Incorrect Classification of Website in IronPort

Hi - my website has been incorrectly categorised as Shopping, when it should instead be Online Community, as it is a forum discussing plastic modelling. I've tried to request a reclassification myself, but it's incredibly difficult from my experience, and some of my searches have indicated I'm not the only one suffering. A number of our members are being locked out of the site by their IT department, including one of our administrators, which is inconvenient, as every time she asks for it to be unblocked, it gets re-blocked with the next update.
Can someone please help?

Yes I did at the time (sorry for the delay - only just got notified), and got this response when I logged in:

Seems like I need to be a customer with a service contract to get my site re-assessed. The inference from that is "you can't have your website reassessed unless you're giving us money". Not what I'd call a fair situation if it's true, and would lead to accusations of holding sites to ransom or sharp-practice if it became common knowledge.
Any ideas how I get past this? I have absolutely no need of Cisco services because I'm a private individual and my site is hosted on a managed server, but IronPort is preventing my members visiting when on certain computers. Perhaps rename it to Iron(misre)Port?

A1 returning "username/password incorrect" messages on websites

I can't find other posts with this problem so I hope I don't show my ignorance here, but I can't believe I am the only one...
I recently purchased an IdeaPad A1-07 running Android 2.3.4. I attempted to update the system right out of the box, but the updater reported that I was up to date, so that should be set (I would think...). I downloaded the Netflix app from the Andriod app store (the A1 did not include it preloaded), and attempted to launch it. It launched fine into the login screen, but when entering the login info, the app returned a incorrect username/password error. I confirmed the info by logging in on through my PC to the Netflix site. I un-installed then re-installed the app with the same result. I then attempted to go to the website through the A1 browser and login there. Same result. Panicking, I attempted to use the A1 browser to login to FaceBook. Same result.
Here is the strangest part: I attempted to login to the same websites using the browser on my HTC Android Incredible 2 running Android 2.3.4, and was able to login in successfully to both sites.
Does anyone know what is going on here and how to fix it? This is a real deal breaker for me since I purchased this tablet specifically to use with sites like Netflix and FaceBook, and I really don't know what else to do other than to try to return it and get a refund. Please help!

Success! The GO keyboard app pre loaded by Lenovo wasn't the problem, but the input settings (Auto Capitalization, display suggestions, auto complete, auto space and key correction) were. Display suggestions probably wasn't part of the issue, but its just plain annoying, so I turned that off as well. I suspect that one of the other "auto" features was slipping in a character or space or two behind my back. I turned them all off, and no longer have an issue. I suspect that it was only one of them, but I would have had to run multiple experiments to narrow down the culprit, and I really don't want to bother. None of those things help me more than they hinder me anyway.
Find the settings under: settings/language & ketboard settings/Go keyboard for Lenovo/input setting. Good luck!

Email link incorrect on live website. this is new, Help!

My website has been working fine until I updated it and touched up the layout. I never changed the link for my email but since my latest upload my email link opens up an email addressed to "[email protected]" WHAT? Should be "[email protected]". My website is garisonweiland.com.
iWeb does things like this sometime. It's temperamental.
Oh, I do not use AppleMe or what ever. I'm with Blue Host and I upload with Fetch. And I have been using, with few problems, iWeb 1.1.2.

I figured it out. I just had to erase the image and link and create a new one.

Firefox (& Safari) open incorrect (undesirable!) website or I get a 'server not found' message.

Firefox (& Safari) redirect both Google searches and web addresses to an undesirable Chinese website (www.5542.com). They have both become very slow and often give a 'Server not found' message when accessing various sites. I believe it could be malware(?) or similar. I've tried to block the unwanted site but it keeps on appearing. I'm running two macs and it's happening on both of them. I'm not especially experienced with web jargon etc. so please speak slowly with any instructions! Thanks for your help. Andy

Thanks for your help Moses but these Malware removal links are for Windows and I'm on Mac OS 10.4.9 on the laptop and 10.5.6 on the main machine.
One of the problems is that I can't do too much Googling for help before I run into the www.5542.com or 'Can't find the server' problems. Any more suggestions or other useful forums I could try?

Since I updated to the new Firefox, fonts are defaulting incorrectly on some websites. Instead of pulling a web font or something like Arial, it's pulling specialty fonts from my fontbook. Is this a Firefox or Mac problem?

This is not happening in other browsers on my computer, and just started when I updated to the latest version of Firefox.

Firefox 16 causes my menus to display incorrectly on my websites. Menus built with AllWebMenus software.

Dropdown menus (called from mouseovers) are shifted to the left in FireFox16 only. They are no longer aligned with the call box and not under the cursor. Firefox 15, Microsoft IE, and Google chrome all work correctly. Everything works except Firefox 16. This web page has been stable for several years (http://callawayfamily.org/)

It is working in Firefox 17 (beta) and later as well, so it seems that some code landed only in Firefox 16 that is causing the menus to get shifted that got fixed in later versions.<br />
There is probably not much that you can do about this.

Incorrect classification of users

We are using ECC 6.0 and we have different user license and i have divided the user as per the license type in SAP Application Professional & SAP Application Limited Professional but when i execute System measurement i found in the log that there are certain user which are wrongly classified it is showing red. I am sure that these user dows not comes under Develper licese but i dont know why the system shows under workbench user. Have you ever face this problem.
I found a OSS note 1144084 related to our issue but astill the same problem after applying the note also

My browsers(firefox and IE) seem to direct me to incorrect websites, if i uninstall them both, how can I then reinstall without internet access?

The machine (an old dell inspiron laptop) use superantispyware free version, which seems to have stopped being able to update its definitions.
When googling 'superantispyware', my browser seems to redirect me to incorrect, dodgy-looking websites.
This happened off both Firefox and IE, so I thought I'd try uninstalling my browsers in case they were somehow compromised, corrupted.
So my question would be, can i download an install file for Firefox for XP on my other machine (which runs Vista) and copy and load it via a usb stick?

Do a malware check with some malware scanning programs on the Windows computer.<br />
You need to scan with all programs because each program detects different malware.<br />
Make sure that you update each program to get the latest version of their databases before doing a scan.

IronPort misclassification (accuses me as site holder of criminal activity)

Similar to a previous IronPort post I'm amazed there is no easier recourse for website owners to "appeal" for their websites to be removed from incorrect classifications. Having to become a member on these forums proved arduous as first the registration form was not loading fully, and then you can not process accented characters, keeping to ASCII instead of embracing Unicode in the 21st Century. Thirdly my hometown had to be written in incorrect form as you have it down as Kopavogi and not as Kopavogur (or Kópavogur as it should be written) which is a grammar variation not applicable to your form.
Back to the matter at hand. In my case the website I run for fun and no monetary gain in Iceland with a 90% Icelandic reach and 10% foreign, is labelled as a "Gambling" website when the correct category would be "Game".
Not only is this classification wrong (no money exchanges hand there, no money can be wagered nor won) it is also accusing me of criminal behaviour under Icelandic laws as Gambling is illegal in Iceland.
More specifically by labelling it as Gambling, and displaying this warning on company networks in Iceland that use IronPort, it accuses me (as site owner) of falling foul of the following:
The Penal Code of Iceland (Almenn hegningarlög 1940/19, articles 183 and 186)
Laws on sweepstakes (Lög um happdrætti 2005/38, articles 2 and 11)
I seek to fix this misclassification and furthermore I would like to hear from your legal team what their thoughts are on the dangers of wrongly accusing website owners of illegal activities, both for you as the providers of the classifications and also of the companies that use your services and display your messages under their own logos and names (nowhere on the warning pages can one see that IronPort is the supplier of the classification, that had to be ascertained via the Chief of Security).

Adobe reader will not download co website from a link!

On this laptop, I have Adobe reader Xi. A friend send me a link to some company websites which I am supposed to review for her simply by clicking on the link. However, when I click on the link, the following address appears: http://link-direction.com/links/l1F/ Unfortunately, this link cycles me back to google's home page!
Q: What can I do to the laptop so when I click on the link it will go to the company's website?

Obviously the link is incorrect, or the website does not work as expected; I am getting this error from Firefox: The page isn't redirecting properly

My phone initially had Global Firmware but after flashing i think now it has Indian firmware.
Now when i am trying to download the firmware, it shows
"Product ID not valid. Please re-enter the 15-digit IMEI code."

double check IMEI code from Menu -> Settings -> About
and also from label under battery, if there are / printed then don't enter those to the download page.
IMEI code is the 15 digit code and usually starts 35
last digit is a checksum, so if you enter an incorrect number then website will know.

Font Organisation

I recently decided that it was time to tidy up my mac and get rid of old software to free up space. During my spring clean I added more fonts that I had meant to do ages ago. Since doing so I have caused myself more bother instead of creating a faster and more efficient machine!
My fonts displayed incorrect on some websites, and in my emails that I receive. I posted a query before about the Apple homepage fonts displaying incorrectly and have resolved that, however there are still a few sites that aren't right.
I have the Font Book app. that comes with Panther, but also have Extensis Suitcase X1 on my machine (and maybe a few other font organisers that I haven't found yet during my clear out). Is there one specific application that is good to manage all my fonts together? If so where do I store the fonts on my machine for the application to access them? Ideally I want all my fonts in one place and organised by one app. is this possible without messing up how text is displayed on my machine?

Off the top of my head, I'd guess that there's still an 'extra' variant of Times somewhere. You can work through your Suitcase files yet again to triple-check. There's an option in Suitcase somewhere, I think, to check for font damage; use the Suitcase help menu to track down that option and look for a damaged font (or even a sinle dmaged size of a particular font).
If the problem is limited to a single email, try a brute-force hit-it-with-a-rock school of engineering solution: select all in the email and change the size and/or font family to something else, saving the changes.

Hello Raju,
You can create a custom url category and configure for block.
Go to Web Security Manager > Custom URL Category and create a new category labeled 'blockthis'
Add the url entries to the Sites field
Go to Web Security Manager > Access Policies and create a new policy.
Choose an Identity to apply to the new policy or select the 'blockthis' custom URL category as a membership criteria.
Edit the URL Categories for the new policy and set the action for the blockthis custom URL category to block.
Submit and commit the changes.

I'm trying to get a blog module going, I've even deleted the html insert bog with the tag in and re-published which then I don't get the error but as a result no blog either. But then I add the tag in again and publish the error comes back. I've used the dev console and it says that my musicians sample.css is out of date but why is it only out of date when I add in html to my muse site?
HELP!!!! I've searched other threads and to no avail I'm publishing so no direct ftp going on. the only thing I changed in business catalyst was the module stylesheet in order to style the blog. I've tried uploading and replacing all files nothing seems to work. the site is here:

Also I've noticed when I've re-published occasionally it will show the mobile version on my desktop and not the desktop version??? no idea why that's happening so I've had to turn that off. any explanation on why that is happening would also be much appreciated.

I haven't received an answer as of yet, I'll post t on here when I do. I de-activated the mobile site because it's my clients site so he needs it to be operational during the day. I hope someone gives me an answer soon.
