Indesign previews in creative cloud dont show fonts?!?!

ok.. so surely this is not the way its supposed to happen
indesign file with a non web font uploaded to creative cloud
preview gets created with a substituted font.. = design looks rubbish and certainly wouldnt work to show a client as suggested.
i tried also uploading the font in the hope it would work, but no luck
any help appreciated : )

Creative Cloud hasn't been officially released. If you're a beta tester please ask this question in the prerelease area.

    I am a Webdesigner and would love to show clients a full rez crisp view of there sites. The canvas is generally very large for GUI mockups. A 100% zoom would be soooo helpful. In fact I cant currently show my designs through creative cloud for this reason. I totally agree with aurelien-foutoyet This would be an amaizing feature for web and typography designers.

    Indesign CC Trial did not download successfully (no launch button in Applications) so I deleted it.
    Creative Cloud only shows it in Apps as downloaded and updated.

    On a related topic, here's another Illustrator file with fonts displaying incorrectly, but this time it also has problems with the download links - the options for PNG, JPG and PDF do not appear at all.

Some users are able to use the Files , Fonts and Behance section while on other users it shows as coming soon: Creative cloud will deliver fonts from typekit to your desktop. Could anyone please advise how to activate this for all our users using creative cloud. I have tried calling adobe support, been hung up on after waiting over 30 mins for a call back and being put on hold for 20 mins.   Your assiatacne will be much appreacited .

  • Why can't I download Photoshop CC(2014) and why does my Creative cloud app show updates for CC(2014) products I do not have?

    Why can't I download Photoshop CC(2014) to my Mac Pro desktop running OSX 10.9.3.  My Creative Cloud app shows updates for all apps that I have as CS6 on my desktop but I have only subscribed to Photoshop CC.  Lightroom shows Install but it is installed.  Trying to Install Photoshop CC(2014) results in and error message "Installation failed Errors encountered during installation.(7) more information.
    More information gives Exit Code: 7
    Please see specific errors below for troubleshooting.  For Example, ERROR:
    - 0 fatal error)s), 0 error(s)
    I also cannot directly download from my account on the web.  This has been going on for a week or more and I have tried numerous suggestions on the forums but got nowhere.  I uninstalled Creative Cloud app today but could not find the installer again so I assume that was deleted.  I cannot download that now as on Adobe's site it says we are experiencing problems.  Aren't we all.
    I was happy with CC until last week but now cannot recommend it.
    I also have a Macbook Pro retina and Photoshop CC(2014) downloaded no problem on that.

  • How do I fix Creative Cloud to show ALL my apps that I have installed ?

    Here my specs : Windows 7 Pro 64 bit ● 10GB DDR3 RAM ● Intel Core i7 ● AMD Radeon HD 5700 Series
    Here my story :
    One day, little Creative Cloud said it had an update to be installed on itself. Possibly taking it from version 1.7 to 2.0 or something. I clicked on update. Creative Cloud started downloading and once it was done it said update complete. I clicked on finish or something. Once that happened, it disappeared completely. Gone from taskbar, Window closed and shortcut gone ! I looked into the Creative Cloud folder, in the Adobe folder and there were two folders : Adobe Creative Cloud and Adobe Creative Cloud_2.7.0.413. I then went into the Adobe Creative Cloud folder and double opened the application therein. It opened the Creative Cloud desktop app BUT showed it had an update just as before for itself. I AGAIN clicked on update, and then it said "Error 50" , unable to update. I searched around and somewhere on the forums it said I must download adobe cloud and reinstall it. I did that and ever since that dreadful day, little Creative Cloud desktop app doesn't want to show ALL my installed apps anymore. It simply shows only 2 !
    This is what I have : Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Flash Professional, Media Encoder, Fireworks. What it only shows in Creative Cloud desktop app : Flash Professional, Dreamweaver.
    What I tried doing :
    1.) Re-installing the Adobe Creative Cloud desktop app.
    2.) Changing the directory settings for APPS and pointing them to the actual location of the installed apps.
    3.) Deleting or renaming the "opm.db" file.
    4.) YES, I RESTARTED MY PC !!!
    What I want to do :
    1.) Receive a fix that will make ALL my installed apps show.
    2.) Find out what the hell the difference is between the concept of having TWO versions of the same program installed BUT getting updates for BOTH like "Adobe Photoshop CC" and "Adobe Photoshop CC 2014". I installed the Adobe Photoshop CC this year almost 2 months ago for example. Then CC told me there is an app update and that got me Adobe Photoshop CC 2014. Now I have two versions of the above listed programs... Why doesn't CC just UPDATE the Adobe Photoshop CC, rename and list ONLY Adobe Photoshop CC 2014 in the end ?
    What I do not want : RE-DOWNLOAD OR RE-INSTALL ALL MY INSTALLED APPS ! This not only will cost me a lot of internet bandwidth but also a considerable amount of time. There must be a simple fix as all files are in place ! I can launch all apps individually and they are working both the "" versions and the 2014 ones.
    My question : How do I fix Creative Cloud to show ALL my apps that I have installed ?

    The email in the forum does not reflect any Creative Cloud order. Please follow the steps in
    Locate the C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\OOBE directory and rename it to OOBE_OLD
    Download and reinstall the Creative Cloud Application from https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud.

    You have the older version CS6 and the new version CC. What is the problem here? Not 2 kinds, 2 versions, version 8 and version 9.
    You can also download the other programs as CC.
    Adobe InCopy is the little brother of InDesign, you can export content of InDesign in InCopy files, the InCopy user will be able to edit content but not geomety, mostly they will be able to edit text when they check out the text, they will see the layout but cannot access to the design.
    It is mostly used in redactionw when the journalist write on the same document which is the designer working at at the same time.
    InCopy has a lot more of text functions in the perspective of editing content than InDesign.
    Both, InDesign and InCopy are technically spoken plugin manager from the same kind with different plugins to use.
