Incorrect primary ID

Good morning
I hope someone can help.
I signed up for BT the other week, and have got it all set up in my flat. The next step was to sort out the online "MyBt" to allow me to watch BT sport on the internet and on the app.
When I created a BTiD, I have been told that my account already has a Primary ID, that is being controlled by my flatmates parents. Given that I have set this account up completely seperately to them, and haven't ever mentioned their account, I can't see why this has happened. 
When I tried to ring BT to change this, the operater gave me the option of either controlling my screen externally (I'm at work so this would'nt be possible), or I give him my full password and he logged into my account (again, not an option while my billing details are in there).
If anyone has any idea on how to fix this, that would be appreciated. On the connected ID, there is no sign of our account being present, so we can't go on that ID and just remove my account.

  • Catalyst + dual head = incorrect primary monitor

    I have Radeon HD 3450 that has VGA-, DVI- and HDMI-ports. I have connected two LCD-monitors to VGA (19") and DVI (24"). After that I installed catalyst (9.8-1) and catalyst-utils (9.8-1). I managed to get GNOME work ok with two screen, I have two separated desktop. But drives set that DVI is the primary monitor, but I would like it to be VGA. I have tried to google, but have not found any help. Catalyst Control Center marks monitors as 1. digital display (DVI) and 2. analog display (vga).
    aticonfig --swap-monitor
    Error: option --swap-monitor is not supported when RandR 1.2 is enabled!
    Is there any way to change that VGA is the primary monitor?

    Could anyone verify the status on --swap-monitors as of latest verison of CCC? I'm running 'Buntu 11.04 and want a big desktop setup. Both my VGA monitor and my flat television set (HDMI) is detected, thing is that HDMI/TV get's primary, whereas I'd love the actual desk monitor to be the one where login prompt after reboot is shown, etc. I've found a "workaround" by pulling a 'xrand' command, yet I would love to know how to edit the xorg.conf so that it will fit my needs. Anyone? Cheers!

  • Primary keys on incorrect fields

    Hi. I am migrating a backend Access 97 database to Oracle 8.1.6.
    I have migrated the structure, but not data. I have noticed now that if I attach the new oracle tables to Access, even to a blank database, Access reports wrong columns as being the primary key. Yet, when I look at the entries for the primary keys in all_cons_columns they appear to be correct. Does anyone know how this would happen?

    I have tried both the ODBC driver from the oracle client software, and the latest MDAC ODBC driver that Microsoft provides. The problem remains the same for each.
    These incorrect primary keys are on tables that have unique indexes- the attached table shows the first unique index as being the primary key. Remove all unique indexes, and the primary key is found correctly.

  • TS3988 incorrect this is not your primary icloud account

    In preferences iclod icon shows incorrect primary account. When I select my mail a statement shows this is not your primary icloud account.
    I am the primary account holder, I must have done something incorrect whe migrating to icloud.

    Go at https://appleid.apple.com and login to verify your account settings.  It is possible that your AppleID is different than your iCloud email adress and you can verify this on the AppleID webpage.

  • Primary e-mail is wrong, can't change profile, can...

    I signed up for Skype yesterday using my Microsoft account. The primary e-mail Skype has on file for me is not correct, it is an old e-mail. I have double-checked my Microsoft account and sure enough my current e-mail is the correct and primary e-mail on the MS account.
    In addition to this, I cannot change my Skype profile to update the primary e-mail (my current e-mail is there it's just not listed as primary) because every time I do it Skype asks me for a password. I enter my Microsoft password but it keeps telling me it's not correct. I am absolutely 100% sure I am entering the correct password. I can login to Skype successfully with this password but I cannot edit my profile. The password does not have special characters.
    Earlier today I contacted a Skype representative via live chat, but it was just horrendous. I was on the chat for almost an hour and during this time the chat window made that pencil movement repeatedly as if the rep were typing and about to say something but nothing was said. I think this was done purposely to game the system. Every 5 or 10 minutes I got an answer but it was as if they had no idea what was going on, even though I explained it clearly.
    And in addition to all this your Skype will not let me fill out an e-mail ticket. First of all it requires the name of 5 Skype contacts to open an e-mail ticket. Why it does that I have no idea but it's ABSURD. I put none, none, none, none, none since I just created my account yesterday and don't have any Skype contacts. Second when I actually submitted the form (I tried multiple times) it says this:
    Sorry, we’re having some problems at the moment. Please try again later. In the meantime, you can post to the Skype Community or read our FAQs.
    What a pain in the ass this is, I tell you. Does anyone that works at Skype actually read this board, can you file 4 bugs based on above:
        Skype retrieved outdated information from my Microsoft account. It did not retrieve the correct primary e-mail.
        Skype will not let me change my profile to correct an incorrect primary e-mail without a password, and when I try my Microsoft password which I use to login to Skype it keeps telling me it's incorrect for the profile change.
        Your live chat needs improvement it's like the rep was powerless and didn't understand what I was talking about.
        I can't file an e-mail ticket, either because I don't have 5 Skype contacts (ridiculous rule) or maybe for some other reason it says "we’re having some problems at the moment"

    for some reason microsoft won't regard this as a solution, but it is. I spent 1.5 hours on line with skype support, 1hr to try to get them to help me .5 hrs to try to explain to an utterly uninterested support person how to do what they told me I can't do I even got a bashing here from one of the mods, and he didnät even bother to say "sorry" ;-(

  • 11.0.0.4 Update still promting for update at clock even when disabled via GPO customization wizard

    I have custiomized the Adobe Reader 11.0.0.4 msi to disable any updating feature available . This is the same as the previous versions which have worked faultlessly. This time when i have deployed 11.0.0.4 it does install on the windows machine but still prompts beside the clock with an icon and message saying would you like to install the update? if i click it it then fails as its already installed. i do not want any user to see this message especaily when that version is already running on the machine! Please see below for further informaiton, Appriciate any help resolving this issue.

    I’m trying to set up the TortoiseSVN Diff tool, as described:

    To configure TortoiseSVN to use LabVIEW’s compare tool I added the following for “.vi” file extensions:

    The links above tell you use “Program Files,” but on my system the LVCompare.exe is located in my “Program Files (x86)” directory.
    When I try to run the diff tool (right click on the file in question -> TortoiseSVN -> Diff with previous version), I get the following error:

    Yes it does. LVCompare is only a simple wrapper executable that eventually tries to run a VI in the LabVIEW installation directory. And this VI will not work if the LabVIEW installation is not licensed as Professional Development system.
    Note to the AEs: In the second link of Laura's post, it states incorrectly: Primary Software: LabVIEW Development Systems>>LabVIEW Base Package
    This is completely contradictory to the note in the last link, that states that the Professional Development System is required. A documentation correction request seems in order.

  • KO88 - message KD503 'Complete allocation structure ZD'

    Hello,
    Need some help regarding settlement error KD503 a user is getting via KO88.  User made posting to an incorrect primary cost element (611010).  That cost element is NOT included in the allocation structure and it should not be included.  The user reversed out the incorrect posting and tried to settle the IO.  The KO88 transaction still yields KD503 error.  Any ideas what the problem is?
    Both transactions were made in currency 'SGD'.  When running S_ALR_87012993 to check line item total for 611010 in IO, balance is 0 in 'SGD' but $.06 in CO area currency.  Would this be causing the issue?
    I'd appreciate your immediate help!  I've attached files in case it helps.

    The balance of .06 is not the issue.. You posted a line item in the IO... And then reversed it
    So, from system's point of view, it has 2 line items in the IO to be settled..
    You will have to include this cost element temporarily in your allocation structure, as a formality.. Once the settlement is done, you can remove it again
    Include this Cost ele under any assignment in your allocation structure.. Impact would be null because the 2 line items nullify each other

    I have used an incorrect email address for my Apple ID  when I punched an App. Cannot get updates. How do I delete and use my primary account email address?

    Delete and redownload that application when signed into the correct Apple ID. This may require repurchasing it.

  • I show and old defunct email address for my Apple ID on my APP store, iCloud, and iTune accounts and cannot log in.  I am told my ID or password is incorrect.  I did change my primary email address.  that is the app ID that is showing.

    How do I rename my App Store, iCloud, and iTunes accounts so i can update apps and software?  I have closed the original email address i started my App Store, icloud, and iTunes account and cannot log in unders that Apple ID.  I have tried going through device and my MacBook Air.  Where can i get on-line assistance?

    If you mean you are trying to delete your iCloud account in iOS 7 and you don't know the passwod for the old ID, do one of the following:
    If you still have access to your old email address, go to https//appleid.apple.com, click Manage my Apple ID and sign in with your iCloud ID.  Tap edit next to the primary email account, tap Edit, change it back to your old email account and verify it.  Then edit the name of the account to change it back to your old email address.  You should then be able to turn off Find My iPhone with your password. Then go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account and choose Delete from My iDevice when prompted (your iCloud data will still be in iCloud).  Next, go back and change your primary email address and iCloud ID back to the way it was.  You will then be able to go to Settings>iCloud and sign in with your current ID and password to reconnect to your iCloud account.
    If you don't have access to your old email address, you will have to contact Apple to get them to reset the password for it so you can disable Find My iPhone and sign into your iCloud account.  You will have to prove your identity to them in order to do so.  You can either contact iTunes support for assistance with this (https://ssl.apple.com/emea/support/itunes/contact.html), or contact Apple Support (http://www.apple.com/support/icloud/contact/).

  • Primary External Editor CS6 path incorrect

    I am running Cs6 with LR 4.4. When I elect to do an external edit the path to CS6 is incorrect and LR will not open CS 6. I have chosen the correct location for the CS6 exe file as the alternate editor and it works fine. How can I correct the default path to CS6?

  • Cant change primary email - incorrect password???

    Hi there,
    Getting bloody frustrated with this so hopefully we can fix it somehow with someone's help here. 
    I keep trying to change my primary email address, and when I click save I get prompted for my password. I try my current Skype password - the one I used to log in and change everything else... it does not work. I try every other password off memory, and none work.
    What gives??? This is driving me nuts!

    Welcome to the Apple Community.
    In order to change your Apple ID or password for your iCloud account on your iOS device, you need to delete the account from your iOS device first, then add it back using your updated details. (Settings > iCloud, scroll down and hit "Delete Account")
    Providing you are simply updating your existing details and not changing to another account, when you delete your account, all the data that is synced with iCloud will also be deleted from the device (but not from iCloud), but will be synced back to your device when you login again.
    In order to change your Apple ID or password for your iCloud account on your computer, you need to sign out of the account from your computer first, then sign back in using your updated details. (System Preferences > iCloud, click the sign out button)
    In order to change your Apple ID or password for your iTunes account on your iOS device, you need to sign out from your iOS device first, then sign back in using your updated details. (Settings > iTunes & App store, scroll down and tap your ID)
    If you are using iMessages or FaceTime, you will also need to log out and into your ID there too.
