Incorrect apple ID, not the case...help

I recently purchased an album on itunes on a macbook pro, and tried to download the same album from the cloud to 3 additional authorized devices, and was told that the original item was not purchased with the same itunes ID. I recently upgraded to Lion, if that makes any difference. Any thoughts?

After several emails from Apple support team, they reset my password and all is well. Problem fixed and very professional response from Apple.

Which iPhoto version and MacOS X version did you update from? Did you previously have iPhoto 9.5.1 and Mavericks installed or earlier versions?
Did you use a different Apple ID when you set up the Mac? If iPhoto came preinstalled, it will be bound to the apple ID you first used, when you set up your Mac.

Launch PSE Expert Mode and go to:
Photoshop Elements Editor >> Preferences >> Saving Files (tab)
Set the drop-down dialog
On First Save : Save Over Current File
Click OK.
When you have finished editing in PSE use Cmd+S to save (not Save As)

I have the same problem. It is only with tv shows and only with programs I have downloaded after the software update.
Apple support sent me the above link too....but it doesn't solve the problem...my computer is authorized and the content is in my library and will play on my Mac air, but it will not sync the tv shows, it keeps saying my computer isn't authorized for it.

I'm having trouble downloading my subscription to a new computer keep getting an error 1 ( another installation going on) which is not the case.

Without proper system information and other details nobody can help you. and this error means what it says - some other install process is still active, even if it may not do so visible. Could be a silent update of a virus scanner or something, could be a botched install of another program, not even specifically Adobe. As a start, always reboot your computer and then try again. For anything else we need much more info.

First off, the name of your computer is only the way it is becuase the Apple user is the first one they created after repairing the Mac. Go into Sharing System Preferences and change the name to whatever you like.
Can you explain how you did this:
This didn't seem right so I went in to it and changed the computer so that it would recognise me as the Owner/Administrator.
You can delete the Apple user in Users & Groups System Prefs. Select that user and delete it. It will ask if you want to save the user data or delete it. If you archive it, you can always delete it later and it will be available if you need to recover that account for some reason--I doubt this will be necessary. After deleting the account, and when you feel you are still working normally, you could delete that archived user folder.
I have also never seen anything ask for that. It does sound like an Epson thing, but without having access to it, I couldn't tell you for sure.
Here's what I would try. Create a new User and give them admin rights. Log in as that user and see what happens with the installer. If it still complains, it is an Epson issue. My guess is it is looking for user id 501, the first user created. If it works, then something is indeed odd about your account. If so, use that new admin account to disable Admin privileges for your account, then re-enable it. This is done in the Users & Groups system prefs.

However every time after i type the text vanishes. It is almost as if the text is white and vanishes into the background.
This is not the case as the works are not visible regardless of the background color.
The text box remains available and can be edited if clicked on, also if i double click on it the typed words become visible and editable, however once i close the box i cannot see them on the screen.
I would appreciate any help i can get, i cant seem to do anything using properties or view.

Hi. When you were in the recovery drive doing permissions, did you try and run a repair of the boot drive? Did you try single user mode? Try these first and then go back and try to reinstall the operating system.When I say repair boot drive I don't mean permissions. There are both options in disk utilities.When you open disk utilities ,you will see in the left column two drives plus possibly a boot partition that look like an external driv. click on the second drive and in first aid use repair disk. It sounds like your iPhone is not showing in iTunes so it will not sync, but your iPad works fine. If you have already restarted your phone, (Turn your iOS device off and on (restart) and reset, http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1430), I recommend the troubleshooting from the following article named:

Check USB connections. iOS devices require USB 2.0 to function properly. If you're not sure your Mac has USB 2.0 ports, refer to the computer's specifications.
Disconnect other USB devices and connect your device directly to a USB port on your Mac.
Restart your Mac.

Go to Settings -> icloud and then you should see your icloud id, scroll to the bottom and select delete account, you are then able to add your new one.
