  • Filtering transactions resulting in incorrect running balance.

Hi ,I am back with another simple problem.
I have a list of transactions which are with dates out of order.
The last column is a running balance(starts off with a balance of 2, ending with a balance of 41)

    What am I doing Wrong?

No need for indirect addressing for the value grabbed from the current row.
It's a side effect of the use of the single column letter in the cell reference.
One issue that has not been dealt with is the starting balance "2" which sorts to the bottom of the list. The final balance is correct, of course, but the intermediate cumulations do not reflect that value as one might expect. Placing an early, out of range date in the "2" row along with some statement like "Prior Balance" in column B would solve this problem.
Of course, I didn't insert the row containing the 2 in the range to sort;-)

  • Incorrect Opening Balance/Closing Balance in 2LIS_03_BX

    Hi all,
While running the Query Inventory Report ( 0IC_C03_Q001), we found opening balance as well as closing balance were wrong with comapare to std. tcode MB5B.
    In MB5B                                                           In Qry
    material code - 131604.                             material code - 131604.
Stock is 112.00                                        Stock is 471.00

Closing Stock is 1417.00                           Closing Stock is 1776.00
Can I delete the existing data of the datasource/extract structure 2lis_03_BX?
and reload the datasource 2LIS_03_BX again w/o deleteing data from other two datasoucres i.e. 2LIS_03_BF AND 2LIS_03_UM.
Please let me know with the steps.
    It is urgent.
    thanks in advance

I'm not and expert on MM, so as Neel kamal says first be sure your opening stocks are wrong, ours were wrong, as we checked with our MM consultant.
So in our case we deleted all data and start the process again, resetting the delta queues and setting up the stadistical data for material movements for the delta initialization. Main reason was the load of 2LIS_03_BX wasn`t correct (I mean the load was made in full update inestead of with the create opening balance option on the InfoPackage).
If you created the opening balance with 2LIS_03_BX and after to start the delta init and delta updates you can try just to compress the requests in your cube following the how to guide. I'm not sure if it will work but you can try it before restart all the load process.
    Hope this helps,
    Regards
    Carlos.

  • Why does adobe camera raw keep saving images with the incorrect white balance?

I am having an issue when I edit images.  here is the scenerio:
I choose 50 Raw files and open them in Camera Raw.
I edit each individually - many of them have different white balances.
Once I have each image how I want them, I select all and click done.
Sometimes all the edits are saved correctly, but very often all the changes are saved correctly except white balance.  The program seems to take the white balance from one image and applies it to all the images.
Why???  Very frustrating to have to go back and individually edit all the white balances again.
    Thanks!

It seems to not happen if I slow down a few seconds before I click select all and then done.
That should not be the problem, once you changed settings and hitting done they all should be applied immediately. It even is not needed to first select all, that is only needed when you need to open or save the files.
But I still don't know why it would only change the white balance in every shot and not everything.
If it happens again could you first in Bridge select one of the none changed files and with right mouse click menu choose select purge cache for selection?
And can you provide more details about system version, app versions and file types?

  • Incorrect white balance ?

I recently shot a wedding and about 10 mins of the footage I shot outside I had forgotten to redo my white balance settings on my Sony z1.
Therefore this 10 mins of footage is very bright and glarery and I'd like to correct this.
I've tried colour corrector but not getting much joy.
Anyone got any suggestions that might aid me in this task?
    Many thanks in adavance
    Ali

White balance controls the color temperature and color balance of your image. Your description sounds as if the luminance is too high. Use the Color Corrector filter and try the mids slider. You might also try the gamma filter. Generally over-exposed material is hard or impossible to control. Once it's blown out there is little information left in the image to pull back. Often all you can do is reduce the levels so it's not too bright, but that often makes the image appear muddy.

  • Incorrect auto balance

I signed automatic charge of 10$, somehow charged  on 10 +10+10 $ in one time but the balance left is from 10$ only. how do i make sure i have the right balance?

    Hello,
I am afraid it is bug like what Douglas said. I suggest to run the trial balance report per period rather than one period all at once. If you need one period and result in error, I suggest you to escalate to SAP B1, as I ever experienced this issue. I also want you to be fair when assigning a point, caused I see you gave me 10 point but my answer is not really true as you said you will unassign it if other's answer more relevant.
    Rgds,

    Hi,
Try to carryforward the balances once again from year 2008 to 2009. Some time, if the user post any adjustment entries in the year 2008 after carryforward the balances, those values not carryforward automatcially to 2009.
So,  you can execute F.07, FAGLGVTR once again to carryforward the balances from 2008 to 2009.
If your issue not resolved, even after the above activity we can try for other alternatives.
    All the best

  • Color Balance Issue importing from DV Deck Via Firewire...

The fact that searching google and this formum has lead to me finding NO results, I am wondering whether anyone has or is experiencing similar issues..
For some time now, I have been having this issue, which I just realized is not normal. I have a Sony DV Cam Deck which I use to import via Firewire to Premiere CS5.5. Attached to the Sony Deck I also have a small monitor connected to the composite video output.
The color and white balance look fine on the small monitor, however on the import via firewire, there is tinge through it almost like an incorrect white balance.
YES, I have calibrated and Re-Calibrated my Computer monitors using Spyder3 and when viewing photos and other video not imported through the deck, the color is great.. .It is NOT a problem with the Deck because the SAME thing happens with a friends Deck. I am just using the standard Firewire import on the ASUS Motherboard, although I do have a Blackmagic Studio2 card. This does not really come into it during firewire import....
As I said, now that I realized, this has been happening for 2 years or more. I was always color correcting the camera mans footage thinking his whitebalance was out, but after now attaching an external monitor to the Deck whilst firewire import, I notice the color is fine on the monitor. I am in PAL land Australia, but it happens with NTSC footage as well...
Anyone ever experienced this or know of this issue????
Any advice would be greatly appreciated...
    Thanks Tony.

The footage is mainly from the same camera, although occasionally I edit two camera shoots so the other camera is a different model, but this also has a different colour balance after imported.. I have used two identical Sony decks, and my latest acquirsition is a Sony HDV Deck that will natuarally play both. I get the same results from all three decks.
Yes I have rendered footage with no correction or effects and watched it back on a Sony TV/Monitor. Colour is out.
I suppose the tinge looks exactly like an incorrect colour temperature setting, but i know it is correct because when I playback the deck directly into a TV through composite it is fine. Example Warm tone Beige Curtains in a Reception Center look like they have a bad green Cast. Skin tones are no where near natural, again a green cast. I am not sure what is going on..
But yes, it has been there for a couple of years and it just hit me like a tone of bricks after getting this new deck. On previous decks, I never had a monitor connected to the composite and only monitored through the firewire so I always assumed the colour white balance on the cameramans camera is out. WHen I set this deck up, I put a montior on the composite. Yesterday as I was importing source footage, I glanced over and it amazed me to see that the composite monitor on the deck had beautiful rich acurate colour on it, whilst what was coming in on the pc screen, even after playing it back on the TV/Monitor, was horrible.
So I thought, Hell all these years I have been spending hours colour correcting footage that was ok to start with but lost somting in the transfer?? HOW?? I haven't got a clue.. It really doesnt make sence and I am still trying different experiments. I am now going to import through the component and svideo outputs of the deck, to see what results I get... I will post that later.. Thank you all.

  • White balance and RAW

I have been importing RAW files from my Canon S70 for a while, and everything has worked very well. Recently, however, imported RAW files are showing up with the incorrect white balance in iPhoto (different from the one they were taken with on the camera). If I open the same RAW file in any other editor the correct white balance is displayed. Does anyone know how I might fix this?
The weird part is that it didn't used to do this--iPhoto used to display all my RAW files w/ the white balance they were taken with. It was nice because I could just export JPGs directly. Now, however, I have to open them up in another editor and export so they have the correct WB.
Any help would be great, thanks.

    Heya Black eyes,
I've never heard of this one before except in an instance where the person was using Photoshop CS to edit the files right after importing them into iPhoto (Photoshop was adding its own colorprofile and throwing off poor iphoto).
Consider removing ~/library/caches, and ~/library/preferences/com.apple.iphoto.plist, and ~/pictures/iphotolibrary/albumdata.xml to the trash.
    Restart your computer.
Test iPhoto - does the issue persist?
If so then try creating a new iphoto library by launching iphoto with the option key.
Import from your camera to there.
If it works then your original iphoto library needs to be rebuilt following kbase 107947 and using all 4 options.
If not then I would make sure that the color sync profiles on your system as a whole have not been changed.
    Hope that helps!
    Cheers!

  • Blue color balance with iSight and Java

I have seen this question posted before - with no real answers, only suggestions that had nothing to do with the problem. Here's whats going on - internal camera and any connected Firewire camera works fine on iChat, PhotoBooth, IMovie, etc. Use those same cameras - internal or external- on a Java based web page and the image shifts to a blue monochrome. Not the blue you get with incorrect color balance from lighting, but nothing but blue hues. I can take the same Firewire camera and hook it to my G4 laptop running the same OS (10.4.8) and it works fine on the Java sites. Problem only occurs with Intel iMac and ANY camera. The problem appears to be the way the OS intergrates with Java (via Quicktime, or is QT out of the picture when using Java?)) on the Intel computer.

I have looked on MacFixIt for both Blue Screen in Java and just Blue screen and have not turned up any results.

  • Asset explorer- Asset not posted to APC transactions

    Hello,
In AW01, asset explorer screen,  in the planned values display tab , an asset has directly been posted from MM as goods issue.
However the Amount say Rs.10000 and its ordinary depreciation say 500 is not getting added to the APC transactions in the above tab of plannned values book depreciation.
So the APC transactions amount say 50000 and its corresponding planned depr say 2000 is excluding the previous mentioned asset values capitalised (Rs.10000 and Rs.500)
As a result the related asset reporting shows incorrect asset balances.
I would like to know why the asset already capitalised does not get reflected in the total value of the APC transactions ?
    Pls help.
    Regards.

    Hi,
are you sure that the asset was posted from MM as goods issue? Not goods receipt from PO? Did you make the asset, or did you buy the asset?
OK, if you bought the asset, here is a suggestion you might want to look into.
Have the invoice verification been done to the PO? Usually, the APC value will be posted when there is a posting to the FI for the asset. And the ordinary depreciation will not be posted automatically. For Rs 500 depreciation, you need to do write-ups to adjust your asset balance.
    Hope this helps.

  • Billing documents did not post to PCA Ledger

The system did not crate did not create Profit Center Documents and CO Documens for 5 billing documents when released to Accounting.
But when the customer made payments, the payment document created a profit center document. The AR is not reconciling to GL.
The KNC1 table is not showing the Invoices but showing tha payments. So the customer cumulative balance is out of sync. This is causing our custom reports for AR Aging not reconciling to GL.
I have posted using 1KE9 the billing documents to PCA, this has not fixed the issue.
This report S_ALR_87012172 for customer balances in local currency is showing incorrect customer balance.
How can I fix the GL / AR?

    Hello Geeta Gupta,
There is a SAP internal interface between SD and GL. You can check it by tcode VFX3.
If a billing is proceeded in SD succesfully it can be sent out to the customer to fix the recievable with the external customer. SAP internal account determination or other customizing mac not be complete to transfer the billing document to GL completely and successfully. So it gets stuck and can be identified using VFX3.
As it goes through to GL it is in AR in the same moment (In 20 years FI I have never seen a difference between AR od AP and GL). Only documents posted in FI-GL or CO can be transferred to PCA. There is NO link between billing documents and PCA (remember it is CO-PA which has billing as a direct source). So a billing which is not in GL cannot be in PCA.
So start VFX3, identify and comlete the missing settings and then kick off the billing to be posted.

  • Question on Color Correction / gamma

I'm correcting footage shot with a "flat" camera style. When I correct the footage using SA Color Finesse in AE, I feel like I'm pretty clear on using the HSL controls - except for gamma. My goal is to set Pedestal to crush the blacks a bit around 0 and Gain to bring the brightest white point toward 100. But Gamma is throwing me and making my footage look inconsistent I think. Is there a proper way to work with these controls? What if you have footage where there's no real black or white? Thanks!

[Sorry for the slow response. The flu hit Synthetic Aperture Global HQ hard.]
I wouldn't use the automatic color match tool to try to correct a problem in the extreme highlights (white). Because white (or near white) is so far to one extreme, automated color matching tends to make changes which aren't right for the rests of the image.
If the problem is one of overall incorrect color balance, try the Auto Color tool instead. In the full UI it's located in the Levels tab, in the lower-right corner. The Auto Color button is also available in the simplified interface within AE. (Like all auto color tools, it can sometimes be fooled and be spectacularly wrong.)
If the problem is one of contaminated whites while the rest of the image has a proper color balance, my approach would be to sample the white with the eyedropper. Note the readings on the individual color channels. For a neutral white all of the color channels whould have equal values. You'll need to adjust the RGB channels to accomplish that. Select the RGB tab, then the Highlights tab. Now use the Red, Green, and Blue Gain controls to balance the color channels to be equal.
