Inconsistent KM content

Hallo,
we have problem with inconsistency KM content documents and versions. We have FSDB. We deleted all content document from our document folder but versions stay in system. Some versions are only in DB, bud don´t exists in FS. I see path in Content Administartion --> KM content, but file isn´t in file system. I tried to execute some reports:
CM Repository: FS-DB Database Synchronization
CM Repository Database Check (remove)
CM Repository File System Check (remove)
CM Store: Content Crawler
But nothing helped. Last mentioned report found many files with description "unable to read content of resource". This records I need delete.

Hi Azim,
Goto content admin->portal content->content providecd by SAP->Admin content->content administrators
open content admin role and add KM content work set as delta link to content admin role which is pesent in the worksets folder.

Inconsistency File Content Conversion

Hi,
My scenario is file to r/3 wherein the source file is a fixed length file. So I am using file content conversion in my sender adapter.
My source structure looks like:-
DT_TRAN
|__RECORD 1..unbounded

|_____ORDER      0...unbounded
|_____INVOICE    0...unbounded
|_____BILLING     0...unbounded

I am getting this error while executing the scenario.
Conversion of file content to XML failed at position 0: java.lang.Exception: ERROR consistency check in recordset structure validation (line no. 5: missing structure(s) before type 'Header'.
However, I checked the record in line no.5 and it's clean and perfect. But still getting the error. If I remove this record and execute, the file is picked and data is processed.
In File Content Conversion, I have used the following parameters:-
Recordset Name = Record
Recordset Structure = HEADER,1,QUOTE,,ORDER,,INVOICE,,BILLING,,CONTACT,*,FOOTER,1
I am using Key Fields to separately identify the details records. I used ignoreRecordsetName = true. In this case, in XML message payload does not contain <Record> node and so there is an error.
Can anyone suggest, how to overcome the issue such that all the records in the file are processed.

The content conversion parameters are:-
Record.endSeparator = 'nl'

Record.fieldSeparator = 'nl'
like the above, i have done for all the nodes. However, if i remove the record from line 5 and process the file, the file is picked up and processed succesfully. i have checked many times. the line no.5 record is not having any issues with structure or fixed length calculation. for some reaosn, it gives the error.

I have my itunes library on my desktop pc. I'm traveling for the summer and would like to have all the content on my laptop as well. What is the fastest way to do this?

I downloaded itunes on my new laptop, but I cannot seem to find any of my content (music, movies, books...). I would like for my itunes library to be available on both computers (desktop pc and laptop pc). IS THIS POSSIBLE???
I've tried homesharing, but nothing shows up. Also, I'm assuming once I leave home with the laptop, the content wouldn't be available.
There is probably a simple solution but I can't seem to figure it out in a crunch...Please help!

Works fine in Windows - copy your entire iTunes library to an external USB drive, plug this into your laptop, start iTunes while holding down the shift key and then select the iTunes library on the external drive. Alternatively you can can repeat the copy process from the external drive to your laptop. Once you have the duplicated libraries Microsoft's SyncToy tool does a good job of keeping the content of the different libraries in sync. You can also copy over a network but unless your library is small this can be very slow. I've used this method for years so that I can have the same library content at home (master), at work, and on the road. One point to note is that this only works if you set iTunes (via Edit > Preferences > Advanced) to keep iTunes media folder organized and copy files to iTunes folder. Other thing is to make sure you exit from iTunes before copying/synchronizing the library, as otherwise the iTunes library files (.itl and .xml in Windows) may be inconsistent with content (everything in iTunes\iTunes Media).

I cannot share the library on my iPod with the library on my pc. The iPod library was originally held on another pc so I would like to move the iPod library content on to the library held in iTunes on my pc. I thought switching on home sharing would work

I wish to transfer the library on my iPod classic to the library on my pc held on iTunes. I have tried to set home sharing but this does not seem to be working. The original pclibrary was held on my previous pc if that makes any difference. My iPod has over 200songs in its library and the library on my pc shows 3 songs which I purchased from iTunes. PI 7.11 - Configuration: Adapter Engines Not found

Hi,
We have a PI 7.11 System that is connected to a central SLD. There are also two PI 7.0 systems connected to this SLD. If i open a communicationChannel i get following message:
Adapter Engines Not foundNo SLD elements of type SAP_XIAdapterFramework found
If i look in the SLD Technical Systems (Exchange Infrastructure), i see the three PI systems but only the Adapter Engines of the two PI 7.0 systems.
How can i check if the adapter engine is up and running and if it has correctly been registered by my SLD. Are there any documentation according this configuration?

PI 7.11 sp6 system copy causes target sys to register with source

Experts,
We have a PI 7.1 (EHP1, sp6) PI system based on AIX 6.1 OS and Oracle 11g.
I recently did the standard PI system copy from a prod source (PIP) to a training target (PIT).
I used the most recenty PI system copy guide that is specific for PI 7.1 EHP1
I did not run into any major problems doing the steps of the itself.
I did the usual "post" steps, documented in the guide that really are done on any NW system.
Then I got into the specific "PI" post steps and that's where I now have a problem.
I could not run the "wizard for post copy" since I'm on 7.11sp6. Yes, I know they "downported" it but I don't have those latest LMtools type packages. Anyway, I'm OK with that.
I followed all the steps, fixing my RFCs, JCos, Destinations, cleaning up SLD, SLDAPICUST, creating new business systems...etc.
My big problem is with the exchange profile. Yes, it's easy to change all the SIDs and hostnames using the search tool for all the parameters in the exchange profile, but the one I COULD NOT CHANGE was the "ABAP Connection". In there right after the copy was the hostname of the prod system, the client, and the user PILDUSER. I attempted to put the hostname of my target (PIT) system, but I would get the error:
RFC 399 unable to connect
I'm certain the user is NOT locked and the password is correct for PILDUSER.
Worse yet, If I left the hostname in there that was set to "prod", then when I changed all the other values in the "parameters" section of the XI profile, then it actually changed my PROD system!!
If I keep the ABAP connection to PIT, then the entire exchange profile disappears for PIT.
Also, now my PROD system shows the PIT system as a "non-central adapter engine".
Ughh! I'm totally stuck. I'm not sure what to do.
It's as if the PIT (PI training) system somehow is linked to PIP (PI prod). It's like PIT doesn't think he is his own box...
Any ideas? I'm resisting opening a message because this will be so hard to explain to sap support.

Hi Nick,
We went thru the same issue. Fortunately, it was between Dev to sandbox. I stopped the dev system and changed the exchange profile parameters to sandbox hostname and brought the Dev up to fix the issue.
Prod showing as Non-Central Adapter engine :- Check your Business System in SLD and In CIM Instances in SLD, check your XI Integration server assigned to right Business System.
Note 764176 - Error in XI due to inconsistent SLD contents :- helped me come over PI post step issues.

Error when exporting IDOC from one XI system to another

Hi all,
When I do an export for an IDOC from my one XI server to be able to import it into another I get the error below. The funny thing is that it works perfectly for my COND_A idoc but not at all for DEBMAS and MATMAS idoc.
Any ideas?

Error in RWB - Component Monitoring - Adapter Engine

Hi,
After we install an Additional Application Server Instance, we are facing an issue with the Runtime Workbench, specifically with the Adapter Engine status.
On the RWB we're have this error:
Ping Status: Unable to establish connection to
"http://<Additional AS Host>:<Central Instance JAVA Port>/AdapterFramework/rtc"
All the time it's pointing to the Additional AS with the Primary AS Java Port.
We are using a central SLD in PIP system.
We already reviewed, the point 8.12 of the "SAP NetWeaver PI 7.1 Including SAP EHP 1 - Troubleshooting Guide"
Any idea to solve this?

No access to system landscape at present

I am trying to establish connectivity between ECC and PI. I am in SXMB_ADM of ECC and under Global Configuration Data, I put the role of business system as Application System. Now when I click on the Systel Landscape, I am getting an error " No access to system landscape at present". How should I solve this?

Last recommendation, open the Exchange Profile and change all parameters that ends in *.name to FQDN, and don't forget to restart the system to activate the changes.

Web dynpro welcome example edit context mapping problem

hi,
i tried to build a web dynpro like the welcome example from web dynpro.
so i created the views etc, created an atrribute matnr in the context of the component.
then i connected the other views with the component. for this i used the required controllers.
so, now i created a attribute nr in the context of the other view and wanted to connect it with matnr from beginning with edit context mapping.
but in the shown context is not the attribute matnr. there is no attribute.
any idea what went wrong or is there something that i missed?

Do one thing Create Value Attribute under Context like(matnr). Next Right Click on Webdynpro Component Click on Open Data Modular that time it will open data modular View. Here we are doing Context Mapping to Component Controller to View Controller that time Same Value Attribute will be created in View Controller also.
In context mapping, the actual context data is saved only once in the original node. All other context nodes that are mapped to this original node reference the same contents, without having to save it again, for example using copies. In this way, inconsistent context contents are avoided.

Cache referesh issue - after upgrade of PI 7.1

I have upgraded PI from 2004s to 7.1 including EHP1 and after I have implemented post installation steps as per the Upgrade Guide.
While doing System Readiness check test, I am unable to refresh CPA cache because of this my new changes (IR & ID) are not reflecting in RWB
1. SICF --> SAP -- > XI --> Cache Service is active but if I test the Test Service, I am getting error " The Page cannot be found u201D

"Non-Central Adapter Engines" in RWB

Hi.
We install XI system and we changed host name according to notes 757692.
After then, We found one problem in RWB.
When we run Component Monitor in RWB, Adapter engine is in "Non-Central Adapter Engines".
Why Adapter engine is in "Non-Central Adapter Engines" node ?
Any ideas ?

Non-central adapter engine entry is shown under development rwb

Hi All,
Recently we had a sand box which is a sytem copy of our development server, and everything works fine now.
I have observed a strange issue here is, in the developement rwb under the Non-Central Adapter engines I see a entry as "Adapter Engine T49 (sand box host name)" the SID seen here is a sand box SID, and till today we never installed any non-central adapter engine either on dev or sand box, I am suprised to see this entry, can some one
please help me to understand why is this sand box entry is shown under development rwb and where can I set this or where how can I delete this entry.

Monitoring Adapter Engine J2SE

Hi,
I have setupt he SLD Accessor on the J2SE Adapter Engine. If one check in the log the connecting to the SLD is successful.
Also the Adapter Engine is registered in the SLD as type XI Adapter Engine in Technical Systems > Process Integration.
I can also see this J2SE Adapter Engine in the RWB. However the LED is red and the error status is "Unable to establish connection to "https://"hostname":-1/rtc.
Please can you assists to resolve this matter.
