Incorrect Order Multiples?

Hi All,
In the Item Master Data/Planning Tab and Order Multiple field, I am entering 1000 for an item who's procurement method is make. In short my purpose is to get recommendations for production order through MRP for this item in multiples of 1000 units. But MRP recommendations are not according to the order multiple. i.e. it purely based on forecast qty, if forecast qty is 1300, recommendation will be 1300. But when I test my scenario for a purchased item, recommendations come in exact multiples of the numeric value defined in the Order multiple field. Kindly anyone tell me why it is happening like this.

Please help. We have a problem in our webshop wherein it is showing an incorrect order multiple of 1, supposedly it is 3. When we check our backend which is ECC, it is showing the correct delivery unit which is 3. Did we miss to check something? Thanks in advance.

Check whether the warehouse assigned is Nettable. If sales order to be considered in MRP, mark Consume Forecast(if you have defined a forecast) in SO, also in General Setting, Inventory Tab mark Consume Forecast

The sort field is not used when ordering multiple cds in one alumn folder, how do I correct this?

It is using the track number and not the sort order field. The reason I have multiple cds in one alumn is because they are books on cd.

Some albums on my iPod have their songs in incorrect order

I guess I’m just old school. I like to listen to my music in the order that it appears on the album. Almost all of the albums have the songs in the correct order, but few do not. In particular, Today was listening to American Idiot (Green Day), what should be the third song has been placed way at the 8th position. In fact the song order for this album as played on my iPod is 1, 2, 4, 5, 7, 9, 11, 3, 6, 8, 10,12, 13.
I have verified that I have the latest iTunes and iPod firmware. I have my iTunes set to keep my music library in sync on my iPod (“Manually Manage music and videos is NOT checked) .
Here is a partial list of things I have already tried
• I have made sure that the music is sorted first by Artist, then by Album, then by Track number in iTunes.
• I have verified that the order is correct in my iTunes music library and the music library’s shadow in the iPod within iTunes
• I have done the 5 R’s
• I have switched to Manually Manage, deleted the offending albums, synced, re-added the albums, WATCHED THE SONGS LOAD IN THE CORRECT ORDER, just to find that they are still listed in an incorrect order when I look at them in my iPod.
Someone please help me and tell me how to fix this.

The Cloud by the song indicates that is is an iTunes purchase but it is not downloaded on the iPod. If you only want download iTunes purchases to show in the Music app go to Settings>itunes and pp Store and turn off Show aLL.

I am running MRP for one item with minimum stock level 20, in house qty 1, order multiple 12 and minimum order qty 20
the MRP return the figure 19 to order, when it should be 24 taking into account order multiple and minimum order qty...

This is the definition of your questions:
Order Multiple u2013 you can set a multiplication factor for ordering the item e.g. in
case you define 5 in this field and14 items are required, the MRP will recommend to
order 15 items (3X5=15). If 18 items are required, the recommendation will be to
order 20 items (4X5).
Minimum Order Qty u2013 you can type a minimum quantity for ordering items by the MRP.
The planning data is apply when there is a requirement (sales order, forecast, production orders (for the child item) and reserve invoice.

Incorrect "Ordered" quantity in the item master data

Hello Experts,
I have a situation where there are two items we have found that show the incorrect ordered quantity in the item master data. This is in fact the ordered column and the items are not production items. One of the items is showing a negative quantity and the other is showing 50,000 LBs less than it should given the one open production order with NO GRPO documents linked. Please advise ASAP..

You need to check the detect query and the scenarios in the Note No. : 999124.
If the detect query of the Note returns result, you need to log a support ticket to get the database investigated.

Order multiple quantity in item master data

Hello experts,
I cannot import from Excel file new values for order multiple quantity in item master data (in section planning data). After importing I see that records were imported successfully, but all data which we put in past have been changed to zero and planning method is changed from MRP at None. We have 8.81 PL10 (updating at the end of January).
Do you have any similar experience?

I have done this in SAP 8.8.1 PL08 using the Import/Export under utilities and seems to be normal. I have only chosen Item and Order Multiple for my template.

Is it possible to order different books on the same order number resulting in Apple Print Services shipping them together, and thus requiring only one shipment at a lower cost? Also since these books are being sold to our Senior citizens and they are paying taxes is there a form we can complete that will exempt us from paying taxes?

Ordering Multiple Seperate Orders of Books in iPhoto

I have to order multiple books from iphoto with each having a different shipping, billiing address and CC#s. I was wondering if after I make the first purchase, will the pictures be remembered because they're already uploaded to the server? I need to make about 10 orders within a day and the uploading process takes too long for where I'm at.
Or is there any expedited process that I'm overlooking that could help speed along the orders while still being able to ship individual books to multiple addresses

Does anyone can explain to me what is order interval and order multiple in item master data --> Planning data. I have read it in TB1000 but i still do not understand what they use for .

Hi,
The Order Interval & the Order Multiple under the Planning tab of the Item Master Data window are related to the MRP.
Defining the order Internal helps you determine the frequency of the order, basically the time internal between two different orders.
Defining the order multiple helps you determine the quantity of each order, that is the lot size of the orders. for example if it is defined as 14, and the requirement is 20, then the MPR recommendation would display 28 as the order multiple is 14 and to fulfill the requirement of 20, 28 is needed.

Answer fir this question is, you need to do basic ABAP Training.
Search for SAP ABAP Training Courses.
You need to build logic in you program by defining appropriate internal table and use loop events to build BDC. BDC is old style of programming. I would advice you to use BAPI with immediate order processing.
If you want BDC, you can also try to use LSMW by defining appropriate inbound data structures.
