Indesign CS6 crashes after closing

Question

I have the following problem:
After I open a file with Indesign CS6 and close the application, while the file is still open, I get this error:

Everything is working fine (save, export ...) so I am wondering why the error appears.
The computers have all Windows 7 x64 installed and all files are stored on a cifs share (tried with smb versions 1, 2, 2.1).
If the file is closed before exiting the program there is no error, also no problems with files which are stored locally. The error appears also if I try the same with Indesign CS5.5.
Small files <5MB and less other files (I cannot see anything they have in common) work with no errors.
I tried reinstalling CS6, reset the Indesign settings, check for corrupt fonds, check for third party applications which could cause problems but still the same.
Hope someone can help with this.

Any third party plugins? I think I've seen this associated with font managers...
