"Incorrect Password" after I enter the right password on iPad
I'm trying to connect to my houses wi-fi network but when I enter the wi-fi password it tells me that it's not correct. My iPad sees the network and has very strong connectivity but it won't accept the password. I've reset the network settings on the ipad at least three times and I've been trying to connect for the past 2 hours. Is this anything to do with my router? HELP!!!
I have an iPhone4 and my phone accepts the wifi password but the iPad won't accept the password and this is getting frustrating.
sorry, not strong connectivity because obviuosly it's not connecting. I meant that the iPad is seeing the network signal and it shows that the signal is strong but when I enter the password it says the password is wrong when in reality the password is correct.

I'm trying to connect to my home wifi with my imac gh5. After I enter the password it says connection timeout or password incorrect. I know there's no issue with the connection but I don't know what else to do. Does anyone know how to fix this problem?
What is the make & model of your home Wi-Fi router that you are attempting to connect your G5 iMac to? Which exact model of iMac do you have?
What wireless security type is your router using: WEP, WPA, or WPA2? If you temporarily disable wireless security, can the iMac connect to it now? -
after I entered the password of my iCloud ID, it prompted out asking me to check email from an emai address that I did not set for rescure? and then I cannot login.
Try going to https//appleid.apple.com, click Manage my Apple ID and sign in with your current iCloud ID. Tap edit next to the primary email account, tap Edit, change it back to your old email address and save the change. Then edit the name of the account to change it back to your old email address. You can now use your current password to turn off Find My iPhone on your device, even though it prompts you for the password for your old account ID. Then go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account and choose Delete from My iDevice when prompted (your iCloud data will still be in iCloud). Next, go back to https//appleid.apple.com and change your primary email address and iCloud ID name back to the way it was. Now you can go to Settings>iCloud and sign in with your current iCloud ID and password.

I have put my daughter's iphone under my apple id, as after i entered the payment info there was a message saying she wasn't allowed an account (too young) how do i set up her own email account etc
You have to be 13yrs. of age or older to have an iTunes account. So, if you want your daughter to have her own account, what you need to do is create another Apple ID for yourself. You can create one here:
https://appleid.apple.com/cgi-bin/WebObjects/MyAppleId.woa/wa/createAppleId
Must be a verified email address...you can get a free Gmail account first. Then, when setting up the iTunes account, redeem an itunes gift card rather than using a credit card. That way, she'll have her own account, which you can monitor, but its not associated with any credit card. -

I'm locked out of my Iphone even though I'm entering the right password
When I tried entering the password for my iPhone the phone became disabled. I've tried several times and the phone is now disabled for 60 minutes. I know that the password i am entering is correct as the settings are set so that the password comes on every time I want to use the phone, and I use the phone a lot, so if the password I am entering is correct why does it say that it's wrong?
Because it's wrong. Use this article: iOS: Forgotten passcode or device disabled after entering wrong ...
Either you're typing it in wrong, or it got changed by someone.
Try '1111', '1234' or '0000'. -
White screen after i entered the wrong ID password too many times
Hi,
I was attempting to sync my blackberry information to my laptop when i was asked for the ID password, I tried a few options but could not remember it at all. When It reached the last attempt the screen said if I entered the wrong pin it would erase all my information. I stopped went to the website and changed my passwords to make sure, then I went back and entered the new password. Immediately the screen turned white and began to erase everything. I pulled the battery immediately and having been frantically searching the Internet for a way to undo this. Please Please Please help.
I have so much on my phone I really need. Especially videos of my baby :-(
Can anyone help me.

Failure of the BBID credentials will never wipe a BB. What actually happened was you incorrectly entered your user-created device-lock password too many times, and it then proceeded with wiping the device, as per the requirements of the security level accepted when enabling that feature. There is no way to stop it.
Sorry.

Hi I just bought an Apple TV device i have detected the 2WIRE and entered the Product Key Password. It takes that okay the screen goes to Connecting followed by Activating below in small print it says Setting date and time but nevr leaves that screen it just clocks there for evr???
Welcome to the Apple Community.
Assuming this is not the first time you have used your Apple TV
You might try restarting the Apple TV by removing ALL the cables for 30 seconds.
Also try restarting the router. (Also try removing it’s power cord for at least 30 seconds)
If the problem persists, try a restore, you may want to try the previous procedures several times before doing this.
If restoring from the Apple TV doesn't help, try restoring from iTunes using a USB cable.
If this is a new Apple TV, in addition to trying the above, it may also be that your network router is not allowing access to the timeserver, check that your router allows access over port 123. -

Incorrect password on ipad mini when trying to con...
Can anyone help, just had the BTHub 4 installed and my laptop, daughter's ipad and iphone all have connected with no problems. However my ipad mini just returns 'incorrect password' and won't connect.
I have tried resetting the hub, I have reset Network Settings on the ipad and all other various combinations...but am getting nowhere.
Any ideas please?
Thanks in advanceWhen i tried with the mini i had a problem but noticed that the mini made the first letter a block capital but the password was actually lower case. When i changed to lower case connected right away

I am using an extension All-In-One Gestures. It works on my other installation of Firefox 4 - particularly, the right-click menu pops up if I click right mouse button and then release it so I can perform gesture or turn the wheel instead of getting a right click menu.
But on this installation (basically the same addons and OS), the right-click menu pops up on pushing down the right mouse button so the right-button+wheel gestures do not work, and the menu stays there while I am performing the gesture which is rather annoying.
So I though maybe there is some obscure configuration option to toggle to make right-click menu pop up after the button release? Or is this entirely the extension's fault? Note that it does work as expected on other installation...You have to enable in Firefox
-> Options -> Content -> Activate JavaScript (yes) -> More
-> Allow scripts the following actions
-> Inactivate or replace context menu (yes)
in order to allow All-in-one-Gesture to block the immediate appearance of the context menu.
If you forbid Firefox JavaScript and/or the manipulation of the context menu by use of JavaScript, All-in-one-Gesture cannot work properly. -
I have already updated my Migration Assistant program and changed my FireWall settings to allow all incoming connections, but Migration Assistant still isn't working. I get all the way to the passcode verification step, and then it stops working. On my new computer, a message pops up saying that it could not connect to my old computer. On my old computer, I can enter the passcode, but then the little spinny beachball shows up and then Migration Assistant loses its connection and begins to "look for other computers." How do I fix this? My old computer is operating on Leopard and my new computer is operating on Mountain Lion.
You can do it wirelessly, but that will take some time... you could also purchase a Thunderbolt to Ethernet adapter or a Thunderbolt to FireWire adapter. That would certainly be faster. You should be able to purchase either adapter at your local Apple Store or at the online Apple Store.
Good luck,
Clinton
