InDesign 2014 free trial won't open

I downloaded the InDesign free trial. Now when I go back to open it, it won't open and has a pop-up box saying "InDesign 2014 has stopped working". What do I do?

I believe there is a time limit on the trial version of PS CS3. It sounds like your copy has expired. It is probably time for you to uninstall the trail version and buy the new version or fall back to your old version.

Are you facing issue opening files created on CC2014 on CC version, If yes then you can follow the following article. You have to save the files in IDML format in order to open them in older versions.

If you have CC version installed , you can also try to upgrade to CC2014 version from Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop App and open the files without any problem.

Some InDesign CS5.5 files won't open until force quit and relaunch application (Mac). It seems that this occurs rarely, but once it does it on a file, it happes every time.
Any suggestions?

Where are these file saved on network or on your computer?
Are you using any font mangement software link suitcase fusion.?

Hi, I was attempting a Mac trial of InDesign, but it won't open without crashing. I deleted and re-downloaded and installed, but it still won't open. Just crashes after attempting to open. Can you help me?

We're seeing quite a few reports that the installer is failing to set the permissions correctly on the preference folders. Log in with a new user on the Mac and see if ID will launch.

Free app won't open on iPhone since restore

Hello,
I had to restore my iPhone 5S after the latest iOS update 7.0.5
I used to have an app called CityMapper (free app) on my phone before it crashed but since the restore it doesn't show on my phone. If I search for it in the app store on my phone it gives the option to 'open' and the app appears on my iTunes on my Mac but no matter what I do it won't open or appear on my iPhone.
Any ideas anyone?

Thanks but I tried that already and didn't work. I managed to fix it by closing music app, turned iTunes Match off, then deleted all music from the phone. Then turned iTunes Match on and opened music and all good now. Seems a bit slow tho especially browsing songs as I have loads. Cheers

Free Trial won't install

Last week I downloaded the free trial version of Adobe InDesign but my computer's operating system was too old to install/run the program. Today I upgraded my operating system from Mac OSX 10.4 to 10.6 and attempted to re-install the InDesign program but I was unable to. First the install assistant said that it was already running on my computer but I couldn't find the application anywhere on my harddrive. Then I uninstall the program in the hopes that I could reinstall it but even then it no longer gave me the option to install it. What can I do to make it work? I'm unable to re-download the free trial because it says I already have the program registered to my email/computer.

Run the Creative Suite Cleaner Tool and try again.

I got the Final Cut Pro X trial and the dowloader wont open. When i click on the application it says "The following Disk images couldn't be opened. Then it says the Final Cut Pro X trial under in a list. Whats wrong?

A3D trial won't open

Hello all. I downloaded the trial version and it appeared to completely install and place the icons on the desktop screen. But the program won't open when I click to start. The hourglass appears when I click but stops after several seconds and nothing happens after that. There's plenty of memory available on my C drive (15 more gig's) and 512 meg of RAM. I had previously run the trial of Adobe Acrobat 7 Pro-----but that and my version 5 were uninstalled prior to downloading the A3D trial. Could my previous trial on 7 Pro be blocking me out of this new trial??? I have run virus scans, disk cleanup, defrag and restarts. Computer is a fairly new Sony VGN-A190 laptop running XP home edition with service PAK 2. All other programs and functions seem to be normal.

Adobe wants to sell a product for a over $1000 and says "thank you" if it does not work because it is buggy "this now cost you some thousand Dollar to rebuild your system"

Adobe Acrobat XI Pro free trial won't launch, claiming no Internet connection

I wondered if anyone could help me solve this mystery: I am trying to launch the Adobe Acrobat XI Pro free trial. Sign In is required to use the trial. But when I click on "Sign in now", I get the message "Please connect to the Internet and retry". Which is strange, because my Internet connection is active and stable. The same panel hints that my clock might be at fault (but it is correct). I am running Windows 7, no earlier version of Adobe Acrobat installed. I would greatly appreciate any suggestions you might have on how I can resolve this riddle.

Thank you for answering and suggesting ways to remedy my problem. I tried all the four actions you made me aware of, but although everything seems to be all right, I still cannot launch Acrobat XI in the trial version. The only little hickup came when accessing Adobe's secure site, which prompted this message:
But when I later checked the certificate, it seemed to be installed and enabled. I am no expert, but it looked like it should according to step 4 under http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/policy-pricing/activation-network-i ssues.html

My free trial won't update

Every time I try to download a free trial of Adobe Photoshop CS5.1 Extended, it keeps going back to a free trial I downloaded from March of 2011. I have had no trouble with this happening since downloading free trials from March 2011, but all of a sudden this has occurred and I don't know if there is a limit or what.

That's the way free trials work. You don't seriously think just uninstalling and reinstalling will give you another month in which to use it for free, do you?
Buy the software if you want to use it for longer.

InDesign CC Trial won't open files

I have been using the trial for about 2 weeks. We work on files off a server at work, and our server went down today. This caused InDesign to crash and when I reopened it, it would no longer open any files. These are files I created using the trial and was just working on earlier today, and now I get the message "Cannot open the file xxxxx. Adobe Indesign may not support the file format, a plug-in that supports the file format may be missing, or the file may be open in another application."
I have already tried the following:
Restarted my computer
Restarted InDesign
Ran Creative Cloud updates
Uninstalled and reinstalled InDesign CC trial
Had a coworker open the files on his CC trial (worked fine)
Can anyone help?
