Incomplete download  - but app store thinks next step is to install

Hello
After purchasing Lion i started the download. Beeing on a mobile internet connection I encountered several connection losses, spawning a pop up with an error message wich i could either "cancel" or "retry" - after retry i could stop/resume the download and it continued.
After approximately 1.5 GB downloaded i lost patience and after the next connection loss I choose to hit "cancel", but the download progress bar disappeared and the button changed from "stop" to "install" and of course, clicking it gives an error (internal server error 500) folowed by a second pop up that the query could not be finished.
Is there a way to make AppStore note that this is still an incomplete install?
I think it is a bug, not handling the "cancel" properly but coldnt find a location to inform apple.
Console shows a lot of error messages related to AppStore, here are examples( they tend to be repeated a lot ...)

Well, solved it. The widely availiable hint to press "alt" when clicking did work, although not on the external keyboard, but on the MBP's built in one.
