I have had PSE 7 and just purchased PSE 13 hoping to update a project from 7 for a birthday gift. I can't get the rest of my program to show.

If you never bought the product then you cannot get the serial number.

Since you lost the installation(s) without deactivating them first you probably should contact Adobe Support thru chat and ask them to reset your activations so that you have the two available to you in case you want to have a backup installation on another machine. How do I remove server os and install normal os? The computer has never been used as a server. I only purchased the server version because of two internal hard drives.
If you want to just disable the Server aspect, this should work for both Lion and Mountain Lion...

Does anyone know how to change your country location ? I am currently traveling and I need to make a purchase and do updates. My App Store tells me I need to switch to a US store to make purchases.
Unless you live in the country and have a credit card with a billing address in the country-you don't.

Its a long story, but the short version is my computer hads been lost at the repair shop. I now have to download all my purchases, Apps and books down again onto my ipad. I have found my purchase (songs and TV Shows) but I cant find my apps I have all the receipts. What do I do now?
Before you do what Hunter suggested, you need to authorize the iTunes account on the new computer. To authorize, Store > Authorize This Computer. Use your current Apple ID and Password. Then connect your iPad and transfer your purchases.

Can't sync my iPad 2 and can't open my newly purchased app after upgrading to iOS 7
Ever since I upgraded my iPad 2 to iOS, I have two problems.
First off, I can't sync my iPad 2. This error message keeps popping up: "The iPad '(my ipad name)' could not be synced because the sync session failed to start. My iTunes is the lates version 11.1.1.11. I even tried to deauthorize the computer and reauthorize it. I also tried to log out and log in again. I also tried to re-install the iPad driver from the Device Manager of my Win 7 (browse to C:\Program Files\Common Files\Apple\Mobile Device Support\Drivers and click OK > next.) I tried all possible ways suggested in the communities discussions but still can't get the sync to start.
Second problem, since I can't sync from the iTunes database, I purchased the app from App Store on my iPad. After downloading the app, I touched the "OPEN" button but the app could not be launched. This happens to all app's purchased after I upgraded the iPad to iOS 7, not matter the app is free or costs money. Apps purchased BEFORE iOS 7 update can be opened without any problem.
Any suggestion?Just think of the third problem. I can't do backup neither, so I dare not restore my iPad to its default as I didn't do the backup the moment before upgrading it to iOS 7 (which I regret very much now). I have trusted Apple for years and didn't think of such problems could happen after iOS upgrade.

Where do I find my hundreds of dollars of downloads I have done since 2005? I move countries for work regularly and now Iphones detect that you are not in the home country and make life very difficult, so you have to either register the new country and download all new songs again (a complete waste of time and energy) or not be able to update the Apps on the phone. Help - there must be an easier way!! (??) I took what I thought was the least painful option and changed country so I could get the apps on my phone, but lost my songs. This is pathetic for a the new Global world we live in...

They will only be where you put them If you are doing the very basics, then they will be on your computer and they will be in your backup copy of your computer.
The itunes store is not global at all, never has been. You cannot redownload your content from another country. You can only use the countrys itunes store for the country that you are physically located. -

First, turn off your CAPS lock. Typing in all CAPS is considered screaming/yelling and many will simply ignore your posting.
Are you currently having issues? Is it when trying to purchase only on the device? Are you able to complete purchases via iTunes on your computer? -

Was running IPhoto 11 for a year then got the beach ball yesterday at start up. deleted preferences. No go. did full un-install thinking I could get 11 off of my purchases at the App Store as I did not have it backed up. Now it says I need 10.7? How do I get my previous version that worked when I didn't back it up? Lost backup on a External HD. Cant upgrade to 10.7 on a intel core duo. Please help

The latest iPhoto version is supported in Lion only, so you can't install it. You can't install a previous version in App Store, so contact with the Mac App Store
