HIncreasing/Decreasing "Gain" to a microphone in the FlexiJack.y I have the problem with my Xfi Titanium, that it has too much gain so when gaming, people hear me typing and I get weird echos while recording, there needs to be a gain control for the Flexiport, cause if this was at a lan party no one would be able to hear me over the noise of hundreds of desktops running at full power, with monitoring on I can hear each key stroke at any volume rate for my headset and the "mixer" doesn't help, just decreasing the output volume does not equal gain. In the next version of drivers make the mixer more like an actual mixer and include a gain knob or check box. SOMETHING!
Below is an example of an actual mixer channel strip, gain is refered to pre-amp and disregard the aux sends unless you guys want to have the ability to send through different outputs on the card and other hardware.
If you guys truly pride yourself on audio quality add gain, please. Then will this be the ultimate audio solution.
P.S. Should I actually send this to someone other than a mod?

It is not just a delay or something, I hear two separate signals one that is real time, desired output, and one that is delayed just enough to be noticeable so like 5ms at least. Does any one know how to fix this?
Current setup: Headphones plugged into the Front left and right and I have my mic plugged into the FlexiJack with the Microphone option checked. Enhancements make no difference and everything is default, besides FlexiJack. the only time I can get it to stop temporarily is by changing the Speaker Configuration between 2/2. and Headphones this only works for about an hour before the echo returns no settings were changed no application was launched, nothing.

Text that responds to the Increase/Decrease font size buttons

How do I create text that responds to the Increase/Decrease Font Size buttons in the browser? None of the pages respond to these buttons.

I'm not sure iWeb produces text that responds to the size change buttons. I check some of my pages and none respond. And these are text boxes that have not been converted to images.

NAudigy 4 Pro - Trouble increasing/decreasing the volume using remote (RM 500) As the title says, I'm having troubles with increasing/decreasing the sound volume using the remote controller unit - RM 500 on my Audigy 4 Pro.
The sound volume inc/dec works just fine if I do it via the keyboard buttons, Audigy's External Hub or any other "software method", except when i'm using the remote.
If i press + or - on the remote, only the left channel reacts.
I'm using the latest drivers/apps (via AutoUpdate) over a fresh Win XP Pro / Audigy drivers (from the original CD).
It does not have this strange behavior with the drivers/apps from the original CD, but only after installing the updated drivers. The reason i'm not keeping the original drivers is that a few years ago, when the original CD drivers were the only ones available, they caused the BSOD to my ex-system several times. It was something related to the fact I was using (and I still am) 4 DDR memory bars...
I would really need some help on fixing this issue.

I downloaded the "ECUP_XPPCAPPBETA_US_3_40_2.exe" file but at installation start it gives me the message:
"Setup is unable to detect a supported product on your system. Please ensure that your product is properly installed before running this Setup program. Setup will exit."

Hello. I sent my WRT1900AC V1 to Linksys four days ago (Monday) via UPS with a RMA. Linksys paid the shipping and everything. The router is still in route, and it should arrive to their offices tomorrow. Once they receive the WRT1900 AC V1, they are going to send me an EA8500 as a replacement. But I have been reading the comments about the EA8500 here in the forum and it seems to have the same problems. I guess the firmware is extremely flawed in both routers (maybe it is almost the same code?). Anyway, I will try the EA8500 and I hope it works. I bought a temporary router from Walmart and I paid $35 for it. It is a Belink N600 DB. I can't believe that a $35 router is working a lot, lot, lot better than my previous $250 WRT1900AC router. Unbelievable. If the EA8500 doesn't work, I'm going to try and get my money back from Linksys, or contact The Consumerist or someone to get my money back and get a Nighthawk instead.

Is it possible to increase/decrease pages based on a number selected from a dropdown?

I need to the end user to fill out information on between 1 and 5 properties. Is it possible to increase/decrease the number of identical forms pages based on a dropdown from page one? For example, if the local property manager decides there are 3 competing properties being developed, they will select 3 from a dropdown on the first page and three identical pages will be generated.

Bracket keys for increase/decrease on brush size don't update display settings - any workaround?

I’m a PS user new to Illustrator (CS6). In PS, using the bracket keys [] to increase/decrease brush point size will simultaneously update the data displayed in the tool panel at the top.
While I can use the bracket keys in Illustrator to change the appearance of the brush stroke, it is not being updated in the tool panel input or in the stroke window…so I can essentially have (2) 3 pt strokes created with the same brush that don’t visually match but whose display properties DO match. Because I will be doing lots of editing I certainly don’t want to work this way.
Is this just one of those glitchy things? Anyone know an alternate method that works?

I have a Interactive Report and I want to wrap the column values.
Also want to increase/decrease width of the columns..
I have 2 columns say.. Description and List
List - aaaaaaa, bbbbbbb, hhhhhhh, nnnnnnn, 222222, 55555555, 77777777, ..... // list of values are seperated by ,
         // 1. want to wrap the values ..I mean to decrease the width
Descriptiopn - sdgssdjkllkkkkkkkk // -- here I want to increase the width of column

Actually, I want to increase/decrease the column width in Interactive Report.
As shown the in the example of Description field...it's coming in 4-5 lines.
I want to increase the width of Description column..so that it should come only in 2 lines..

Generally The Finished Goods always maintained with Standarad Price.When Goods recieved with 101, the stocks are updated automatically.

) Perhaps you decei'ved from the size of transformer because it is only 50VA (or 50W / 30V = ,66A) and his cost in Greece does not exceed the 8?. Keep in mind always that, the toroidal transformers cost at 70 percent least from the E-shaped transformers. But in any case the total cost of the unit does not exceed the 45?. Surely this cost approaches the cost of the available mini mixing desks in the market. 2) The oscilloscope graphs quoted in the article, believe me it is the better method of estimate the unit ? especially the square wave response ? because they express her transient character as this is most important for a designer of electronic circuits while the usual graphs of THD+Noise are offered more for consumers. Because from habit i do not want to take into account the input impedance ? as get used almost all the designers of electronic circuits ? and in this way the logarithmic expression of the minimum gain of input it is given by the use of dBV (reference ratio to Vrms). Let to calculate the input sensitivity in dBm as you prefer: The input impedance of the balanced input is: Zin = R2+R3 = 20 K? approximately. The total gain of input presented at the output of the subtructer U2A and is: V = V3-V2. The minimum gain of the first stage composed by the two non inverting UA and UB with VR5 turned full CCW is: Av = +[2X(R4+R3)/VR5+R5] = +[2X000/47220] = +0,466 = ,466. In dBm the reference is 0,775Vrms thus Av = ,466X0,775 = ,36Vrms. And because the output of U2A is twice his inputs then: V = 2X,36 = 2,272 Vrms and the sensitivity in dBm is: Ein = 20 X log(2,272 / 0,775) = 9,34 dBm. And if we take the maximum gain of the first stage - by turning VR5 full CW - of 0 with the same equations in dBm, results: 46 dBm

Photoshop Liquify Brush Size increase/decrease with alt+crtl drag don't work anymore...

I have installed the last Update to Photoshop CS6 13.0.4...
Now I can't increase/decrease the Brush Size in the Liquify-Dialog anymore (before I installed the update, it works fine with alt+crtl and drag)...
If I press alt+crtl, the "Cancel"-Button is shown as "Revert", but the Brush resizing don't work... :-/
I use a Mac on OS X 10.6.8...
But it seems it has to do with the system... beacause at home I use 10.8.3 and there works everything fine with the 13.0.4 Update!!!

Formula for arriving at percentage of increase/decrease

Does anyone know the formula in Numbers '09 to identify sales increase/decrease percent from one cell or date period compared to another? In Excel it is quite simple, i.e. =(B-A)/A and ENTER. This formula doesn't work in Numbers. I'd like to get deeper into Numbers but this is a stumbling block for me.

Actually, this is the classic textbook manner in which we are trained to arrive at the value of a sales increase or decrease. If, for example we wish to compare December 2008 sales to December 2007 sales, the formula is =(DEC 08-DEC 07)/DEC 07. Then of course you would format the cell to % function and you're good.
The glitch in Numbers is, as you noted, one cannot click the (DEC 07) cell at conclusion. Your work-around in which one simply types it in solves the problem. Another poster offered advice but it was somewhat different, and that formula works perfectly but is used for a different purpose. That is a formula that seeks to identify the percentage of value or relationship between two cells, NOT the increase or decrease. THAT formula is =DEC 08/DEC 07.

Time stretch: ramp increase/decrease

Is it possible to gradually increase /decrease the % of a video?
I have TGA footage that I’d like to begin at normal speed then gradually increase this to about 50%.
I’m fairly certain the built in Tim Stretch functionality isn’t capable of this, but was wondering if there was perhaps an expression, or clever workaround?
Any ideas?

I’ve been using Time Remapping as a method of simply jumping between time intervals..
…forgot it can be used for slow motion effects and such.
