Indepth for J2EE (WLS Perf. Mgt) Beta sites needed

Founded in 1990, Precise Software Solutions (Nasdaq: PRSE) is a leading
provider of IT infrastructure performance management solutions.
Headquartered in Westwood, Mass., Precise serves over 1,500 customers
through its offices in the United States, the United Kingdom, France and
Israel, where the company was founded, as well as through a global
network of sales and distribution partners. Precise is in the process
of developing a performance management solution for Java applications
running on BEA WebLogic® for release shortly. Precise offered an initial
look at this software this past month at the BEA Users Conference in
Dallas.
We are currently soliciting a small number of companies to participate
in our beta program for this product (data sheet attached). To qualify
for this beta program, you must meet the following criteria:
1) QA Environment with:
a) WebLogic 4.51 or greater
b) Solaris 2.6 or greater
c) Oracle or Sybase
d) JDK 1.2.2 or greater
e) One or more EJBs
2) Willingness to spend a short period of time (approx. 60 minutes) with
our installation engineer to assist with setup to answer a small number
of technical and marketing related questions about this product,
providing requisite feedback to our development team. In addition, you
will be required to complete a short questionnaire after the beta
program completes. Domestic installations will be given first priority,
as will those within close proximity to our satellite offices around the
country and complex environments with a large number of Servlets, JSPs,
and EJBs on larger (less common) servers. We are conducting Beta
installations over the next few weeks only. Other conditions may apply.
In exchange, you will be able to use the product at no charge (or
obligation) to evaluate performance of your application for 30 days
after the installation has been performed. Interested parties may
