data rule, unique not null ... and configure the operator
    as MOVE TO ERROR.
when i try to insert a row with 1,A, its not only moving the new row to be inserted but also the existing row in the table emp ie two rows are getting populated in the error table emp_err
    2. I have a scenario where i want to update a row in the fact, from an incoming row.
If there is no match of the incoming row to that of the fact, how do i put that into the

    Any ideas or tricks appreciated.

  • Segment E1IDBW1 is missing for the inbound idoc type PAYEXT

    Hello,
the above segment is missing in the inbound idoc - basic type pexr2002.
I have checked in TC-we30 and its available there.
but still the idoc is getting generated without this segment.
    can someone suggest.
    thanks
    Arun

    Hi All,
I have a similar query to that of Penny. We are able to get the standard IDOC to generate with segment E1IDBW1. It contains the standard fields INPWEEMP, INPWTXT1, INPWTXT2. However, we have a requirement to manipulate the standard contents of these fields. We wanted to use user exit EXIT_SAPLIEDP_002 to do this.
I have maintained user exit EXIT_SAPLIEDP_002 but when we enter this on creation of the IDOC the segment E1IDBW1 does not seem to be available in table EDIDD_TABLE for manipulation. Can you advise please if (1) you were able to get E1IDBW1 available to edit in exit EXIT_SAPLIEDP_002  and (2) were you able to manipulate the contents of INPWTXT1, INPWTXT2 etc?
We have done the following steps:
    - BTE 2441 is available on our release
    - house bank has been setup as an In House Cash Center which allows E1IDBW1 to be generated
    - entry has been maintained in table FEDICUS with Message Type = PAYEXT, BasicType = PEXR2002, Extension = Blank, Seg Type = E1IDBW1
    - code maintained in ZXF08U04
The system enters ZXF08U04 but E1IDBW1 is not available there for manipulation.
Can you advise what we might be missing please?
    Thanks and regards
    Mike
