Ineligible for Student Discount

Hi everyone, I'm having trouble with re-activating the $4.99 student discount for Spotify. I had it for 12 months and it said I have to re-verify that I'm a student, but when I go to the upgrade page and try to apply the discount, it says: "It appears that you are not eligible for the discounted product that you are trying to purchase. If you'd like you can still upgrade your account to premium at any time." Is there a way to fix this? I've been looking around for solutions, but haven't found any. Please help because I'm going to miss playing songs offline :(

You'll need to contact support here so they can help you sort this out.
They'll determine your elegibility for a refund.
If you receive an automated email telling you to check the help section or the community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address.
Support usually answers within 24-48 hours.

I'm enrolled at DigitalTutors.com
Its a month-to-month payment system. I may go on for 2 years. They sell year memberships as a whole but not 2 years afaik.
Anyways, the eligibility form states it is only for America and Canada.
I tried speaking to a local South African reseller, but they said all docs go to Adobe HQ in the States and thus far the lady I'm talking to is going by American and Canadian regulations.
What's the deal for South African educational discounts?
Furthermore, any idea when Creative Cloud is coming to South Africa? Renting the stuff seems cheaper.

Are interns eligible for student discount?

I have purchased CS4 web premium. My brother hasn't graduated from college yet because he needs to do internship before he can. The problem is he doesn't have the software to work on his portfolio. He still has his school ID (it doesn't have any printed dates on it), but hasn't been enrolled in any classes for a year now. As a student intern who hasn't graduated yet, can he be eligible for a student discount?

If he is not currently enrolled in school and paying tuition then he is not eligible for the discount.

I just updated to premium today... And for a receipt from Apple saying after my 1 month trial I will be charged 12.99. Then however I updated on spotify for the student discount paying £4.99 ... When it comes to paying after my month trial it won't charge me for both from Apple and spotify will IT? I hope it just charges me the 4.99 not both?

Bought Macbook Pro for $1199. Realized I quailed for student discount.

I bought a new macbook pro 9 days ago after my macbook pro of 2 years crashed due to logic board failure. I went on to buy the same computer as before, and currently now, old version of the macbook pro for $1199. I just discovered I was legible for a student discount of $200. Am I able to receive a refund of that money or upgrade my computer to the newer macbook pro, which would come out to be the same price as what I paid for the older one given the discount? Very dissapointing that the gentlman assiting me in my purchase did not informe me about the student discount, as every other saleperson there has always been kind enough to do so.

As we are all other users here, it would be best if you asked at the store where you bought it - ask to speak to the manager and take along your machine and your receipt. You have 14 days to return it if you bought it at an Apple store, so you could also just return it and then buy another.

Cannot Verify School for Student Discount

I cancelled my premium subscription but would like to now subscribe with the student discount. It says that it cannot verify my school details even though I've been enrolled at my university for more than 3 years. Then I tried to manually verify and the best I can do is get a screen shot of my class schedule from online. What would the reasons be that it cannot verify my school information. My e-mail address attached to the account is my school e-mail.

However I may be able to help you out! :) Do you currently have an active Spotify Premium subscription? If you do, you need to cancel it here and wait for your account to revert back to 'Spotify Free' before applying the discount. It's just a little bug in the system that hits some users. I apologize for any inconvenience it has caused!

Unable to sign up for Student discount

Hi everyone,
my account is in premium status since i am a member of spotify. Now i found the information about getting a lower price caused by the fact that i'm a student. I canceled my premium subscription and registered at unidays.com via the spotify landing page (https://www.spotify.com/de/student). After that i verified my unidays account with the email address of my university.
After getting back to the spotify page i am getting the error that i am not allowed to buy the price reduced product, but i am able to sign up for normal premium subscription. The original error message is -> "Wie es aussieht, kannst du das reduzierte Produkt, das du kaufen möchtest, nicht erhalten. Du kannst dein Konto trotzdem gerne jederzeit auf Premium umstellen." ...
In the unidays account i am registered as a student until 11/2015 and everything looks fine. Could you please look into my case and fix this? The registration email from unidays is the same i am using with spotify.

If you are currently on a subscription, you have to cancel it first then click the checkout link to have the discount successfully applied. :)

Hi mitchellgaron. There are a few reasons that Spotify would say you're intelligible. To start off, are you a university student in the US, UK, or Germany? If so, great, if not, unfortunately Spotify only offers student pricing in those countries. The next step for enrolling for the student pricing is canceling your current premium subscription (if you have one), as you cannot enroll for a premium subscription if you already have one. You can manage your current subscription from your subscriptions page.
If all that is in order andyou're still having issues, make sure that your country is set to the country for which you are a student. Free users can do this through their profile settings, while premium users do this through their payment settings. If everything here is still in order, then I would recommend getting in touch with support. Note that if you receive an automated email directing you to the community and/or help boards, make sure you reply directly to that email (even if it is from a no reply address) and support will get back to you as soon as possible.

I purchased my previous CS when I was a student. I am not now. I want to purchase a regular individual subscription to Creative Cloud, and was hoping that my previous version of CS would make me eligible for the discounted $29.99 monthly rate. STUDENT DISCOUNT HELP

HELP I have signed up at Best Buy for student discount because I need a new laptop for college and I am yet to recieve my student discount coupon. I have signed up many times earlier this week and the past couple of days and recieved many confimation email but I am yet to recieve a coupon. I checked my junk mail and checked with the school if promotional emails are blocked, they are not. I have called customer support many times, however I have not recieved any help or answers as to why I am not recieving the coupon. Is there anything you can do to make this process go by faster? I am extremely frustrated at this point and will NEVER depend on Best Buy again because as a student my life moves quickly and I don't have time to sit around and wait for a discount they should give at the store with ID verification.

Best Buy's College Student Deals are a great way to get products that you need for school at really great prices. I was happy to read that you wish to avail yourself of the offers, but dismayed to hear that you have not yet received your coupons after numerous registrations. I very much regret that this has been your experience.
You mentioned that you've received several confirmation emails. Did you follow the instructions in one of them to confirm your email address? Without this step, the coupons will not be issued.
The latest College Student Deals coupon message is under the subject line, "Prep for Campus: $150 off select Surface Pro 3." When you open the message, click on the button that says "See the deals" to get your coupons.

I am slightly confused about this, looking for an answer on my own I went through this process:
I found the page for the Creative Suite 6 Products, and on the right side it says "CS6 or Creative Cloud? If you want all-new versions of your favorite creative software — including Photoshop CC and Illustrator CC — join Creative Cloud. If you prefer the previous version, CS6, you can purchase it here. For upgrade eligibility and purchasing options, see the Creative Suite 6 FAQ."
So, I went to the Creative Suite 6 FAQ, where I saw the question, "Does Adobe offer education discounts?" with the answer, "Yes. Qualifying full- or part-time students, faculty, and staff of accredited educational institutions can purchase Adobe products at a reduced price." So, I poked around on the checkout page for Adobe Photoshop CS6, but there seemed to be no way to apply an education discount. I then clicked the Purchasing FAQ link on the checkout page, next the Education FAQ link, and from there the student and teacher product catalog under purchase options, but Creative Suite 6 is not listed in any form. The only options presented on the page are Creative Cloud Membership, Photoshop CC, Photoshop Lightroom, Creative Cloud Photography Plan, Photoshop Elements 13 & Adobe Premiere Elements 13, and Photoshop Elements 13.
Is there another spot with other student discounts, is the CS6 FAQ misleading and there's not really a student discount for CS6, or am I missing something else?
