InDesign CC pages overlaping one another when exporting

I created a document with 8 pages, 1 front, 1 back and 6 inside facing pages.  When I work on the document, everything is running fine.  However when I export, the 6 pages on the inside, 3 of the pages keep overlaping with their counterparts.  The measurements are all fine and each page is rightfully in its place.  The issue is the background.  As you can see in the image below, it looks like the two pages are overlapping with one another.  I even made an image to cover both pages on photoshop and the two pages still overlap only when it is exported.

It really isn't a problem most of the time. It only shows up when you have content closer to the spine than the bleed allowance, and even then, unless there is creep added during the impositon, or you need the bleed for something like wirebound, it will never make it into an imposed flat.
In a case like this where you have a break at the spine if you actually need inside bleed you need to break the spreads apart and extend the art. See InDesignSecrets » Blog Archive » Breaking Pages Apart to Bleed Off a Spine
