Infinity Blade Crashing

So i recently downloaded Infinity Blade and im having problems running it, im able to play for a few minutes but when im in the middle of a battle it crashes and takes me to the ipad home screen. I stopped all running applications but im still having issues playing it. i reinstalled the application and restarted my ipad but this does not effect anything.

Restart your device or do a hard reset. It could be a problem with the app itself. Try updating the iPad's iOS. Make sure nothing else is running in the background (delete or apps in the multitasking bar). Seeing that it's a Game Centre game any progress should be saved online. Backup the game to iTunes then delete it from iPad and reinstall.

Ok I have a fix to the IB crashes after it crash at any point in the game I re launch as it starts the opening video I look for the second logo to view then I hold down the power button on the edge of the iPad as if to power down the power down will overlay the Infinity Blade screen mid video, next I wait a few seconds and select the cancel button, NOT the power switch! The Infinity Blade start video will freeze wait a few seconds and the round game start button will appear. Press the start button and it re starts the game at the last played finished point no lose of game data. Good luck.

Thanks for that, it solved my problem with IB2 and stopped me from seeing if my iPad could fly. But it would be nice if the fix that they just put out addressed this problem, it doesn't.

Infinity Blade crashes on launchscreen

Hi.
I bought Infinity Blade approximately a month ago, and I cannot make it work on my iPad 1.
Each time I launch it, it crashes when the third launchscreen appears, the one with "Infinity Blade" and light effects.
It worked two-three times fluently the first days I bought it, but nothing more. Now it crashes everytime.
That's kind of annoying.
Especially because I installed it on friend's devices (iPad and iPhones) and it works great. Frustrating.
I didn't find any answer on the web. I hope to find one here, and if possible, not a "restore" advice.

I can say that this quite worked for me some time. I deleted the game, downloaded it again, rebooted the iPad. And the game started once or twice. I was even able to play one multiplayer fight. And then the day after, it was crashing again. I retried every step. Without any result.

Infinity Blade won't sync to my iPod

I just bought Infinity Blade, and it's telling me it isn't compatible with my iPod Touch 8GB 3rd gen despite being listed as compatible on the app page. My iPod is up to date software wise and runs other apps that aren't compatible with 1st and 2nd gen iPods.
Anybody got a quick fix I could try?

Hello Adam,
That's because your iPod is actually a 2G 8GB iPod Touch. Some resellers mistakengly referred to some 8 GB iPod Touches as 3G models, but they actually have the same hardware as all the other 2G models (minus the storage space).
There was never a 3G 8 GB iPod Touch.

Having spotty luck with it... see my other post in the iphone discussions...
It does work, but only some of the time - it seems to need a kick in the *** though. Sometimes it links to the TV right away, some times it takes some switching between apps or videos in the camera roll, and now for some reason, it takes plugging my wife's phone in first and then swapping phones once her's is recognized and TV output connection made before mine will output signal to the TV.
And it seems to do video only with some apps and audio only with others, and then nothing with yet others. I guess I just expected it to work, given that we both have freshly updated iphones (4.3), good cables and 2 HD TV's to test with...

Some apps that have iOS7 icons in the app store, are downloading with their old iOS6 icon, in my case the first Infinity Blade.

First of all, it wasn't letting me post in the App store section, so this is my best bet. Basically the title says it all I went to download Infinity blade which update its icon upon the release of ios7 to look like this
But, Once downloaded it looked like this.
I don't want to download the app again if it can be helped as my Internet connection is terrible. But I've seen this happen many time within the app store itself, showing the old app icons with the transparent glow overlayed

Infinity Blade install issue on iPad

Greetings,
I downloaded Infinity Blade this morning and then tried to load it on my iPad, it went thru the install of app, and Infinity blade shows up in the apps window on iTunes and even the page its on for the iPod from the Apps window within iTunes. But it doesnt show up on the iPad before or after the disconnect from the dock connector......
I have the check box checked next to the Infinity Blade, Apply'd , and even did a sync while the iPad is selected in the source window of iTunes, all to no avail.
Any one else having this issue ?

I did try the cold boot before posting, but good recommendation.
Tried the re-syncing another time today, the same. Also tried the 'check for downloads' too ... Did a 'report a problem' with iTunes...
The only thing I can think of is I have a slow net connection plain dsl, and I left while it was downloading. Did any of you stay with your system during the entire install ? Just a thought, well I'll wait till Monday if I can

ICloud synced the wrong file for Infinity Blade II saved game, lost a lot of progress.

iCloud did not correctly sync a file between my iPhone 4s and my iPad. The save file for Infinity Blade II was last updated on the iPhone. When I tried to load the game on iPad, it reverted to an earlier version. How do I restore the right file?

Aside from the sync services such as contacts, mail, etc, the only way other data in the form of files are saved to iCloud are 1) a backup of app data to iCloud (this assumes backups are turned on as well as the app, see Settings>iCloud>storage and backups), and 2) individual apps that save their own data files, not as backups per se, but for syncing purposes.
I'm assuming you have been discussing (2). you haven't mentioned doing a restore, and I wouldn't recommend that at this point. Version control if it were used would have to be the responsibility of the app. iCloud does not implement that on its own and I'm sure Apple wouldn't want to provide that feature as users would quickly run out of iCloud storage.

MAC support- infinity blade 2

I paid USD150 for in app purchases for Infinity blade 2, had the game for nearly a year, 'backed it up' as per the instructions, i stopped playing the game for a bit, and an update comes along, wipes my accounts, and because of icloud sync, it wipes it on my other devices as well, I try to back it up, it fails.
I tried to restart a new game, as in app purchases would restore itself for new games- IT DOES NOT - it somehow does not recognize I bought the $150 worth of in app purchases.
So I emailed MAC support- their replies were

i want to clarify- the game is bugged, i did not get to enjoy my purchases and asked for support to simply give me my in game cash, and all they do is tell me the above... CHAIR refuses to reply my emails, they simply ignore me and when i press further, I get a reply from the support manager saying they WILL NOT be replying my requests anymore... CAN SOMEONE IN APPLE CARE DO ME SOME JUSTICE??? THIS IS OUTRAGEOUS...

I play Inifinity Blade 2 on my 4th gen ipod touch, no issues with screen, don't think too much about it, you got another defective unit.

Infinity blade III download error code 8008 when downloading

When I'm downloading infinity blade 3 It said infinity blade 3 can't download at this time on ipad
So I'm try again and say not enough storage it realy spend too much time for 3hours at 40%
So I'm decide to download in computer and it stoppe at 20% say same as in the ipad and give me a error code 8008

Space issues when updating Infinity Blade

Hey all,
I've got Infinity Blade, and it's a big app (891MB). When I go to update it, the Infinity Blade icon had a blue bar fill up until it gets to "Installing" then it says it can't do it, I don't have enough space. Now I've got 1.3 GB of space left on my iPad, so even if it was downloading a full new copy there should be enough space left. What's the deal here?

That's a shame... I often run into the issue when I'm at work and (being impatient) I really want to update and app now. Unfortunately, I've got the 16gb and it's almost ALL apps taking up the space, as opposed to videos. So I can't delete apps and reinstall because I'll lose their data. And I have very little music. I do have a fair bit of family pics but I'd have to go through and delete a bunch 1 by 1.
Maybe it is time that I start letting go of some of these apps that are cool but I'm REALLY not ever going to use them / play them again
